I can't imagine that Ten Haag still has a great future at Manchester. Even after the defeat against Nottingham it became clear that the team has a lot of problems and that it is not developing at all. Ten Haag had some time in which the team's underperformance was not so noticeable because the focus was on the club's change of ownership. Now that this has been completed, for me it is only a matter of time before the new owners look for a new coach who can further develop the team.
