1141  Economy / Economics / Re: Avoid running into financial ruin this Christmas! on: December 25, 2022, 11:50:24 PM
Merry Christmas before this day ends!

Well, it's a good advise but I can't blame people for spending a lot for this season because it's been different since 2020. That's why if there are people that have spent as much as they can like it's their last money, I can't blame them for doing that.

But at least they still able to save some and be wiser after realizing that they don't have much money left.
1142  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hmmm....No way! on: December 25, 2022, 10:50:19 PM
It only proves that bitcoin's and charts are unpredictable. No matter how we the correlation of it as we analyze it, time and time again that it will come that it'll be very going far away from those predictions.

But I'm stuck in one belief that every halving, we'll see new ATH and even it may have that different pattern and motion after each cycle, that's okay. Just looking long term on it.
1143  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hi i been doing binance futures for quite long time here is my idea on: December 25, 2022, 09:45:00 PM
You said that you've been trading for so long and I think that you don't need people to donate or get commission from their successful trades.

The essence of these groups are nowhere to be found because all of you are after the commission and money of the members. This is a typical pump and dump group and "VIP" memberships.

Just trade and keep going if you've been doing that and you'll not need people to beg for their donations.
1144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETHW still survive? on: December 25, 2022, 08:34:10 PM
I have this ethw for free.

But the sad part is that I can't dump it right now because of how cheap it is. I guess I'll just keep it there whether it will have a good price or not in the future, I'll just have it display on my portfolio.

Yeah, it's most unlikely to survive because it's just another fork and we know what happens to them.
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is how altcoins performed in 2022 on: December 24, 2022, 09:01:42 PM
So most of the leading coins are in red mark only. Hope next year will be better.
And that's because we're in a bear market.

Yeah, hopefully by next year and even after the halving. Everything's going to be fine for sure and we have to be patient until we reach those days again of another bull run.

Keep the faith and keep holding, don't panic and be hopeful!
1146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SBF released, Will Solana ($SOL) come back? on: December 24, 2022, 06:50:20 PM
Seeing many people trying to leave solana especially its developers. There's something wrong with it and even with SBFs bail paid, I don't think that he'll try to focus on it.

He's focusing more with what he's facing and that's all about the case that he's got.

He's out temporarily and will use it to do other better things but yeah, one of it could do something like pumping any coin he wishes. But will he be able to do that on this situation? I doubt.
1147  Economy / Economics / Re: It's Simple to understood now cash is king again on: December 24, 2022, 05:55:44 PM
For now it is, despite the majority's currencies inflation, people are still surviving with all markets recovering.

Purchasing power is there but due to inflation, it's lessening its power. That's why, it's still wise to have an hedge against inflation and you know what are those assets that will make you feel safe by doing so.
1148  Economy / Economics / Re: Hope for cryptocurrency in Nigeria. on: December 24, 2022, 10:53:31 AM
The government should appreciate what's happening in their country based on the feedback of their citizens. The feedback was terrific and amazing that's why they have to capitalize it instead of being an obstacle to their people.

I guess every country will be a villain at first tries whenever they see the thriving market on their country.

But eventually, they'll change their decisions to be give way to its early adoption that's happening on their jurisdiction.
1149  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading With Borrowed Funds!!! on: December 24, 2022, 09:50:16 AM
It is true that some people have become rich through crypto trading in the recent times.
Most likely by being an investor and at the same time a trader.

But considering the high risk involved in trading, do you think it's proper/wise to trade with borrowed funds as your capital irrespective of your trading experience?
Simply and big NO!

You know that the risk is big and yet you're considering to borrow money just to trade. It's a risky thing to do and if you want to trade, trade only with your own money that you afford to lose.
1150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please Suggest Some Free Crypto Trading Signals on: December 23, 2022, 11:45:20 PM
I don't think that you really need one, you're just advertising that link that you've made.

Well, nice try and trick. But I'll never click on that and for sure you've seen those folks that have been also asking the same thing about trading signals.

Go to them and have a conversation and maybe something will be built upon that.
1151  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DUCKDICE.IO DEAD SUPPORT AND UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM on: December 23, 2022, 10:37:50 PM
1. the account that supposedly the OP lost has no funds in it
2. the only one left in the account is probably the perks, like the rewards and free spins
Correct.

