My 3 x Avalon 4.1's found their first block on Kano CKPool today. I just listed these on Ebay the other day. Strange! Maybe this is some sort of sign for me to keep them...

I've never ran an Avalon, so I don't know if pool found blocks show... If they do you can screenshot that found block on the firmware and it would look pretty good in the listing.

So today we had a thunderstorm in NJ and a tree fell on my car and crushed it. Then when I finally got home, my internet line was down and service tech is coming sometime tomorrow (between 8 & 5 - how's that for a tight window? Sheesh!) and until them my miners are offline so my 5ND is in a nosedive. Not a good day

Rained so,freaking hard we could not see the slabs. We will go,back on Friday. So,we figured no stone today go,to lowes to get a sink. I killed off almost six, hours and still need to go look at granite on Friday. Well I like to cook my wife likes to bake so looking forward to having it finished. Looking forward to making some chicken in it.

...and, to pay penance for the hubris of personal expression...I pay homage to the Goddess of Cluck for blocks... (this happens to be a really popular art image here on Kaua'i...credit to Marionette at kauai-artist.net)
wow... this is a nice picture of mr cluck. I am tempted to bring out my paintbrush.... .... nah I 'll just stick to digital art.

I'm getting high invalids on some workers(3-10percent). I took the workers getting high invalids and put them on other pools to check. So far no invalids there, like they are usually in kano. I fired up some powered down miners and they started at 100 percent invalids slowly climbing down. I have other workers not getting high invalids, less than 1 percent. They are close one percent and usually have almost zero. Is there some work in progress or needed restart? Would be good to know for monitoring/troubleshooting purposes. Thanks

Well the workers page will tell you why. On the worker page ... click on "Show Details for Invalids:" N.B. it only resets that when we find a block. "Stale" your miner submitted them late "Dup" your miner is submitting the same shares multiple times, stay mining on the other pool who lets you do that "Hi" your miner is submitting incorrect diff shares - this can also have no effect on your hash rate if that is all it is doing. The counts/diff also is relevant to seeing what's going on. The amount of time mining also matters a lot, e.g. 10-20mins vs 1-2hours

The vast majority is stales, which I expect from the miners running through MRR proxy, but not the ones mining directly. The only one I have that bothers me now is an s7 on auto diff currently running 3.649k. Should I change the diff or reboot? I'm inclined to see if it improves since it was way above 1% invalid, so I'll defer the call to you as to whether this will help the miner submit faster or I should wait a bit... Note: The straggler is an MRR rig...
