@ Wafflemaster: GIMP, but there is a learning curve. http://www.gimp.org/downloads/  There is a Help, but doing an online search usually gets you better instructions, many with a video.

Homero thought that his words enough would cause his minions to buy the coin up to $20 and beyond. There was no real thought, planning or consideration of financial principles during this entire PaySlime mess.

i am so frustrated about this company being so incompetent... after paycoin failure, scrypt mining collapse, the only thing at least working there was btc mining with genesis, it was shitty of course (like everything that they touch) but it was at least working. and they fucked it up even that. btw i would be a little bit less angry if they could make an original goodbye song like Hashie's "let it go"  Grin Roll Eyes i mean they should have made a contest for one already.. they owe it their customers, so gaw shills if you read this suggest the idea to your masters that, rumors have it, pay you 150$ a week (lol maybe its 1.5$ a week now since this company is oh so done...)  Cheesy Wink

Last I heard you can get PS3 for free now, without a crack that might just include a keylogger or such....

I still recommend GIMP. Started using that years ago because it makes it easy to work on .DDS files for many games and keeps the correct format and such.

The real problem is no one is going to do anything about it, Homero is going to flee in the night with a pocket full of their money. Now is the time to strike the iron while he is vulnerable, the pathetic thing is his victims are insipid meek weaklings, the reason they got into his in the first place, the biggest loud mouths out of them all prefer to create a forum and hide their backslapping each other how they just knew it would come to this and how they got out before the shit hit the fan. Which we all know is not true. Turns out there ring leader is shackled like a bitch, single C&D and has run off into the hills never to be seen again, supposed to leak some damaging information in which case if scared by that surely it means she was under NDA in the first place otherwise what possible legal threat can there be. Loudmouth cowards the lot of them.  Someone needs these people to lead them, get hold of a lawyer now and commence action don't "wait it can be fixed", like that pilot who spent all his time here trying convince himself it is just a mistake Homero will fix it.  Roll Eyes . They all need to act now, not later. Watch what happens to KNC when a group effort acts to make things right.

Where is the ARS reporter now, now is to time to ask them all who feels scammed?

Bye Bye Homero, thanks for the memories. Cry

lol

Are those $20 bills?

I think this is his scam exit and I think he made more than he lets on.  Now he can let the Cantor Fitzgerald paycoin scam dwindle to nothing, blame the lawyers and the investors and walk away with the loot.  But hey, he's really sorry and he would totally do right by everyone if only he could.  But you know, lawyers, investors.

Alas in the crypto world it is terrifyingly easy to scam people for millions and drive off into the sunset without consequences (Usually in a supercar.)

No. That isn't the moral of the story.

The moral of the story is carry out a realistic appraisal in relation to other crypto-assets before you invest anything and arrive at your own valuation.

Back at the time you're talking about, Maxcoin's marketcap was never near what Paycoin's is now. Even at these prices, Paycoin is grossly overvalued.

A realistic cap right now, given Paycoin's horrendous legacy is somewhere between Vertcoin and Monero - i.e. a million dollar cap which works out at around 8 cents per coin or 0.00035 BTC.

That's the price below which you can start to "buy on the way down" with any hope of averaging out your losses.

There's a difference between incompetent and full of shit. None of the stuff they spouted has many any sense if you put any thought into it, so it's on you if you thought they would actually do any of that.

Precisely. Anyone buying this now will be a bagholder. I do not think the ht cult will pour any more money into pumps. Moral is very low with the majority resigned to their loss. It is sad reading some of the posts.

they could announce it ''honor -always profitable- program'' which would be next month or soontm  Cheesy

Don't underestimate the levels of their stupidity. All Josh has to do is make a few more fake pre-announcements and the faithful will be selling the family silver in order to buy more Paycoins.

So this guy basically says "josh lies a lot". And Josh's reply is just "nice"

Yeah, he's a jerk and a liar, I noticed that back in March. I'm just amazed that so few people saw through his sweet talk. Usually it's the opposite, I'm a poor judge of character. Greed?
