1481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10k investment on: April 14, 2023, 02:50:36 PM
I’m looking to invest 10k, I’m trying to decide if to go with XRP or ADA.
~
My slight worry is what happens if XRP lose.
Why not do both?

I mean ADA and XRP can give you more than x4 return when the bull market starts, but on the flipside, it might not give you that return in the bull run. I mean anything can happen. If you're only focusing on that 2 coins, just go 50-50 on it. I'm holding ADA personally, but I'm thinking of selling already, and buy Ethereum on it. As for XRP, it didn't come to my mind to hold some of that coins for the long run for some unknown reason.

Long term, I think you have a higher chance that you can get x4 returns because it already happened in the past. You are worrying if XRP loses? I guess the community behind Ripple is huge to the point that it will not go down that hard if something bad happens to them. As for ADA, their slow upgrades, and lots of hype is the problem with them, but whenever they release an upgrade to their project, there are little to no bugs or whatever glitches on it.

Maybe try on adding some Bitcoin. ADA, XRP, and BTC. Smiley

These are some of the best I have seen so far.

*What advice would you give me?

Well, you already said that "besides BTC and ETH" and yet you added it to the choices.

Well anyway, $40,000 to a billion dollar would take you a very long time to reach, but I'm not saying that it's impossible. It's just that it's hard to reach. If I will pick on the choices you shared, I will go with DOGE. Remember the person who spend everything that he have, and he also took a loan I think or used his credit card to buy Bitcoin. At one point, he was a millionaire, and many already said that he must sell it at the bull market, and he didn't sell it. Ending is I think he's still holding it and waiting for the market to go up again.

Why I picked DOGE? Because DOGE has a history of pumps and dumps coming from Elon Musk, and one pump coming from him can give you lots of profit if timed correctly. $40,000 to a billion like you said will took you lots of time, and lots of correct trades because I believe in order to achieve this, you must buy at a good time, and sell it at it's highest.

$40,000 to a billion in 5 years? You must be a good futures trader in order for that to achieve I believe. Buying and just holding it for 5 years will not make you a billionaire especially with that low amount of money and a very high money that you want to get.

I'll put my bet on TNT on this one just because of how they played. I believe that the locals of the TNT are better than that of Ginebra (for me). TNT as the winner, and TNT +4.5 on Handicap are my bets. Cheesy

I definitely like the TNT as well, but I'm willing to take a riskier bet to get the moneyline odds. It's a seven-game series, so winning this game isn't critical as there's still Game 4 to even out the series. Hopefully, the officials won't be biased and allow the better team to win.

The reason I like the TNT is because of their attractive odds, which is the only reason.

Bookies have put attractive odds for TNT because like our speculations that game 3 would be won by Ginebra as this is a see-saw battle that we are all expecting but that remains to be seen but i have bet for TNT +5.5 @1.92 because i think that even though Ginebra wins but it's gonna be a close one like we are seeing now with the score tied at 49 apiece with 2 minutes before half time.

edit:

lost my bet as i deviated from the script hehe. TNT lost by a margin of 16 big points, credit that to the hot shooting of Malonzo, Brownlee and Pringle from the rainbow country. Not all was lost for me as i have betted that this game would be under 222.5 and it fortunately it didn't go over that figure.
3 points away from losing your bet, but anyway I guess it's good that I'm quite busy when the game happened because I'm thinking of putting my bet on TNT before the game, but Ginebra took Game 3, and got the lead again in this series 2-1

After scoring only 12 points (his 3rd lowest score output in his PBA career), Brownlee stepped up, and lead his team with 29 points, and all 5 of their starters scored in double digits while 3 of them scored 20+ points. I think the TNT just surprised on how Pringle stepped up on this game. I mean he wasn't the Pringle that we used to see when he's in Global Port where he is averaging more than 20+ points, but he can step up, and be a reliable scorer when needed the most, and it happened on this one. 22 points with no missed shot at all, and the best part on his stats is that he is 6/6 from 3-pt area. That's an impressive one coming from him I must say.

RHJ lead the TNT on the other hand with 32 points, but the locals didn't helped that much in terms of offense. 4 of the locals scored 10+ points, but that wasn't enough for them to win on this game. I guess it would be better for the TNT if the offense will be spread even more compare to if there's only 1 focal person on offense.

