1621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No future for bitcoin on: January 29, 2018, 04:52:37 PM
Guys, I think in future bitcoin will fell down and Instead of old blockchain technologies will come new and more large-scale projects. Bitcoin It is just the beginning.
I can just laugh at these all day long. No research,no statistical data, just assumption based on what people call thinking.
Just the beginning, definitely, for its your say, right. Where exactly do you think bitcoin will fall? Pits? Drains? A bit huge hole,if you know what I mean..
More large-scale projects, you mean ICOs? Yeah surely they will be the ones to defeat the streak,if only they are legit enough.
1622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is still the dominant virtual currency in 2018? on: January 29, 2018, 04:37:19 PM
Tron,Ripple and Stellar were pumped ,in case you did not know. If one gets pumped ,the other gets dumped. Do you know why ripple is struggling to recover ever since that pump. Here's the math. Ripple's total supply is 38 Billion. Bitcoin's supply currently is 16.8 Million.

38 Billion * ripple's all time high price,     =38,000,000,000*3.84= $145,920,000,000
16.8 million * bitcoin's all time high price,=16,000,000*20,089   = $321,424,000,000

From the above data*,ripple almost came to such a position where its market cap came to subject that of bitcoin, people dumped it in fear. My point is ,if any altcoin comes even a little bit close to ,here in this case its 1/2.20th of bitcoin's market cap, people tend to react than respond. Panic selling in other words.
Speaking of Tron, yeah its whitepaper itself is plagiarized.*
And Stellar was hacked,a couple of weeks ago.*

1623  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Huobi Pro - SCAM - BEWARE !! on: January 29, 2018, 03:48:18 PM
Today - "someone" just went into my account in Huobi - I was so lucky I transfered all from there yesterday.

I have top security there - passport number, photo, Email, phone, G2 security - STILL "someone" just disabled my phone !! WOW !! - it wasnt working whole day. Now I got sms that someone logged in to my account.

Beware - all password/emails/phones are compromised - get out as fast as you can. Only Huobi had that information - I have no viruses, never given anyone my password, it isn't written anywhere.

