Of course if Mohammed Salah leaves and is replace by Kylian Mbappe it won't be a big problem for Liverpool but unfortunately there are many clubs who want Mbappe such as Real Madrid, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal so at least Liverpool must reach a definite agreement before taking step to sell Salah because it is feared that the dream of recruiting Mbappe will not come true.

I have seen this from the previous few weeks and it is clear that Tottenham's performance is improving and I believe that they have recovered now.
If Tottenham are successful in maintaining their performance like this then it is not only possible for them to get a top 4 position, but they have quite a big potential to compete again in the race for the Premier League title this season. Tottenham has the strength, they just need to maintain their consistency.
Tottenham Hotspur without doubt is now playing good football again after weeks of poor results that saw them lose their place as the league leaders of the English Premier League table and I think they have all it takes to continue their current performance. I keep asking Juventus board to give Massimiliano Allegri more time, things will run smoothly in Turin in couples months, he's a genius and have good credits when it comes to managing the team. I'm now starting to enjoy Juventus matches because they've been able to tighten their stellar performance to become consistent and not volatile as previous. Juventus humiliates Sportiva Salernitana with 6-1 and eliminated them from Coppa Italia competition. Juventus will face Sportiva Salernitana again this weekend, we expects the previous scores and poor performance from Salernitana not to repeat itself.
After over three seasons of inconsistency, Juventus seems to have found the best rhythm and playing pattern that has now made them one of the best and most consistent Italian team thanks to their manager Massimiliano Allegri's new tactical approach. They're now playing entertaining games and I'm pretty sure that the club's fans and management is enjoying every bit of their current impressive run. Yesterday, the Old Ladies convincingly defeated Salernitana by 6 goals to one in the Coppa Italia despite not playing the game with their regular first VI and that I think goes a long way tell how significantly improved the are at the moment. It seems the negotiations between Olivier Giroud and AC Milan were not successful and they are about to lose their player because he is not going to accept the AC Milan offer to extend his contract for a longer, maybe because of financial issues. Olivier Giroud is now about to leave AC Milan for another team and it seems this player is also linked to MLS teams. Recently many players they joined Inter Maimi and now Olivier Giroud is about to join this league.  I think it's time because Olivier Giroud is 37 years old and of course his quality will decline. Barca conceded the goal way too early. I was expecting them to concede a goal though, El-Haddadi was an ex-Barca player and he's a quality forward. Now Barca need to score at least 2 goals and win the match because the point gap is too much already. Lewandowski can't get balls he wanted, it's not like last season. Xavi should find a way to use Lewa more effectively. There's not much expectation for Raphinha and Torres. Maybe this time Lamine Yamal should join the game earlier, as things are not going well on the attack side for Barca.
Before the start of the game, I predicted that it'll be a difficult match for the two clubs especially the away team and just like I predicted, Barcelona is having a very difficult night at Las Palmas tonight. Lewandoski has not been really convincing upfront so with Vitor Roque he should have a worthy competition and that should make him sit up if he still has it in him. If this is still last year Barcelona then under 3.5 sounds good, but if this is the free-scoring Barcelona we used to know then it would be a very big risk and a risk I don't think is worth the reward. In less than 30 minutes from now, Barcelona will kick off their game against Las Palmas and playing as the away team, it'll be very difficult game for the reigning champions of Span. Las Palmas as we all know have been very impressive with their performances at home this season especially in the league and as the 10th placed team in the league table, they'll definitely want to win the game to further increase their chances of finishing in the top six of the league table at the end of the season. Barcelona is undoubtedly one of the strongest teams in the Spanish La Liga so I expect them to go for nothing but a win as well and that's why I think a minimum of three goals will be scored in that game tonight. The probable matchup between Leipzig and Real Madrid would be like this: Leipzig show a strong level of performance in Germany and both teams score. Maybe a draw for Leipzig here also. However in Spain Real Madrid show their quality at the highest level and finish off Leipzig by a decent score.  I wouldn't be surprised with such scenario. Because Leipzig aren't a team that just give up easily at least home. You must remember how impressive they were against Manchester City at Etihad previously. But Leipzig's job is very difficult anyway against the king of the Champions League now.  In recent years, Leipzig has delivered shocking results in the UEFA champions league competition especially against bigger teams or supposed European giants and would also want to shock Real Madrid in the round of 16 tie which will start next month but considering the performance of both sides since the start of the season, I think Real Madrid will not have big issues to win that particular tie and progress to the next round of the competition. Real Madrid who is being managed by Carlo Ancelotti are currently on a very impressive run and are one of the two teams that was able to win all their matches in the group stage of the competition. I feel like it's basically obvious that Arsenal is gone, they are not going to win the title. Don't get me wrong, they are still quite close to the top, and it could still happen, but I really do not think that they will overturn anything. They have lost two very crucial games that they needed to make six points, if they did, they would be 46 points, leader of the league, and also just one point ahead of Liverpool but four points ahead of third Aston Villa, so that would put some distance.
Also, not a lot of people talk about this, but Aston Villa, a team nobody saw coming all year long, is second with just three points difference from the leader. If Liverpool loses one game and Aston Villa wins, they are tied for leadership. I honestly did not see that coming.
Arsenal have been able to garner 40 points in their first 20 league games of the season and are just five points behind league leaders Liverpool who also have played the same number of games with Arsenal. A lot of people are of the opinion that the gunners are still very much in contention for the league title and that opinion I think is very much valid as there are more 17 league games to play. That being said, I think it'll be a very difficult task for Arsenal to make that comeback and return at the top of the league table. The league leaders Liverpool are currently in the form of their lives and would do anything possible to remain their while reigning English Premier League champions Manchester City are also doing their best to fight back to the top and considering the fact that these two teams are better than Arsenal, it'll be very difficult for Arsenal to overtake them and move to the top of the league. |