Anyway, Game 4 is on Sunday. TNT winning Game 4? Maybe  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Paolo Banchero is one vote away from being the unanimous Rookie of the Year, but look at that stupid one voter down below who voted for Walker Kessler. Also take a look the outlet where he is working. Salt Lake Tribune is from Utah. I don't want to say stupid to him, but he ruined it because he voted for the rookie that's playing on their home. Banchero must've been the only unanimous Rookie of the Year since KAT in 2015, but he ruined it.

That's him being biased, but there's nothing wrong with that as despite he is biased, we cannot deny that Walker Kessler has an impressive season with the Utah Jazz. He average 2.3 blocks per game, the highest among the rookies and has a big impact on the success of the team despite missing the play-in. Just let is pass, he has a job to do, and that is to ruin Banchero's unanimous ROY award.
Well, if he voted for another Rookie outside of Kessler, I will not feel the same. If he only voted for example Mathurin, or Jaden Ivey then I will not call it "bias", but he voted the rookie that played on the same city as he is playing. Kessler was a very good rookie indeed like you said, and Utah getting him is already a big plus for them because he is included in that Gobert trade. At a young age, he already got 2.3 blocks per game. Give him more years to play, and he might be a candidate for defensive player of the year. Still, I see that person who voted for him a bit bias.

~
This team will be difficult to defeat next season, all they need is experience and soon they will certainly be seen as a playoff contender of the Eastern Conference.
Give Bol Bol more time to play, and they will be at least in the play-in tournament next season. Cheesy
I'm not kidding because they need to develop him, and give more time because he is always explosive whenever he is inside the court. Him alongside other young players out there is a good roster already. Just look at how the Thunder is playing right now. They are young, but they are now competing for the 8th seed.

~
But as you have said, the Warriors has a bad record in the road, could be a factor. However, this is going to be a series so there's a lot of momentum changes, last year they were down against the Boston Celtics but they overcome them and win the NBA trophy.
I believe Kerr would have new set of strategies and would use those new players as well just to make Mike Brown wouldn't know what set of plays and defense they'll gonna make. Yeah Kings has a good record and kudos to Brown for making it on playoffs but I think Warriors has the experience when it comes to this kind of atmosphere.
[/quote]
Experience matters in a playoff series because it's a different atmosphere when it comes to playoffs unlike in the regular season where you are playing with different teams, here you will face the same team at most 7 times. Adjustments on and off the court is a big factor on the playoffs, and I believe that's what the Warriors are excelling at. Their experience will matter here in the first round.

On the other hand, I will not excluding the Kings already because Coach Brown has been an assistant coach under Coach Kerr for years as well, so maybe he might've know Coach Kerr's strategy, and will counter it, however, I believe that Coach Kerr will think of another strategy. A strategy that his former assistant coach didn't see when he was still in the Warriors.
1485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: April 14, 2023, 04:04:51 AM
What do you think the odds will be for Game 3? So far, the favorites have been winning and covering the spread. Most likely, if Ginebra is listed as the favorite, they will only be a slight favorite with a maximum of -2.5 points. That spread is quite easy to cover provided that the Gin Kings win, and Brownlee? He was not a big factor in Game 2, but he is sure to bounce back, so watch out for that.

In the last two games, the total score has gone under, so I guess we should follow that trend.
As expected, Ginebra is the favorite currently base on the odds on Stake.

With how the TNT played in Game 2, I think they can also win in Game 3 as well. I mean if they somehow know how to stop Brownlee from getting red hot in shooting, and somehow stop Standhardinger, then they have a chance. He really wasn't a big factor in Game 2, and I didn't know the adjustments that the TNT did since I didn't watch most of Game 2, but I think they know what they'll do to stop him. On the other hand, I wonder what will be the adjustments of the Ginebra in order for them to win in Game 3.

