It would cut out the need for a dashboard on each PC. You will just need 1 main PC to control all of them. This will need upgrades. Not sure if you are running free or not.

I purchased it. Will the controlling PC need to be on the same network? For example, if I had the remote agent on all three rigs and the full version on my laptop, would that control it? If it will control it from the laptop will it only work when I am on the home network or also if I am somewhere else with internet connection? Thanks

It needs to be visible on the network in order to switch the agents/workers.  The miner will keep mining if it disconnects, it just won't switch if it loses connection to the laptop.

HTH,
Carlos.

I would be nice if in the "online services" tab it had "Enabled Services" and "Displayed Services"

Then you could have a column which showed if that pool/algo was enabled.

I like to disable / limit the number of pools so it does not switch as much, but i'm also interested what those pools are saying their profit is.

Piggybacking off this suggestion - it would be great to have an additional column to be able to display both revenue (current) and revenue 24 hour.

OK, thank you. I think I will just keep it the way I am doing it now with full installs on each.

@Patrike - Feature Suggestion

Can you add logic to detect when the currently mining coin/algo has dropped X% below whatever is currently at the top of the profit list? I have 30 min switching setup, but often coins/algo's are only profitable for a few minutes then drop waaaaaaaaay down the list, mining unprofitably for most of the time. It would be AWESOME for AwesomeMiner to detect this automatically and initiate a switch.

Thank you!

Hello Patrike,
I noticed something a little annoying regarding coins statistics. If i set AM to use 24h average statistics to decide what to mine, then the price of coins displayed in the bottom bar change to an average price on the last 24h too.
Would it be possible to have the coins listed in bottom bar to always list the current price even if i use 24h average for profit switching ?
That's a good point. This will consider making this change.

Hello Patrike,
Just for remember, could you please look at this small issue regarding statistics ?
I have a note about this already, so it has not been forgotten. I'm simply getting a very large number of questions and feature requests these days, so some feature request will take a little time to get implemented. I do however appreciate all feedback and comments, so let's continue working together on making the software even better. Thanks!

I'm very happy with AM as it is now, so if we can help make the program even better, i'll be even happier ! In this way, could you please give possibility to override profit switching in the profit profile group window too ? The one we can see below :

http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=462130Rigpool.jpg

As you can see in the picture, i like to define a profit switching profile for each type of graphic card i own. As my rigs have different type of graphic cards, i then define a profit group to define my rigs. This way each rig has very accurate statistics regarding hashrates and profits. So in my case it would be better to be able to override profit switching settings at profit group level.

regarding "Progress field" of miners Tab customization:

1) how may convert status.SecondsSinceStart to hours/days/month, do you support complex conditions like:
if SecondsSinceStart < (60*5): show as seconds
else if SecondsSinceStart < (3600*3): show as minutes
else if SecondsSinceStart < (3600*24*3): show as hours
else if SecondsSinceStart < (3600*24*90): show as days
else : show as months

Basically the same way as you show Uptime in Status Field, or the way to show Uptime in Status in "Compact List" mode?

2) Is there a way to customize Speed Tab? say use different colors for speed value (yellow if less 10TH, red if less 5 TH)

Hello.
There are many TCP connections to the API port 4068 with External miner manager.
Quote
> netstat -ao | find "4068" | more
  TCP    127.0.0.1:4068         apps:0                 LISTENING       9800

  TCP    127.0.0.1:4068         na1r:51018             TIME_WAIT       0
[...]
The same problem with Profit miner manager to the port 4030
Quote
> netstat -ao | find "4030" | more

  TCP    127.0.0.1:4030         na1r:50303             TIME_WAIT       0

This is very critical to CPU usage! With Standart miner manager there is no such a problems.
