Short translation:
The defaulted dividend is not a big deal for AM and will be compensated by friedcat once he is back. The big problem is that friedcat disappeared and lost contact for a while and his family has called the police. He is the only one has the private key of the company wallet.

I was checking this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8kua5B5K3I (Life Inside a Secret Chinese Bitcoin Mine)

There are 2 guys in this. Does not the tall one looks like FriedCat and the short one like Rock Xie ?
no
i thought the same thing briefly, but on closer inspection;
rockxie is more baby faced and younger. FC looks like a teenager compared to the taller guy in vid too.

besides, apparently the mine is in mongolia

No.  There's already been (links to) at least 3 pictures of him posted, some of which recently.

Personally, I don't care what people look like.  The only times I've ever seen pictures of people used is because of some sort of "THIS IS HIM, GUYS! GET HIM!" posted from half way across the world, or making lulzy memes.  What's the point?

Cat is a cat of many faces.  That's what makes him so darn attractive to Bitcoiners.

Wow... I mean wow... Sure, we don't know if that story is true or just fabricated, but I guess there's no way of knowing. At least it has gotten exciting now. Whether we're paying a lot of money for a mediocre movie-plot or a real-world heist. I do hope FC hasn't been hurt or worse, though. But unless there's further proof, it's still his obligation to pull through otherwise.

if this is the AM wallet... either FC is ok and business is moving forward, or... some mongolian pirate has a gun to his head and...  Shocked

Coins are moving all the time. Wink

To me, this is some random tx on the blockchain - some address receiving btc, from something that looks like an exchange address. Nothing that would need a gun up to his head.

Must say this interesting shit, better than TV haha!
So when last did Friedcat communicate with anyone, anybody know?

Did anyone see the message on blockchain on address where coins are moving, wtf?
"Public Note: Good afternoon! Your help is necessary. My wife has a problem with health, treatment is necessary (we expect a baby). If you have some unnecessary btc or satosh, please, help, we will rejoice any help."

People send a couple of satoshi with messages attached to popular addresses that people look at. It doesn't mean anything other than that some random person is going you send him some money.

For example there's tonnes of these types of messages on the dread pirate roberts coins that were auctioned

Yes, 3 - one of which quite recent.  I know 1284 pages looks daunting, but just work your way back from the end.

Who else here thinks FC looks real dreamy, like Johnny Depp?

What would you gentlemen guess his favorite color is?  I bet you he's being really brave with the Mongolian pirates, I just know it! <3

I'm more interested in 15h6A2a3D31vRviBDdSpvhLtYJq3aePhdW address.
17'000 coins moved today.

PS. It's Bitfountain (AM) address.

Could it be that FC 'just' suffered maybe something along the lines of a burnout or something? He was known to work for very long hours and it wouldn't surprise me if he ended up in a hospital or even a psychic ward for having a nervous breakdown or something from working too much.