I thought that it's a big issue that OP has trying to prove that because he has wagered millions and lost a lot of money on them, he's going to get those perks remaining he believe is still there.

But it would be good if bob can verify if OP is telling the truth about having that wager and total amount of lose on his account.

Nevertheless, this will make it clear.

there is no dispute of amounts or bonus funds in this regard that i can see as the only thing would be rakeback but he is making this claim after again also saying he stopped playing because of his losses.

they can see check my account status as they can,

Yes they can check the status.

But as said, you can get no dispute anymore if it's been dormant. So whether you're eligible for rewards before but you haven't touched it and became considered as a dormant account.

That's their rules and you have to abide with what they've set as house rules for their customers, you've signed onto them and you agreed with their terms even before getting those rewards.
1152  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Sam Bankman-Fried has been released on bail on: December 23, 2022, 09:40:50 PM
There's still got much money left for him and that's not surprising. People who have been a victim of his collapse might feel bad that instead of him returning that amount to the affected ones, he just used it for bailing.

While his ex-gf, Caroline, pleaded guilty.

Well, he may be on release for now but I'm sure that he can't do this forever or else there's a financier or he has tempt the billions of money somewhere he can access anytime.
1153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What do you guys think about Aleo Mining? on: December 23, 2022, 08:40:21 PM
You have already made this topic and you made another one[1]. You don't have to make a new thread for this topic, don't duplicate your thread with the same topic on it.

There's no essence of doing it as you already made it. Just lock the new one that you've made and stick to this thread.

1156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BNB is in x-hairs, is this good opportunity to retrieve my funds locked for yrs? on: December 22, 2022, 06:41:39 PM
They're approachable as per my experience and if you've been struggling retrieving your account. With all of the FUD that you're seeing, this is the right time to work on it.

Keep on contacting them and provide any other alternative information that they might ask you like IDs or whatsoever because aside from facial recognition, there are for sure other ways of validating that you own that account you try to retrieve.

I kinda agree with you.  It is a clever idea to push the issue and fix it right.  Since The Binance  exchange is in the hot sit, they might chose to be lenient this time and make it easy for you to access your account @OP.  Don't be shy  approaching their staff besides and ask for help or guidance is the best thing IMO.
They wouldn't want to miss any customer's concern when many are not liking them at this time.

It's actually a good opportunity for them to prove themselves and take back their customers as there will be a significant factor for them to give the best feed back that they can.

So, I'm hoping that it will be good as per OP's experience and he should really start to contact them asap.
1157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana’s position in the space. on: December 22, 2022, 05:48:58 PM
Not really sure why we have Sol threads as of late, did it really have a lot of investors from this community? Or they just jump on the hype recently and then when the price goes down, everyone is afraid of their investments going down?
I think those investors seen really the growth of Solana and how it's likely to be dominating the NFTs and the same experience as what ETH did before.

But, it just so happen that there were attacks and hacks that has happened which led many of those investors to look at the true potential of it.

With many of its former developers leaving, and that actually hit them as investors also leave them because these hacks or outages are not doing good for any project like solana.

1159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should your wife or husband know your seed phrase? on: December 22, 2022, 11:06:40 AM
When a man gets married to a woman to become husband and wife, they become one and everyone expects that they can get to share everything with each other. I know of women who have the passwords to their husbands bank cards and they can make withdrawals on his behalf. I will like to ask the Men here if they have shared their seed phrase with their wife's? I will like to ask the women here how they will feel if their husbands refuse telling them their seed phrase?
Nope.

She understands what bitcoin is but she's afraid on keeping or knowing about the private keys or seed phrases. I've told her about the incidents on how people aren't good enough in keeping it and that's why she just let me have it.

I've already told her how important it is and not to broadcast it to the public or to anyone in person but just me and her or anyone I would and she would trust the most.
1160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin? on: December 21, 2022, 11:54:13 PM
It seems to me a much more logical choice than altcoins. Investing in altcoins is much more risky, of course, you can earn very high profits. But I think bitcoin makes much more sense in the long run.
Yes, you said it right.

You might be intrigued to see when people were making a lot of money with altcoins. Good for those that have sold and never went back to the same altcoin because most likely, the next one is going to be a verge of losses.

On that track, bitcoin is the best choice. It may not have been too short term just as the other altcoins but you'll get stability on this one. This is a market leader.
