Best Share 174257248410 not too shabby
Very nice share! .. well done! .. my best share at the moment is 125760390 .. how long did u have it running for if you dont mind me asking? I don't know exactly how long due to my life being turned upside down this year, but roughly 2mo maybe Great stuff, maybe the btc bonus will help whatever your life volatility was. Enjoy!

Is anyone using Mintsy?
I was looking for un-biased information about it, but the Mintsy threads seem to be connected to the owners.

Just after some views about it - ie Contract / Rentals. any problems, prices etc Still in beta, they had had periods of down time lasting hours. Sadly, the rig owners get blamed for mintsy's problems; However, your rig rental is reduced by the average hash rate over the live of the contracts (Min 3 hours, max 72 hours) Biggest negative IMHO is that there is no way for the owner and renter to communicate, so easy for misunderstandings to occur. That being said; I'm getting .015 BTC/TH/DAY for my rigs, much better than the .0125 I was getting at WestHast

For the summer I am going just solo at this pool. I down clocked 3 avalon 4.1s And a few usb sticks. It will be interesting to have no mining income other then my solo pool . (which may or may not hit a block) current chance is 1 in 1000 each day

Good luck! Which USB sticks are you running? I have 3x AM USB miners running at 335 mh/s for a grand total of 1 Gh/s. I have yet to hit a block...

I have yet to hit a block... well the avalon 4.1's are doing 2.3th the sticks are an ice fury = 1 bit fury chip and a pair of 2 chip bit fury total of 5 chips about 9.2gh so with the avalons and the sticks I am at 2.310th you are at 0.001 th. So my daily chance is 1 out of 1068 you are 1 in 3 million http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/1024x768q90/913/1XDg1U.pnghttp://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/1024x768q90/537/w6wvgg.png

how do you calculate the daily chance?
im at about 1.8T i have 2 S3s at 200M 400ghs and 1 S5 at 325 1.0Ths
https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty plug in your hashrate current adjustment auto pops up and 1.8th earning rate is 0.01831 btc in a day 25 btc divide by 0.01831 = 1365.374 or close to 1365 to one chance. This is only a close estimate my 2.3 th = 0.02339 btc a day or 25 / .02339 = or 1068 to 1 chance each day . until diff adjust moves.

Mine at Jonny's Pool

I've made a little program in python to check my stats without reloading the page, you can download it here: https://github.com/yqons/solo-mining-statsCheck your solo mining stats on solo.ckpool.org, and check every 10 minute if you have found the jackpot aka block To run: Enter you address inside addr.txt file (on the first line) pip install datetime requests dateutil.relativedelta colorama python check.py Tips: 1GrC12hbtMNPiYumftZ4B3Y1MVyCuZrKeM Sorry for the English btw Checked out your code... it'll ping jackpot every 10 minutes if you happen to have more than 20 BTC in your address. Might want to consider another way to notify people if they've actually hit the block, since just checking the balance of an address is no indicator that the user found a block.

Well ... the correct way to check it is:
Each time there's a new block check either: 1) The coinbase sig contains /solo.ckpool.org/ or 2) The 2nd address in the coinbase transaction is 1PKN98VN2z5gwSGZvGKS2bj8aADZBkyhkZ (and there are 2, and only 2, addresses in the coinbase transaction)
Then if the other (1st) coinbase address matches the user's address then they found the block here.
Though it's probably easier to simply check if the first address in the coinbase transaction is the user's address since that could only be a false positive if the same user used the same address and found a solo block somewhere else.

If you mine the block you get 25btc on your address, this is the simple and fastest way to check it since most people have less on their wallet

No, it's not the simple and fastest way to check. All your program does is check whether or not an address has a balance of more than 20 coins. Your program will fail at the next block halving since the reward will only be 12.5 BTC. If you're going to implement something, do it right. Kano has explained exactly how to do it.

Well is just 1 number to change and the halving is estimated to happen next year (2016-07-28), however i will look how i can implement the suggestion of Kano EDIT: Updated the jackpot check