I'll put my bet on TNT on this one just because of how they played. I believe that the locals of the TNT are better than that of Ginebra (for me). TNT as the winner, and TNT +4.5 on Handicap are my bets. Cheesy

This is the last day without NBA basketball for a while. Tomorrow night we’ll find out the final playoff standings with the results of the play-in tournament. Then it’s everyday NBA playoffs for a while. Best time of the year. This weekend we should have an idea of how the first round is going to go and see which teams are able to take it up a notch.
It's a good time to rest and refresh our minds especially those who will be making their bets. We got to really analyze the game and leave emotions behind. Although I know it cannot be avoided.  Grin

Kings coach Mike Brown voted NBCA's Coach of the Year
https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/36179274/sources-kings-coach-mike-brown-voted-nbca-coach-year
Mike Brown! Yeah! He deserves it.
I think we all knew it, all of the Basketball Coaches knew it, everybody in the league knew it already way before the end of the regular season.
We all knew who will be the Coach of the Year. Coach Mike Brown really turned the whole Kings upside down. From a team who's in the bottom, and didn't reach the playoff for 16 straight years to now one of the top offensive teams in the league, and take note that it's only his first year coaching the Kings though he got some experience being an assistant coach on the Warriors. Credits to the runner ups I guess.

Now I just saw it on Facebook a while ago and it's the Rookie of the Year award. Just look at the picture alone, and you will see how stupid the voters are.

Paolo Banchero is one vote away from being the unanimous Rookie of the Year, but look at that stupid one voter down below who voted for Walker Kessler. Since March, I already put my bet on the Warriors because I believe that they're the team to beat now in the West. I will cite some things with regards to the Warriors that might change your mind if you already put your bet on another team.

- Curry, Thompson, and Poole are combined for 779 three pointers in the regular season. That's the highest by a trio in an NBA history.
- Thompson is the 3rd player in NBA history to get at least 300 three pointers in a single season. The other 2? Curry, and Harden.
- They are the 7th highest defensive rating post-trade deadline. Take note that Wiggins isn't playing most of that time, and GPII only played 7 games.
- Poole, and DiVincenzo as their back-up scorer, Kuminga who is very athletic, and starting to develop himself already, Moody is a big help as well, GPII as a great defender. These are only their bench players.
- Their starting 5 of Curry, Thompson, Green, Wiggins, and Looney are one of the best starting 5 right now in the league.

That are only the some of the things that they achieved this season. I also forgot to mention that experience that they've got as a whole team. On the first round, they will face the top offensive team right now which is the Kings, but they're inexperienced, and we know how experience affects the playoffs right? On the second round, they will face the Grizzlies most probably, and I can't wait for the Warriors to slap them especially Brooks who are calling themselves a "dynasty".

No hate for other teams out there or the users here who put their bets on another team, but I only shared some things from a Warrior fan. Cheesy
1488  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your most preferred Bitcoin investment strategy right now? on: April 13, 2023, 01:37:05 PM
1. Stacking Sats':
This is in short a nick name which in English term would refer to "accumulating Bitcoin". While 'sats' would mean Satoshi, as the smallest unit of Bitcoin, stacking would simply imply heaping or storing up.

With both words combined to give the synonym for dollar cost averaging Bitcoin, it suffices to say that this is purchasing small amounts of BTC on a regular basis over a duration one chooses.
I think this is what they are calling "Dollar-Cost Averaging".
Well, accumulating Bitcoin overtime is for me the safest approach when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency. Buying at once can also be a good strategy, but the bad negative thing on that way is that, you might lose an opportunity if Bitcoin goes even lower in price, and you don't have money to buy it at a lower price.

Overall, stacking sats, or Dollar-Cost Average is kind of the same that you are stacking Satoshis. The only difference I guess is that... there's no difference on it. Tongue

2. HODL :
Hold on for dear life!
As of 2013, the term HODL first came on to the scene in a Bitcoin talk forum when a frustrated trader under the username GameKyuubi was letting his bottle of whiskey do the talking and posted the now infamous thread “I AM HODLING”.

The point of GameKyuubi’s post was to let the cryptocurrency world know that, despite the serious fall Bitcoin had just taken, they planned to still hold on to their BTC. What GameKyuubi didn’t know was this simple typo would soon become an iconic term used by crypto communities around the world. HODL started gaining traction in mainstream media and late-night television, in addition to being held responsible for the creation of countless memes.
Well, that term really became popular especially in this forum. This is why I love the forum. There are many things that happened only here, and will only happen here. That infamous HODL, some famous names like Satoshi, Hal etc. posted here, the person behind the infamous 10,000 Bitcoin pizza.

