A lot of credibility has been lost from Monero in my opinion due to first calling Dash a scam publically and then the saga just happened.

I understand there are still some people left holding bags for high prices... Believe me, you feel relieved when you do not need to circle jerk others on the thread to convince not to sell their worthless Moneros.

For a bagholder, if you decide to relieve your bags you can always buy back. Even if you sell at loss, buying back at significiant discount and waiting the dead cat bounce you are probably better off than simply holding your bags that will become lighter and lighter as people are exiting from Monero.

You're targeting inexperienced traders with the message: If you bought XMR in the recent hype spike, then you should sell now (at a loss) because you'll feel a lot better for it, but don't worry if the price thereafter rises because you can then buy back in again (also at a loss).

What are you even doing here TC?

This isn't even speculation anymore. You may as well just be loitering around primary schools with sacks of crack and animal porn.

Fluffy has really outed a lot of scammy people, by suggesting that FP "scammed" them they are only letting us know subconsciously what they would do if in the same position

Huh?

Did you read that in a book somewhere?

I feel in the force you are very butthurt, I'm just Zayin

I think the question is mainly: which one will go down the drain sooner (ETH&XRP)?

HIM TVA Dragon, AOK-GM, Emperor of the Earth, Creator of the World, King of Crypto Kingdom, Lord of Malla, AOD-GEN, SA-GEN5, Ministry of Plenty (Join NOW!), Professor of Economics and Theology, Ph.D, AM, Chairman, Treasurer, Founder, CEO, 3*MG-2, 82*OHK, NKP, WTF, FFF, etc(x3)

You catched me. Ok. I admit it. I crashed the whole market and literally closed the crypto world. But this didn't give me happiness. I'm still sad. I even bought an escort agency https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/6cmlst/selling_luxus_escort_agency_in_germany_berlin_for/  for an everyday "nuru massage with happy ending" thinking that this will be the key to happiness  but Alas - that didn't work out for me too.  I am one grumpy sad multi billionaire who's trolling Monero trolls.  Well this post actually made me happy now.

Good post by one of the devs:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/6de6gx/opinion_why_im_holding_xmr_and_will_continue_to/

Monero is still the best tech in the cryptosphere and will only come out stronger now and be even more immune to senseless FUD and shilling.

Mister Risto is offering to sell a plot of 57000 XMR. The Kingdom is up for grabs. Interesting times.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

The scammer may have been Fluffy himself. For someone who hates speculation so much, he sure spends a lot of time on Poloniex: http://www.polonibox.com/?username=fluffypony

I don't think there is any question that FP is a scammer. It's been settled:

So (and perhaps this is just my inexperience), but couldn't that really hurt the market to sell that much?

Look at it from our perspective. You freely admit to trolling, and thereby destroying, a Monero-Class star-freighter. A rather expensive piece of hardware...

Forty-two million in adjusted dollars. That's minus payload, of course.

The internet corroborates some elements of your account. That the Nostromo set down on LV-426, an unsurveyed planet, at that time. That announcements were trailed on twitter. That it resumed its course and was subsequently trolled for self-destruct. By you. For reasons unknown.

Well, it seems that XMR has hit a bit of a dump, although it's probably only the eye of the hurricane (the "hurricane" as in XMR pumps) at the rate it has been going. I sure am glad I'm holding Monero.

Was only a blink of the eye ago around here, we were "stable" at $20 and now $40 is a DUMP... hey, let's have some MORE dumping! Can we?
