I'm sure you can get 0,0 J/GH if you hand-crank it, but isn't that really besides the point? It's better to compare rated performance, i.e. the "normal" operating mode.

I think you should put into the equation the calories burned while hand-cranking to get the right J/GH cost

If accurate, this is by far the most efficient miner we've seen made with the gen3 chips.

It's great they have managed improve the performance - this device beats Spoondoolies' performance (approx. 0.85-0.95 J/GH). Let's hope they can deliver on spec...

Edit: What's that website what has a comparison of all them miners?

Deliver late July? Spondoolies will have SP30 then. The SP10 are mining since March. And SP10 can achieve 0.7W/GH too, nothing new.

I'm not exactly sure what I want to hear. Just want to know if there will be an update.

  • High Div and/or Good Plan laid out for Q3/Q4 = Higher $/share. That might not be good for me.
  • Low Div and/or Bad/No Plan laid out for Q3/Q4 = Lower $/share. That might not be good for me.

Just remember FC saying that we should expect a report on May 27th, I think it is May 28th where he is now.

You don't know what serious is.
Even if AM products are underperforming (which is not), it will still flood the market with their chips.
So while you get antsy because your miner gets gradually useless due to the increase of difficulty, we'll be swimming in dividends.

For those wondering, here is the running count of currently known large batch AM chip buyers/manufacturers:

1) ROCKMiner (Link)
2) HashRatio (Link)
3) Lightning ASIC (Link)
4) BTC Garden (Link)
5) XBTec (Link)

It's nice we at least have a list for the running Tally but I wonder if Friedcat forgot he was supposed to post here as well with a state of affairs and not just verify the Chips being sent out by XBTec

Now for the joke he's waiting for page 1000 Guys XD

@ Frank 2nd link is down
Down for me must be localized

Based on his previous posting times, I think it's safe to stop hitting refresh.  It's very unlikely that we'll get an update in the next few hours.

I've gotta say, this sure is pretty rude of him. He must know that everyone was going to be waiting for this day and to not even mention that there was a delay is pretty heartless:(