Anyway, I guess there's no need for an explanation with this one already because it's on the name already. On the other hand, I will not do this one because it's like "You will hold your Bitcoins until you die." which is not one of my plans. I still want to give my Bitcoins to some other people if my time comes, but anyway, I hope that people took "Holding on for dear life" phrase as "Holding long term".

3. Trading Bitcoin:
I included this as one investment strategy because one would have to have invested some funds in Bitcoin, before it could be used in whatever format one deems fit for the best profit taking at the time. One way besides the others aforementioned for short term gain is to be a merchant trader. However, gains or losses from trading may be affected by the market volatility.
This is where most of the profits are.
At the same time, this is where most investors are losing money.

The most riskiest way of the three. Trading Bitcoin is considered an investment because in order for an investor to trade, you must invest Bitcoin. Still, those expert traders are the ones who are gaining the most profit thru trading, and where they are getting those profits? From the investors who are losing on their trades. Cheesy
1489  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market is seasonal on: April 13, 2023, 08:10:34 AM
Last month my trade was great, I make some dooh but this month is cashloss experiment. I don't really understand the mystical magic behind the technological process of this trading as if someone or something is regulating the system. The system dash you small cash this week and collect big cash from you next week. Is not sweet to bear big loss than gain,  and this things happens anytime the market looks like bitcoin wants to boom.

I see that there is no complete expert trader, at a point everyone experience loss both robots. That's means the market is kind of seasonal, it can favor you today and hit you tomorrow.
You are pertaining about trading right? You are saying that you can get wins at some times, and at some times you will get losses.

Well, that's how trading is. There is no 100% win rate in trading. Even the experts are losing trades, but the difference is that the experts are winning more than they're losing thus, they are having more profits than losses. Mystical magic? Technological process? Regulating the system? I might be dumb, but I didn't even think how these words are connected to trading.

You said complete expert trader. You mean a perfect trader right because if that's how you think then you're right. You know what the experts and newbies, and average traders differ? Experts know the risk, they know when to enter, and they know when to exit. Most of the newbies, and some of the average traders doesn't know this one.
1490  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on 30k how was your feelings ? on: April 13, 2023, 07:39:58 AM
After 10month later btc again touch 30k range, Although I was happy to see it rise to the range of 30k, but a deep pain and fear was created in my chest, actually the fear is that I don't feel comfort when the price of bitcoin goes higher because after investing at that price, if btc's value goes down. It's like the bitcoin pump couldn't make me happy.
I would like to know your feelings on this matter.  Tongue

Don't think of the short term. Obviously you are feeling that because you are seeing Bitcoin's price in the short term.

Fear? Pain? Discomfort? That will be gone if you will only look at the long term price movement of Bitcoin. Don't be too negative about price movement of Bitcoin. If you bought at $30,000 then good for you. If it goes down, don't panic, and accumulate more Bitcoin. I mean why care if the price of it goes down. Always take note that price going down is always an opportunity to buy more Bitcoins at a lower price.

As for me? I didn't felt anything when Bitcoin's price went to as high as $69,000 2 years ago. I also didn't felt anything, but happiness when the price of Bitcoin went down below $20,000 last year because I saw it as an opportunity to buy even more. Bitcoin pumps are very normal, and for some traders a time for them to take profit. Yes I did felt some regret for myself because I didn't sold my Bitcoins back when it was at it's peak, but for sure I will not do that mistake again and will sell a portion of it when the bull market comes.

How does it feels for me to see Bitcoin at $30,000? None Cheesy. Because I saw it already reaching that price, and even higher.
1491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 13, 2023, 07:02:33 AM
2 home teams got upset today because of how they played on their home.

For the Raptors, it's their free throw shooting that's the problem. Just imagine how many free throws they've missed. 18 free throw shots, and what if all of that or at least most went in. They have a high chance to win, but they lost because of that. I wonder how Beverley is reacting right now if it happened on their home. He might've stand on the scorers table again, and throwing his jersey.

