1001  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.game asking me to lose intentionally, then confiscating funds on: November 11, 2023, 07:27:52 AM
Yes, go ahead. Thanks.
Sent you a PM.

I think it might be wise to make a public record: I've send a PM to BC's representative earlier today, and shortly before I made this post, I had a chance to have a chat with High Priest on telegram. I've ask him to please inform his coworker who handle the forum to come back online. Let's wait a little and see [and hope] if things will get clearer.

This is now a week ago. Did the BC.game representative not even want to come in here to discuss the case? I see he was online yesterday, but didn't post anything.

Umm...? That is actually what I asked you since three days ago and I've been waiting ypur answer to weighting my further step. They did not give me any follow ups and I was hoping they put an effort from your side. I take it that the silence goes on, although they were online couple of days ago and could reply for a case in AG only yesterday?

To verify Ratimov's plagiarism claim, I checked the unedited post, and unlike someone who would post a small link at the end of his long copied topic, NotATether started his topic by giving credit.

Not sure where he got that idea, the credit given by NotATether was more than sufficient and clear to anyone reading the thread, or... why he choose to take that thread into his own hand and make a fuss about it, where some other --one might argue-- more demanding topics are in danger needs of his attention.
1003  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.game asking me to lose intentionally, then confiscating funds on: November 10, 2023, 03:39:41 PM
I'll try to reach them once more through PM and probably TG-ing "High Priest", the representative recommended to you by Efialtis so he can tell the forum representative to come back online and give explanation about their change of findings. Let's see if we can re-deescalate this issue.

[...]

You should do the same to me and earlypaco because they clearly also LOST their case against us on casino guru and got demanded to pay us our winnings
but are not doing so, so far....

Not just on this case here !

I believe yours is the one with a lot of posts in all caps and profanities? Sorry, I couldn't force myself to finish reading that thread and, thus, didn't have an understanding of that thread. I rarely PM representatives for cases that I didn't oversee, and I didn't oversee cases that I didn't have an understanding on.

I hope you can explain more, and perhaps answer what DaveF asked, it'll be helpful for me to write a neutral feedback to warn other [future] users of this... depth of KYC they might have to undergo, and their option, whether they'll get refund or are allowed to withdraw if they refuses to do so.
Unless someone complain that they are not able to withdraw the funds without verifying if a KYC request arises from them, this below quote from Rollbit is more than enough.

~
We always refund users who are unable to complete verification steps.

There does not exist a single case where this is any different.

Perhaps I was a bit unclear with what I previously said and quoted above. I re-read the post and see it is quite ambiguous. What I tried to say is, I asked if they allow total withdrawal or just returning the deposit. It'll be helpful for me to know this, because I can use that info write an accurate neutral feedback based on their answer, to warn other users, whether to write "refusing to perform such KYC will void your winnings and only entitle you to your deposit" or, "refusing to perform such KYC will remove your ability to play on their casino with your progress so far paid to you" or, perhaps they can add more to this story.

@OP sorry for asking but are u on really good profit on bc? To me it looks like they saw u were winning too much and went through your history to single out a bet to cancel it.

I wouldnt be surprised if bc disappears anyday

Won 88mbtc from sportsbetting from 150mbtc deposit when his issue came up. I don't think it can be considered as a good profit, no?

OP, has BC's representative got in touch with you? They were online yesterday and today, and they're yet to address any of the open accusation against them. Kindly update us from your side.

I am encouraging you both to move and focus the discussion for that matter in the designated thread, especially as Razer has replied there. It'll be helpful for every party involved and people overseeing the situation to follow the discussion if it happens in one place rather in two simultaneous thread.
1007  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: illegal and humiliating video verification in Rollbit.com on: November 09, 2023, 05:27:39 PM
I would argue a little wiggle room that if their video verification includes logging out and into their platform, it can be accepted as a countermeasure of fraudulent activity by faking credentials for KYC, using someone else's ID for their KYC, but asking for a screenshare when accessing binance and google account is... I don't think they have any basis to justify this action and kinda upsetting.

I'll PM Razer and invite him to this thread, see what their defense for such invasive investigation.

Thanks for the heads up here, Holy!

OP was subject to further KYC checks due to the initial information not being enough to verify we were dealing with the true account controller.

Keep in mind this call, and any actions on the call, are completely voluntary. The sole purpose of such calls is to verify identity. These are specifically good for cases where we may expect prolific abuse (repeat abusers).

