Certainly feels like a bunch of weak hands being mowed down at 80-90ish just now.

Have you  thought about making a thread just for this zedicus? Maybe come up with something we can all send MtGox. I'm sure a lot of people, including me, would support it.

It's funny how on the news this morning they displayed the following text in the bottom of the screen.

"Bitcoin is victim of its own success"

I wonder where they got that quote from?  Roll Eyes
And its actually something negative turned into something positive.
Didn't expect that to see this on the mainstream news after the crash.

Yeah, apparently Bitcoins reputation was so bad to begin with, the press actually isn't surprised at all this shit happening.

here's some short term bullish news:  Clark moody is showing bids above 5 to be 411k coins! (I just use 5 because that was a long period of stability).  This is the by far the highest I've ever seen it. Typical values for this stat is half that, 200 to 240k coins... so people may have sold, but they didn't cash out -- many are clearly looking to get back in at a lower position.

Just now at Coinbase "Note! We've exceeded our normal buy limits for today. If you would still like to purchase you will receive the market price of bitcoin on Wednesday Apr 17, 2013 at 01:03AM PDT after your funds have arrived."

also.. "Sorry, the maximum number of purchases on Coinbase has been reached. This is a 24 hour rolling limit with no specific start time. Please try again later. We'll continue raising this limit over time."

So it looks like not many bitcoins being dumped at coinbase at the moment.

I think a lot of people are looking for ways to panic buy right now. The prices are good. Personally I think buying below $100 is a fabulous long term entry point.

Denarium closing sale discounts now up to 43%! Check out our products from here!