For the other game, the Thunder are overachieving already this season IMO, and for a young team to play like that, it's very impressive that's what I will say. 12 lead changes, and 11 ties, and add that the Thunder are leading most of the time, and at one point, they lead as many as 10 points. Many would've thought that the Pelicans will win on this one because they have 2 all-star players, and very good role players, but the Thunder proved us wrong, and stole one on the road. SGA, and Giddey lead the Thunder team, and will face the Timberwolves for the 8th seed. For sure, the outcome of this game will be different if Zion only played. His answer to why he isn't playing is just ridiculous. He feel that he isn't the Zion he used to? LOL!!!

Anyway, I think it's the first time that both 9th seeded teams lost to 10th seeded teams since the play-in tournament has implemented. We are now seeing play-in tournaments that are like playoffs already. The games are really entertaining. I'm not hoping that all playoff games will be like this, but I hope that most will. Cheesy

Because it can buy everything, and when I mean everything, I mean everything that you can buy, money can buy it.

Luxuries, guns, bombs, land, everything that you think, money can buy it that's why it is ruling the world right now. Some might say that money can't buy happiness. Yes it's a famous quote back in the days maybe, but now we know that even money can buy happiness. Not directly happiness, but you can buy things that you love, and that action will make you happy.

If you want to survive in this cruel world,  you need money. If you need to buy something you neither need or want, you need money. Without money, you will not survive, and maybe that's the reason why people are working. Money is a necessity and without it, we will not live long.
1493  Economy / Economics / Re: using credit card on: April 13, 2023, 03:05:24 AM
i am studying in college, i was really excited to get my first credit card Wink. i thought it will give me a sense of independence and allow me to buy things i could not afford with cash.

though, i quickly learned that credit cards can be a double edged sword. while they can be helpful in building credit, they can also lead to debt and financial trouble if not used responsibly.
I've seen many people who got broke, and until now are still broke because of wrong use of Credit Card.

Since they got that card, they are shopping here, shopping there. Swipe here, swipe there. Buying things they just want because they thought that they have money, but they overspent, and now having a hard time paying their debt plus the expenses. Well, credit card being a double-edged sword can be prevented still if you are disciplined enough to not overspend. Don't buy the things that you don't need using credit card, and before using it, make sure that you can pay it within a certain amount of time, or don't use it. DISCIPLINE IS THE KEY.

at first, i used my credit card reasonably, only for like emergencies or small purchases that i knew i could pay off in full each month. but as time went on, i began using it more and more for larger purchases and impulse buys, without really thinking about how i would pay the balance off.

before i knew it, my credit card balance had  blown up to several thousand dollars, and i was struggling to make the minimum payments each month. the interest charges alone were eating up a significant portion of my income, and i felt like i was going under debt.
I already put it in Caps Lock. Discipline is the key.
These are the problems those people who can't prevent themselves from overspending using their credit card are facing. They believe that they have free money thru their credit card, but that mindset is a mistake.

it was not until i sat down and made a budget that i realized just how much my credit card debt was affecting my overall financial health. i had to make some tough choices and cut back on some of my expenses , but finally,
i was able to pay off the balance and get back on track.
Good for you that you know how to budget.

Not all people know how to budget their expenses. I myself isn't good at budgeting my money, but the good thing is that, I'm frugal enough to at least save some money for emergency funds, and for investing. Currently, I'm not using credit card because I don't know where can I use it. Making tough choices is very essential for our life. Sometimes, we come to a point where we are thinking which is better between the 2, and deciding to sacrifice something for the betterment of the other. In your case, cutting back your expenses, so you can pay your debt is a good choice. Debt over everything.

i am weak at economy, is it wise decision to use credit card?
It depends on the person who has credit card.

It's wise for a person who only uses credit card to buy the things they need, and don't overspending on it. On the other hand, it isn't wise for the people who are using it to buy the things that they want. There are some saying that you should avoid using or having credit card, but why? I mean I can have a credit card if I wanted to since I know that I'm disciplined enough to know when to use it or not. It all comes to the person who has it, and not the credit card itself.