Video KYC interviews are certainly not unheard of. While it may be uncommon, it's not something exclusive to Rollbit. I'm aware of examples, including from personal experience, from much larger services than ours.

video verification includes logging out and into their platform

We do wish it was this simple, but we see levels of sophistication that would easily circumvent checks like this.

I have to agree with several members here that it's a rather poor justification. I intially thought --half hoping-- you'll come and explain that this is not something normal and acceptable by your platform, that the security staff were requesting such invasive verification was doing it by their own initiative instead of your SOP, and that you'll make sure such... probing will not happen in the future. As I previously said, I can understand that you require your user to logging in and out of their account during video verification, but to show their google and binance account? I have to say I am not comfortable with "KYC" that deep.

I hope you can explain more, and perhaps answer what DaveF asked, it'll be helpful for me to write a neutral feedback to warn other [future] users of this... depth of KYC they might have to undergo, and their option, whether they'll get refund or are allowed to withdraw if they refuses to do so.

I would like to hear a response from the Rollbit representatives regarding this thread in accusations illegal and humiliating video verification in Rollbit.com.

I've send Razer a PM about this and invite him to that thread, he is not constantly online so let's give him a time to come back to the forum and address the concern.
1009  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: illegal and humiliating video verification in Rollbit.com on: November 09, 2023, 08:57:11 AM
In fact my hope is that OP is lying, that he's working for a competitor of Rollbit and is trying to besmirch their reputation
Possible. The way we see people are creating accusations against casinos, a group can plan such evil things and try to harm reputation of a specific casino. Another user claimed that he faced similar situation.

They just do this process to make sure it’s really you who’s verifying and no one els, e.g a relative or kyc account buyer. I’ve went through this process before. Rollbit does make me very sad though.

Can we expect a response from Rollbit management regarding these claims whether it's true?

[...] And I will like to ask, if have you in anyway P.M it's forum representative here? Because he/she is the only person who has a better chance of having your issue resolved.

I've done that earlier today, just in case OP can't send them a PM due to newbie restriction. Hopefully they'll address this matter. It'll be nice to see their representative attending to cases and solving them again.
1011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Judge Torres (JAT) - 10% XRP Real Redistribution for Holders. on: November 08, 2023, 02:50:22 PM
I see that you are only here to criticize and point out, how badly that says about you as a person.

That's highly dependant on which side and perspective we see it. From an investor who currently in the middle of their DD? I think they'll find it useful and someone nicely pointed things out. From the perspective of a project with questionable quality? Yeah, I can understand why you don't like it when someone pointed out crucial flaws of your project, and spelled it out how it translated to incompetence, and how likely the project gone missing in a very near future.

You don't want to be criticized and your mistakes pointed out? I suggest next time when you have another shady project, make sure you re-read your whitepaper before publishing it.
1012  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game cancelled my bonuses and locked my account with $100k+ USD balance on: November 08, 2023, 02:43:41 PM

Unless there's something you leave out from your story, I find myself in an agreement with your case. They warned you and you asked what's allowed and what's not, and then what's allowed [in a written statement] suddenly became not-allowed. I can understand that interdepartmental miscommunication are something that frequently happens, and though the above situation can be considered as a poor communication between your host and the security team, their decision to lock you out seems... wrong, especially if there's nothing wrong with your KYC and you do everything honestly.

I'll write to BC's representative, though my previous PMs and the past [active] cases against them are not solved or attended yet. Please update us if there's any development from your side.
1013  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The mom of my friend got scammed 7.3k$ from coinbase usin an app like teamviewer on: November 08, 2023, 11:26:38 AM
I understand that one of the thing you tried to acquire here is a way to freeze the fund in his address, suppose it's binance hot wallet's? Unfortunately, I agree with hosseinimr93, I don't think that's binance hot wallet, that's the scammer's personal wallet, so there's no way we can ask binance or other custodial wallet provider to freeze the fund.

Best path to chase right now is to file a police report, though I personally think that'll lead to a dead end, given the only evidence is a dutch phone number [with high probability of being a disposible number]. Other way is to closely monitor the fund in that address and wait for it to move, hoping that it moves to a centralized exchange or a custodial wallet provider, then ask them to froze it.

~

And last. I didn't see @Coin_trader as you question to screenshot, but to the op. Why you did not use your main account for this thread instead of alt-account. I am saying because of you answers to questions. Because what op supposed answered are the ones you answering. I am not here for argument but to tell you how to solve problem.