As the Italian Serie A fixtures draws nearer to the end of the campaign, the battle for who finishes as the top team in the Italian Serie A becomes tougher than it was in the beginning of the season and a whole lot of people are already of the opinion that it's gonna be a two horse race between league leaders Inter Milan and second placed Juventus. Unlike second placed Juventus who are not playing in Europe this season, Inter Milan are playing in the UEFA champions league competition and that's why a lot of people are of the opinion that it's gonna be an advantage to Juventus who are only concentrating in domestic games. In 2010, Inter Milan were able to win the treble and I'm optimistic that they can still win the Italian Serie A and still do well in Europe. |

Arsenal would most likely be amongst the top four teams when the current season ends. And yes, their aim is much more than just finishing amongst the top four. Last season, they played well but sadly couldn’t maintain the lead and fell behind, giving Manchester City the lead and ultimately the EPL title last season. They’ve been somewhat inconsistent in their performances and have lost out on some games that they would have ordinarily had won. They still have a shot at the title but they do need to step up in their efforts. I do think they’ve got the right players to get them where they need to be. The top of the table. Arsenal started the season in a very good note and I was one of the people who thought they're gonna have a better season than they did last season but with their recent performance and the fact that they lost their last two league games, I'm not too convinced again that they're gonna finish the season in the top four of the English Premier League table. The manager of the club Mikel Arteta must come up with a different tactical idea that'll bring out the best from his players than what he's currently using. Arsenal are without doubt one of the best four teams in England at the moment but I also think that they're very beatable at the moment and if they don't improve in their performance, Arsenal might just not be able able to finish the season in the top four spots of the league table. |

Congrats to PSG on their win over Toulouse by 2-0 in the Super Cup match. They deserved that win by finishing the job in the first half already. They let Toulouse come much more in the second half and PSG literally did nothing in terms of trying to score another goal. But still Toulouse couldn't take advantage of this chance. Luis Enrique must be happy to have won his first title with the team as well. Maybe it isn't a very challenging match considering the quality gap but still a title is a title. I'm so happy for Enrique for winning the match because after beating Toulouse with a 2-0 result and the good performance PSG had, now Enrique has achieved his first prophy with PSG. Since Enrique joined PSG everyone has been expected to see him win the French League and people were also expecting him to have a much better performance in the Champanipos League, but now PSG won the French Super League with this new coach, however, I think this game was not a hard match for a team like PSG considering the players they have in this team.  It's no longer news that Paris Saint Germaine defeated Toulouse yesterday to win the Trophée des Champions yesterday which automatically became the club's manager Luis Enrique''s first trophy with club. His facial gestures after the final whistle clearly tells how happy the Spaniard was to lay his hands on a trophy as Paris Saint Germaine manager. With the current performance of his team, I'm very sure they're not even gonna finish the season with just the TDC but will further win few more trophies. They're at the top of the league table and looks set to retain the title once again but it'll be a greater achievement for Luis Enrique and the whole club and her fans if they can go on to win the UEFA champions league trophy this season. |

Fikayo Tomori was recently linked to Bayern Munich and this player was very close to joining the team and playing for Tuchel, especially after the new year. Salah will probably be sold to a Saudi Arabian team this summer. A Saudi Arabian team made an offer for him after the summer transfer window was closed as well by the way. But Liverpool didn't accept the offer despite its being a gigantic one. Because it was out of transfer window for Liverpool so they wouldn't be able to transfer anyone to fill his place right away.

It's all just speculation because if Liverpool succeed in winning the English Premier League and also other titles because they are currently playing in the semi-finals of the League Cup and there is still the FA Cup and the European League then Mohammed Salah will probably remain at the club for a long time until his contract is finished, because I see It's rare for a club to sell key players who have succeeded in bringing the club to victory because of course there will be a lot of changes and the new players they buy won't necessarily perform as well. This season, Salah's performance is still at the top level with 14 goals and 8 assists in the English Premier League, with what he has provided, will Liverpool easily let this player go? In my opinion no and only an offer above 100 million euros will make Liverpool want to let him go, and in my opinion with his current performance even 100 million euros is still cheap for Salah. Liverpool are currently doing exceptionally well this season and are strong contenders to win not just the English Premier League title but also the UEFA Europa League trophy as well as the English League Cup this season but I don't think that winning all these titles is gonna make whoever wanna leave the club to stay back rather it'll provide the best moment for whoever that wants to leave the club to take a bow after a very successful season. Mohammed Salah was contacted by Saudi Arabian clubs last summer and he made it clear that he's free for negotiations but that can only happen if Liverpool approve it. Liverpool's management was contacted but they declined the request and that was what stopped any further negotiations concerning his proposed move to Saudi Arabia. For Salah to have given them the go-ahead order to meet Liverpool's management, it means he's interested in leaving Anfield for Saudi Arabian club. Liverpool I know would prefer to have Salah leave the club when they can still get hugely paid and that's why I think they'll consider allowing him leave this summer instead of seeing off his contract at the club and leave for free. |