Obviously a huge game tonight for my Chicago Bulls which is tipping off in order a half hour at this point.  I'm curious as to what you all think, do you think the Bulls are going to be able to take out Toronto, or do you think Toronto and my Missouri Valley Conference boy VanVleet are going to be too much for them?

Either way I put a few satoshis down on my Bulls at +5.5.  I really doubt they have any chance to even make it out of the first round if they make it in, but we shall see.
Your Chicago Bulls won on the road against the Raptors.

I just hope that the Raptors will not be haunted because of how awful they shot on the free throw line. 18/36?? In a must win situation, and you are shooting that atrocious? They also have an opportunity to tie the ball game with 3 free throws in the final seconds, but Siakam only shot 1 out of that 3 free throws. What if they shot even better in the free throw area? They would've won that game, but instead they're the ones who got eliminated in the play in tournament.

Nothing, but disappointment if you're a Raptor fan knowing how big Raptors fans are to the point that they are even watching outside the arena.

I lost both of my bets today, but the good thing is that I put my bet on the Lakers to win the game when they are down by double digits at some point of the game. It was one of the best play-in game that I've watched since they added it. Heat also did ended the streak or 7th seeds because they're the first team to lose to an 8th seed since they implemented the play-in format.

New Orleans Pelicans - Oklahoma City Thunder - New Orleans Pelicans (-5.5) Vouching for the Pelicans here. No Jose Alvarado which could've been a great addition to their defense but with the help of Herb Jones and Trey Murphy, it might suffice to stop the Thunders. Ingram and CJ might go nuts in this game with their offensive powers.

Good luck everyone.

OKC has been underrated this season, and I also like the home team. Therefore, I cannot decide which team to bet on. I might pass on this game or just wait for a live betting opportunity. If the ML odds for Pelicans become attractive, I may consider placing a bet, but that will only happen if the scenario is similar to the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game.
Nobody expected the Thunder to play this well the whole regular season.

Many expected that they are tanking to get another young draft pick again, but they played really well, and got the final spot of the play-in tournament. TBH, if they lose against the Pelicans, there's no hard feelings for them because they are a young team still, and this will be an experience for them. I just hope that Holmgren will be playing next season already, so he can help SGA on offense. Credits to Thunder coach as well.

As for betting, I think it would be better for the bettors to wait, and bet on live. There might be a chance that the Thunder can get the lead in the early parts of the game, and who knows. We might see an upset. Cheesy

I like that script Kabayan, lucky to those who really applying that mindset as they really enjoying the betting side of this series, we can't remove that mentality with fans and bettors as they understand how the business works and how profitable it can be if the series will proceed and make more games in extending the series.

Congrats and I see that you are going to make good money in it, as you really have that nerve in taking the risk when placing your bet.

The game seemed to be very predictable, as it looks like they want to extend this series to at least six games. Brownlee not scoring well is questionable, so it's hard to rely on our emotions. We should play smart and, by doing so, it seems like Ginebra should win the next game.

Bet against the Public, it will work in PBA like a charm.
When you watched PBA Finals games for numerous times already, you will know what can happen in the first 2 games. Smiley
Like what I predicted, and I guess many here already knew the outcome of Game 2, and for sure they put their bets on TNT on this one.

TNT is leading by 12 points at halftime then suddenly Ginebra made a huge run in the 3rd quarter to close the gap, but in the final minutes of the game, TNT really took the momentum, put their lead again in double digits, and eventually win the game. Hollis-Jefferson ended that game with an emphatic dunk at the final minutes of the game, and you can feel the emotion, and he really wants to give Ginebra a good fight. He finished the game with an almost triple double 23 points-19 rebounds-9 assists. Brownlee on the other hand got only 12 points.

A nice adjustment for the TNT to tie the series at 1 a piece. Now Game 3 will be much harder to predict now because anybody can win. I don't know if it's just me, but I think I'll go with TNT on this one. Cheesy

TNT over 108 points - I think this bet is a good one too, especially since they didn't score well in game 1. If they make adjustments, they should be able to score their usual number of points. Alternatively, if this game becomes a tight one and goes into overtime, it would also favor the bet I chose.
I'm also thinking the same way to be safe, as Ginebra could win this game too. Just to be safe, it's better to bet on TNT's performance that they will improve their game. Or maybe I'll just wait for live betting opportunities as there are plenty of them to be seen.
I already went all in for TNT @ 1.67.