Just because someone help answering a question by other user [on this case, decodx answered question addressed to OP from Coin_trader] doesn't necessarily mean they're the same user and it's their alt account.

Hello @scammedbysico2,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please be informed that we have lowered the limit so that you can withdraw your commissions.

Our terms are currently being edited and we will also update our Affiliate FAQ since moving forward, the minimum withdrawal amount is indeed going to be $50.

OP, please confirm this and after you managed to withdraw the amount, mark this thread as solved and lock the thread

Nonetheless, OP is in touch with their admin, let's wait and hope it solves his problem.
The admin hasn't taken any steps to solve his problem. OP has mentioned about this in his main post. [...]

Read again, updated situation on post #6

[...]
After the first refusing of an admin I got now a message that I can WD it tomorrow. So let's see what happens.
1016  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet Commission withdraw on: November 07, 2023, 04:37:00 PM

There is no minimum withdrawal threshold as long as the transaction fee is covered.

Can you post a screenshot or mention on what category on the ToS which this statement mention? The ToS is on pdf files which means search function is not available while the full ToS is so long to read just to find this small sentence for your convenience.

By having a quick scan, I just saw in the terms that they have the right to refuse payment anytime for their own reason. This is kinda tricky on your case. Does that minimum withdrawal is available when you start being an affiliate or they just update it later on?

As decodx said, it's there. I gave the pdf a read [it's not that long] before I first replied to this thread, and can confirm that the ToS should be the one applies when this thread is made and the most updated one, it's the one where we got redirected upon clicking the link next to the box we should tick to prove our agreement.

Nonetheless, OP is in touch with their admin, let's wait and hope it solves his problem.
1017  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet Commission withdraw on: November 07, 2023, 03:15:48 PM
Do you mind sharing the screenshot of that message? The one that says minimum withdrawal fee is 50 USD. And on what chain were you trying to withdraw? Although I don't think any chain currently have tx fee as high as 18 USD.

https://i.imgur.com/KAY70jb.png [reuploaded to talkimg]

I cant even choose a currency. Got that message directly.

Wolfbet's representative has not been online for a while. I can try to reach them through other channel if you want to, but I think... though I fully understand it might be inconvenient, would it not be better to just reach the 50 USD minimum withdrawal amount? It save some tx fee too. If that is not feasible or convenient to you, I'll try to find a way to invite their representative to this thread.
1018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Judge Torres (JAT) - 10% XRP Real Redistribution for Holders. on: November 07, 2023, 03:06:37 PM
Hi, nice to meet you, I am not the owner of the project, I am part of the Judge Torres team, we are a group of 13 people on the project. Thanks for your interest

Thirteen people and none realized or have any time to proof-read the document before publishing it? A document that's very crucial on presenting your business? Nice. I think it shows enough of the seriousness of this project. I'm out.
1019  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet Commission withdraw on: November 07, 2023, 03:02:45 PM
Hi all,

I have $18.55 earned as commission on Wolfbet. Now I can't withdraw it because the system says that the minimum is $50.

On their TC (https://storage.googleapis.com/wolfbet-static/documents/Affiliate_TC.pdf, link to the TC is on https://partners.wolf.bet/register) is stated:

There is no minimum withdrawal threshold as long as the transaction fee is covered.

I had contact with support and they forwarded it to the admin and he refuses to pay out the commission I earned.

Do you mind sharing the screenshot of that message? The one that says minimum withdrawal fee is 50 USD. And on what chain were you trying to withdraw? Although I don't think any chain currently have tx fee as high as 18 USD.
1020  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should Ratimov be in DT1? on: November 07, 2023, 02:53:01 PM
He said the reason, he did it was because Ratimov deleted all his previous feedback. Only the flags he created are left.
I only saw this now. Ratimov indeed wiped his sent feedback, and withdrew his Flags. I only checked a few of the Flags created by other users, but it looks like Ratimov deleted his vote on (all of?) those too.
Ratimov seems to have a flair for the dramatic.

Wild guess: did he wipe his Trust list too? That leaves no reason to include him.

Oh? I noticed that he wiped out all of his feedback because I visited his trust page after he's off DT and it looked like this,

but it didn't come to my awareness that he also retracted all of his flags, mainly because the list still shows "created flag" and I didn't dig further. It seems... excessive. I am not sure if it's a good idea or a step forward toward betterment.
