However my Gems just disappear and I can't see any transaction both of the wallet.
I've asked Gems support and poloenix support.However Gems support is just unhelpful and no reply.

They made some presentations in front of thousands of people who obviously wanted to know what this was about so they downloaded the app and most likely deleted it the same day since there is nothing innovative in it for a non-crypto user.

I disagree, of course many will not use any app. But if everyone deleted it we wouldn't see an exponential increase in downloads would we? The last figures show an exponential increase and I want to monitor that for the coming months. if I'm right then we could get to 1 million downloads in 2016. The point is to see a steady increase in the amount of monthly downloads. That will tell us a lot.

Monitoring the amount of downloads is a useful indicator to get an idea regarding userbase growth. Last update was Decemeber 5th which stated 3902 additional downloads in 10 days, afaik 43north finals was in october, so dont think downloads happening now have anything to do with 43north. There are a couple things users look for to decide to download or not which is rating, downloads and description. GG description and rating makes it attractive to try out, it brings lot of innovation on top of excisting im's. The biggest one is the ability to send money within the context of conversation, which was not possible before.

Oh my, that is low.....I will respond though. Daniel doesn't have to join the Kibbutz at 30. He could join later but lose some of the benefits. I think it would be in his best interest to lose "a few" Kibbutz benefits and continue on his path of making Getgems worth a fortune. I don't think the Kibbutz would mind....especially if he joins later making a "fortune".
