Send me your feedback and errors you get for improvement!
Happy Burstday Wink

awesome job man, im really impressed about it, this is exactly hat burst need, just TY! keep up the good job!

i think @crowetic is going to bring us some good news soon too, i mean about new tools that burst need, all in one and thigns like that.

By the way,

guys, why not mine at Dev's poll for awhile to show some appreciation of the anniversary...? With the innovation and hours he put into this, he certainly deserves it. Even if we look forward to a new update, pretty much all of us made pretty good returns from Burst the last year.

Especially now when most other guys involved (despite luxe and deWallet) seems more interested to put hours into making their own Bursts. Most of them have their own side-projects they seem to care more for than for Burst. I can be wrong ofc, but will burstcoin.de be just another next example of the Burst greed among devs...?

Give a shout out for BurstDev and mine a week or two on his pool - the guy is a genius and I'd never consider mining somewhere else.

devs pool is one of the bets pools out of there, at least from my point of view ( ofc is not the only one good pol out there ), and very very stable, if there is someone who didnt try it yet, he should.

pd: even if im a little bit later, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BURST!!

IMHO #1.b of suspects, Hal Finney is/was S.N.

I am wondering if BURST will still be a part of SuperNET? I read about it some months ago and bought some coins. But I did not read anything about BURST on the last Supernet newsletter.

Elmit, Elmit, Elmit,

Your posting/spam storm got me to un-iggy you to see what crap you were spewing this time around.

So it's about how awesome your pool is - 366 Miners!! Number #2 Mining Pool! Wow! Awesome!

But lets look at some of the stats:

Payouts over the last 24 hours:
mininghere.com: 366 miners, 8806 burst payout. Average of 24 Burst/miner.
ninja.pool: 388 miners, 73,416 burst payout (for a 14 hour period). On average 324/burst miner.

Estimated Capacity:
mininghere.com: 8806 earned = 48TB.
burst.ninja: 73,416 earned (in 14 hours) = 397 TB
Extrapolating to a 24 hour period: 125,856 burst = 680 TB

So, working backwards:

mininghere: 130GB/miner
burst.ninja: 1,752GB/miner

So, mininghere.com - the preferred pool of mining bots everywhere ........

Now lets talk about your "asset" Petabyte. You're selling a Petabyte of storage, but you have maybe 40 TB?

So an asset that costs at your list price of 400,000 burst, earns 185 burst/month ... will only take 180 years to break even .....

Elmit, please leave and stop polluting the Burst community that actually want this coin to go somewhere.

1. for this that you "ignore" me, you are reading fast!!

2. however, reading seems not be your strength, or did you miss the first line:
Are there other pools available?

3. By not answering the question YOU are the spammer.

4. Unlike you guys, I DO MAKE ADVERTISEMENTS / PR for BURST

5. The purpose of my statistic page is to make it complete, while other pool lists are incomplete and wrong.

6. if you are already so "good" in digging in with numbers, why not make it to all pools I listed. Wouldn't that be fair?

7. did this post say anything about PetaByte?

... and please Headache, do NOT visit my pool anymore ;-) STAY with ninja.

headache, the pool list is alphabetical, not in size, ... I am sure you just hit the wrong key!

burst.ninja: 1,752GB/miner

If you would use the ACTIVE miners, instead of the REGISTERED miners, the number would be even higher!!

Because of the idiots like Elmit above^^

There are not any solid reasons for the coin's drop in price, aside from the fact that people may be losing their tolerance of the nonsense that is caused by a few rogue troll community members.

There will be a realease (I'm hoping today, just doing final testing on it now) of a fully featured setup.exe for a BURST windows wallet/plotter/miner GUI!

At the time of this release, and coordination with a few other people on the team, I will push this information to the news agencies, in order to let the world know that the greatness and power efficiency of HDD mining is now brought to the masses with ease-of-use. Which I believe is one of the main reasons we don't have more people involved in the coin as of now.

Seeing as the coin was fairly difficult to use in the beginning, and still is not super simple without a bunch of reading and figuring things out (unless you're extremely tech savvy), that is likely one of the main reasons there aren't more people involved.

With the release of the all-in-one, setup.exe installer, Wallet/plotter/miner GUI for BURST, anyone with a windows based machine, and the ability to click, can plot, mine, and take advantage of the many amazing features inside of the BURST wallet!

So stay tuned, world. Soon anyone will be able to plot their extra hard drive space and mine our wonderful coin.

There is already a GUI for linux, but the world of Windows users is much more vast, and the world of noobs in Windows is what we're trying to penetrate here! (I don't use the word noob in a derogatory way, btw. Just people that aren't extremely tech savvy.)

Thank you all (the good community of BURST, and not the annoying trolling freaks), for making BURST such a great coin. We will see a rise in both usage, and network size, I believe, shortly after the release of the one click setup.

Thank you for your time. Wink

Really great news about the GUI, and the planned efforts to contact reporters (every crypto-site has a contact-email).  Smiley Smiley  Smiley A proper PR would be nice, not repeating the mistakes from the ACCT  Grin

bin/laden's success is probably due to the decrease of network size (and possibly his growth in capacity).

