Do you know where you used that address? It seems kind of odd how they managed to target so many ex-GAW-customers, so I wonder if it's Mr. Garza selling the addresses or one of the post-Garza entities.

I just got this too, and I never even signed up for the "Gawsuit"?? - I do have a paycointalk.org account on that email address, though? ... Wtf... Is shinners the scammer trying to get all the BTC he can fleece from all the paytards? Damn criminal POS.

I was a GAW customer (hardware only) and I haven't received this email.  I never had a Zen account or any of the various payscam forums or whatever.  So unless I get one I would say this isn't from the GAW customer database.

cmilian finally figured out his shitcoin was total nonsense. i guess some external exchange finally told him to fuck off. he abandoned his own forum, decoupled lendcoin from 2$ collateral and refuses to sell defaulted loan collateral (value dropped to 25k satoshis anyway. trying to sell the collateral for ONE loan would crash the coin to few satoshis). btc is not leaving the platform  (2 weeks and counting). no scam here  

people who converted their older shitcoin xpy to lendcoin are very angry   duped by mini-garza with same quality exit posts: "Reports of my demise have been exagerared." (sic)

I think he had this figured out a long time ago. Back when he was gifted all those XPY. Except the "depositors" didn't think of it as a gift so he had to come up with this Lendcoin bullshit to cover it up. Garza is proud I'm sure.