I've been watching PBA playoff games for a long time, and so are most of the users here. We've seen already that whenever a team wins in Game 1, the opposing team will win in game 2. Will it happen this time? We don't know, but the chances are high that the TNT will win on this one. I also saw a -3.5 spread, and I would want to bet on that as well on Stake, but didn't have much funds anymore. Cheesy.

Still, I might be wrong that the TNT will tie the series, but there's a high chance that they will because of how teams are playing in the past years in the PBA Finals. Just look at the first 2 games of the PBA Finals on the recent Philippine Cup, and Commissioner's Cup.

Please correct me if I am wrong
Even in today's modern world, except for a few people in Europe-America, the general public of the entire world does not have a proper understanding of Bitcoin. Sad Sad Except European-American, anyone who have a little idea about Bitcoin also have misconceptions. Due to this problem, many people are unable to invest in a great platform like Bitcoin even if they want to. This problem may not seem like a big deal to many, but think about third world countries. A sad reality is, in my country 80-90% of the population are not familiar with Bitcoin.
Governments are the ones who are fixing the curriculum to different schools.

Unfortunately, schools will not teach us anything about money, or even in investing in general because Governments simply don't want to. I'm not saying all, but most especially here in our country where they aren't teaching those kids about money, and investing, so why teach Bitcoin. Another reason that I know is that, only a few people know the basics of Bitcoin, and on that few people who know it, only few are willing to teach it to other people.

You said third-world countries, and I'm from a third-world country, and I will say that I will agree with you. I don't know the exact percentage of people who knows Bitcoin here in our country, but I'm predicting that it's less than 10% or even 5% which is kind of saddening TBH.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
2 ways that I think will work:
1. Governments will implement Bitcoin in the curriculum on both secondary, and tertiary. I don't know if this will happen, but I think it will work.
2. Social media. Right now, social media has been our source of information for years. We've seen numerous videos with regards to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general on different platforms especially on Youtube. The problem is that, most of the people prefer spending their time watching entertaining videos than educational videos.

I'm sorry for posting it here, but this picture really is something unusual for me Cheesy. I mean we've seen Lillard's Dame Time gesture, but this gesture is the one I've seen for the first time, and it's just very good to see your teammates having the same gesture after hitting a game-winning shot. Unfortunately, Davis spoiled it with his foul against Conley, but he apologized in an interview.

The Lakers are 10-2 when Schroeder is scoring 10+ points, and now he got 21 to help his team retain that 7th seed and will face the Grizzlies. TBH, I'm not impressed with how the Lakers played tonight. Many expected this to be a one-sided game because of the problems that the Wolves got. No Gobert, no McDaniels, no Reid, Towns in foul trouble, Edwards not having a good night, and the Lakers are down almost the whole game, but anyway, a win is a win, and I hope that they will not play the same when they face the Grizzlies.

P.S. The Timberwolves has now 19 losses after leading by 10+ points. It's the 2nd most in the NBA this season. Cheesy

Atlanta winning in Miami was rather surprising. Miami dug a deep hole in the first half where they couldn't get out of. Lucky for Miami they have another shot vs the Raptors or the Bull. If they face the Raptors this might be the exit for them, against the Bulls I think they will advance.
I don't know what's the problem with the Heat this season. I mean they're the last in terms of scoring, and they've been having a hard time winning this whole season. In this game against the Hawks in their home, the Heat are down by as high as 21 points, and whenever the Heat will make a run, the Hawks will make their own as well. It's like they are just trading points, and can't defend at all. Anyway, they lost, and will wait for the winner of the 9th-10th match-up in the East.
1500  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: AirDrop Lovers PassoooooK ;)NEW Update: WTF AIRDROP!! on: April 12, 2023, 07:12:27 AM

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqoUoKjQOjg - zkSync
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ApQWB_qQZ3A&t=51s - Starknet

Good luck sa mga sasali sa airdrop. Binabalak kong itry yung Starknet pero di ko pa alam kung ilan ang kaya kong irisk para lang maging eligible.