I am sure you heard that already:
When pointing the finger at somebody, three fingers point back to yourself!

I am not aware that I should have to do something with the price drop. I would rather look for faults and improve.

YES, BURST has great features, great future, but only a few people know, should know, ... keep it a secret.
Create a big PR team and make some single days a promotion and then nothing for a while, a longer while, ... a very long while !!!
The big excuses, a guy ran away with the funds. Give me a break!
PR is not about a single action, not about one guy and 20 bystanders. It should be a coordinated team work. Maybe too young and inexperienced team. Maybe tactic change would be something to improve: promote POSITIVES and not what you personally don't like.

Example:
Crowdfunding. Nobody knows about it, except some people here. Google for it and get the gaining proof of it by yourself.
Or look at the page http://localhost:8125/atcrowdfund.html - click on Active and see for yourself: two projects, whereby one is just a "test" Huh
You cannot find the page http://localhost:8125/atcrowdfund.html Huh Thats what was not possible to implement the last 6 months or so?
DaWallet could do that in a few days in his Windows clone. So it must be possible.

Lottery. Go to another secret page: http://localhost:8125/atlotteries.html
NOTHING there! Have you heard about something? Twitter, Facebook, other social media? A banner ad? NO?

AT has so much potential, but nobody knows.

But we hear all the time, a big improvement will come soon. Look at the calendar: Easter is a long time over, no eggs yet found.

A few try to promote though, like me. I try to make a complete list of pools, ... Immediately ATTACKs from headache.

I get even anonymous "support tickets" to my company. The writer uses the anonymous way, to make sure I cannot write back! Afraid?

When I write here, within minutes my pool will be attacked. We have measurements in place to avoid harms. It is just funny that the pool can work weeks without any disturbance and then within a few minutes after posting here, attacks start again. Coincidence? It is really low level!!! Not much harm, since the BURST price gone down anyway, right? My investors of a couple of PetaBytes on hard disk space are gone!

Lets see if the final tests of today will make a difference. If we can enjoy tomorrow new feature, something new to promote. Well, who will promote?

Will you? I mean YOU, YOU and YOU? Will you promote this new (yet unknown) thing tomorrow? I will!

Elmit,

we have now got great news from the Devs. It's clearly that they have focused on software development recently (daWallet, luxe). Do for fuck sake not trash-talk when we can expect something great.

It seems that you have conflicts with some of the Devs (however haitch's analysis was pretty convincing the other day), but try to separate these things. I even had unignored you now since it seemed that you'd a different attitude recently - please, don't fall back into bad habits!

Concerning promotion we do know the Devs don't have money, but crowetic says they will contact news agencies. Even if I'd contact the news sites directly to build/establish connections with specific reporters (we can help them out and create an email list for them collectively tonight!), they are clearly thinking about PR. If they have ideas costing money, I think they should try to collect funding/btc from the community for specific measures so we can see that funds are used correctly.

However, I also think that crowetic's and, sometimes, haitch's comments directed at your person are unnecessary, unprofessional and do not belong in posts (note: I'm not thinking about H.'s analysis of payments from your pool.

Edit, "we can help them out and create an email list for them collectively tonight!" - Devs, would you like help with a thing like thas or do you already that covered?

https://wallet.burst.city/atcrowdfund.html

at the above link, which is implemented in the ONLINE WALLET.... you can see that I've created a crowdfund AT to help support development and promotion, of which only 17k BURST has been donated thus far.

I also posted a direct BURST donation link.

as y mentioned (sorry I can never remember how to spell your name correctly...) we ARE thinking of PR, and many other things, including some awesome development of GPU miner and GUI for windows (long awaited.)

y, we would love any assistance from the community, and if you'd like a page as you mentioned in your pm, I'm sure we can accommodate that. Also, we do have an email list, I'll have to get that information from another member of the team, as he was the one that developed it.

Yes, I'll be contacting the news agencies, and we have some contacts within a few of them we've already dealt with, but if anyone has ANYWHERE WE CAN POST PRESS RELEASES  such as the one you mentioned in your PM, that would be GREATLY APPRECIATED, as I know for myself, I don't have a huge amount of time, other than the few hours a day I try to donate to BURST development and PR, to go searching for things like this, if people already know, then posting or telling me in PM would be greatly appreciated, and would help to further BURST.

As I always mention, we will not give up on this coin, as we firmly believe that HDD mining, and BURST in particular, is the future of crypto.

I have a PR template already setup, and will be writing up a document about the release of the one-click setup for the GUI/wallet we're finishing up testing on now.

I am also going to be making a VIDEO on how to use this setup, and the wallet with GUI plotting and mining functionality, to link to with the release of the document.

I'm not sure if I will be able to complete ALL of this today, but it will for sure be within the next few days. We came across a couple changes we are making now, but overall everything is working, and upon testing on multiple OS versions and newly installed VMs without any of the dependencies, everything came out great!

I will keep everyone updated on the progress. Thanks.
