You'll thank me later.

We'll thank you now, if you get lost.

/** Since everyone is doing it... why not  **/

That's not very civil of you now is it? Let's try and behave, mkay?

Do you think it's natural for a coin to go from 20-30k USD volume few weeks ago to 800k? You see nothing wrong with that? I know you want your precious to go to Moon and back and even to Uranus but try and put the bias aside for a bit.

ab·nor·mal

deviating from what is normal or usual, typically in a way that is undesirable or worrying.

I would argue it's "exciting" versus "undesirable" or "worrying", but that's a matter of perspective.

For what it's worth, DASH also did a x20-30 volume wise.

Quick psychological analysis of Herp. Sees his dash investment stagnate, then suddenly sees, what is in his mind, the main competitor jumping in volume and in price, so he does what any good bag holder does, panics. His fear then incites him to ridiculous attacks, which because  they are motivated by fear, have the impact of raising attention to Monero's rise--probably not a good thing to be pointing out to others, but like a boyfriend who tells his ex, "you only like him because he has a big X," he ends up drawing attention to the competitor's better attributes and his deficencies. I say take a nap and let your head clear, but I doubt your fear will let you act pragmatically.

Monero as in Money Nero = Black Money? Shitty name if you're looking for trouble.

You should consider a rebranding like Dash did.

No. Make sure your assumptions are correct before commenting on them.
Monero is "currency" in Esperanto.

The nero=black suffix is still there and ugly if you ask me. Doesn't look good.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nero_(disambiguation)
you can also choose from these multiple options.
jeez

Yeah whatever. It's a name destined to fail. No one will take black money seriously. It's cool if you only wanna spend it for underground drug dealing BS but that's pretty much it. No way this will go mainstream unless you go through a re-branding like Dash did from Darkcoin.

Money Nero has long way to go.

I will.

Now your presumption is debunked.

Market on a tear lately....gonna need some time to cool off at some point (?)

Once you've had black you never go back--especially if the choices are between an opaque blockchain and a clear one.

I think you've made the argument for the name stronger, not weaker.   Wink

Well at least one of you guys has the balls to say it like it is. You're wrong though. The Black Money name is good for a limited niche of cryptodope fiends, smoking stuff bought from your black market of choice but poor choice if you want to have a broad appeal.

You are just obnoxiously trolling at the moment. Like binaryFate stated, Monero means "currency" in esperanto.
I think the name is perfect, Esperanto is supposed to be a universal constructed language while Monero is a universal constructed currency.  It also doesn't have "coin" in it which is something Dash got right.

Esperanto is just a big failed experiment just like moNERO. Everyone's speaking English these days. No one gives a shit about Esperanto. Just some useless concoction of some fools in academia.

I love how your actions paint a clear picture of you being a troll:

1. Price spikes

2. You come here and all of a sudden complain about "nero" in the MONERO name. lol

3. Fail

Don't be mad, if you missed the boat...just get on at a higher price.  Cheesy

The devs running this coin should go to jail for defrauding investors, fooling them into buying into an orchestrated pump.

They've paid some Poloniex day traders few k to fool around with the coin.

From a coin with a shitty daily volume of 20-30k/day USD few weeks ago it grew to 800k volume. Give me a break.

lol

"spike in XMR price = DEV's manipulating price"

uhh yeah you need more to go on than that to make a case.  Tongue

I'm not sure what to do but being that I have no more btc on an exchange I decided to send some so that at least I'm prepared.

I go to login to bittrex where they recently added a picture captcha where you select the correct pictures.  The captcha I just received had me select all the pictures with popcorn.  Being that that correlated perfectly with my intentions I felt like sharing. Cool

There certainly is a great deal of btc and alts on Polo now.  Does anybody know how this compares to what was on the alt exchanges in 2014 when I hear there was a great deal of activity?