Exchange did it or someone hacked them - both = get out !! or you can lose all.
One ,they moved to South Korea after the Chinese bloodshed. South Korea is known for regulation. So your details are not only with Huobi, but with the regulatory authority of South Korea most probably. The security flaw can be from your side too, before you blame anything, provide proof that make sound.
I tried to participate in their ICOs but it instantly gets sold out each time as if there are bots buying. This is not legit and not fair for the community. I'm cashing out of that exchange. On top of that their reward and vip fees don't make sense, fees are still 4x higher than binance... What's the incentive in using that excahnge?
Its not a Bot,its how freaking quick markets function,Huobi is one of the biggest exchanges of crypto, people are going crazy for its tokens. And those Vip fees are especially for Korean whales who like things to function quick, and Huobi makes a hell lot of profit from it. The reward system ,its technically not exactly a reward ,we all know who benefits from such rewards.
1624  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex: the whorst support service! on: January 29, 2018, 02:55:41 PM
the ticket still in "being processed" status.
was opened 12 days ago.
ridiculous!
It is poloniex that you're contacting here. They were known for being a good exchange with worst support, and now that status goes to worst exchange with worst support. All you can do is wait and wait and wait, until they change their mind and respond to you, don't piss them off by sending multiple support tickets, one of the main problems with users. Hopefully you should get your money back in one month's time.
1625  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Are Exchanges becoming too unstable ? on: January 29, 2018, 01:40:43 PM
Problem with exchanges? Accounts are getting disabled? Servers are going offline? Too bad, there is one good exchange which solves all such issues. Use  shapeshift.io for your trades, you don't have to worry about anything other exchanges having their wallets under "maintenance".
You should never store your coins in your wallets. Use the wallets which gives access to your primary keys.
Exchanges never were, never has and never will be stable enough for users to trade without the fear of them losing their money.
1626  Economy / Exchanges / Re: what is the best exchange trading i can trade with on: January 28, 2018, 07:42:12 PM
[ironic mode = ON] I suggest you, C-CEX.com very professional team [ironic mode = OFF]
thanks i'll check, but do you try it, withdrew is ok?
He was being sarcastic in other words he was joking. Use C-Cex at your own risk, read more about them in scam accusations, just use the search bar and type any exchange's name, you'd find what all scammy shit they have done.
You want to deposit fiat and buy bitcoin, use localbitcoins.com , they are the best when it comes to security of funds when you buy fiat, then you transfer your bitcoin to any other exchange and trade or whatever, and for selling you do the exact opposite. If the fee is high don't get disappointed, it's worth for what you're getting.
1627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news! on: January 28, 2018, 06:47:55 PM
Not only that, South Korea's second largest banks is integrating a new feature called virtual bank accounts for crypto users where they can send and receive their currency directly with their exchange,or at least something like that. Here is a link on what it is more precisely :- https://bitcointobanks.com/blog/2018/01/20/developers-in-the-desert-googles-oasis-for-startups-in-dubai/
1628  Other / Meta / Re: Does Merit points will become business in this Forum? on: January 28, 2018, 05:01:08 PM
The system is great, one of the best things ever, finally theymos did something that everyone was asking for.
The merit system is not fully into its effectiveness but surely over time people will start using it. But what is the purpose of this thread? There are tens of threads discussing pretty much the same topic, criticism and suggestions are happening all around, don't see that there is a need for this thread as it is not bringing up anything new.
Edit : Even if some people use merit points to formulate a new business plan, this would not be possible much, the merit points records are open, so they shall be tagged accordingly.
1629  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most influential factor that triggers bitcoin prices to fall down? on: January 28, 2018, 03:37:03 PM
It depends on demand and supply forces, aka the market forces. Things happening all over the globe related to bitcoin also help in determining the factors. The price is relatively lower and is diminishing because of reasons like futures getting expired, rumors of South Korea banning crypto exchanges. All that matters is on how people  chose to react to the market conditions and subsequently how they respond to it. If they panic, they sell and if they don't, they decide to make a more smart decision .
1630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are they afraid of bitcoin? on: January 27, 2018, 02:47:43 PM
Change in Humanity? Nah. Humans are assholes, mate. They would remain to be so.
Bitcoin is just,a thing, which a few people "like" and use it for ,I don't know,to get rich? I see no other reason why.
Why are people scared of it? Well,we all know that, they don't know anything about it and they don't want to risk their money into it. They are afraid that their stupidity will lead them to lose all their money and they instead want to blame it all to bitcoin, its existence, its users.
Some don't like it just because of the fact that it is decentralized,so they misunderstand it to be illegal and they might end up in jail and a criminal record or bullshit.
Fucking people!
1631  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why don't people realize the problems with cloud mining? on: January 27, 2018, 08:46:12 AM
Well, not only newbies anybody who is in a state of mind filled with greed and hunger for more and more money would fall for unrealistic, quixotic and starry-eyed schemes and what not. No one wishes to do due diligence, they just see the offers the websites are "willing" to provide to their very good and loyal customers and they fall for it and later they come whining and bitching about it. People use internet as a medium to get scammed instead of learning something new and something that would benefit them. Two types of decisions that people make that either ruin them or build them up.  Huh
1632  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [WARNING] XVG (Verge) GONE from C-CEX.com and they avoid all questions about it on: January 26, 2018, 04:59:32 PM
Ok maybe what you're saying is correct and everything will get solved soon. But why C-CEX admin doesn't write anything about it, for example "Guys, the issue is complicate, we are working on it". Instead they don't say anything, and many of us invested 10k$ and more.
Seriously ,investing more than 10,000$ in C-Cex? The blame is just as equal on the person who did so ,along with C-Cex.
This account,C-Cex has not been online since 4 days. They have hardly posted anything since 20th December. They just came back from vacation,so I guess they are taking care of the issues or whatever.
I respectfully disagree with almost everything you said. It's my right to complain. I'm a customer of C-CEX and I trust them with my money. As they call themselves; "Trusted, Secure & Friendly Exchange". Nothing they do proves they are trusted, secure and friendly. They have misplaced funds and crypto in the past and they are doing that again.Currently, they are unresponsive and show nothing of any willingness to work with us to resolve the many (!) issues with Verge and other coins. It's infuriating and I refuse to just sit back and wait.

And I respectfully say that it is your mistake to use that exchange even after they misplaced funds, knowing that you "trusted" the exchange ,well then that's something you should have thought about before depositing your money in it. However its of no use of arguing as that is not going to solve anybody's issue. You're angry and you are right on your place, but before you say anything, think twice, think in the bigger picture.
Had they not been a trusted exchange, they would have gone down long back but yet they are still alive. Do you see what point I'm trying to make here?
(Also, It's my choice to have Verge. Regardless of what you think of it, as C-CEX claims you can exchange XVG with them, then you should be able to trust that. And yes, cold storage is safer, but you're placing the blame with C-CEX's users. That's the world upside down.)
I just wanted to warn those users who didn't know about it about the real Verge . Here's link to the discussion about it:-  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2646189.0;all
I'm placing  blame ,giving a fair warning to users of not only C-Cex but for users of any exchange. Look I had been using bittrex for far too long and one day all of a sudden they reduced my withdrawal limit from 3BTC to 0.4BTC. I didn't want to trust that exchange anymore, hence I moved to a cold storage wallet.
1633  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [WARNING] XVG (Verge) GONE from C-CEX.com and they avoid all questions about it on: January 26, 2018, 03:40:38 PM
Before saying something (probably) you don't know take a look on Twitter C-CEX and look how many comments about Verge coins, we are plenty of people. You said to hear from exchange first? We tried to contact their admin, but they didn't answer at all in a month. Try to open a ticket about Verge and they don't answer.
I know that plenty of people have lost their holdings of verge for more than a month. They went for vacation immediately(?) and they returned a week ago. C-Cex is a very old exchange, had they wanted to scam someone they would have done it long ago. And you think they will run away with Verge, like seriously? Verge is a shitcoin and is a coin with fake rep. Also, you people are not realising that only a few members work in a support team and the more tickets you send, the more likely is the chance for them to get ticked off and not answer your queries. If you really want your money back, wait for a few more weeks, stop clogging their network with annoying same tickets over and over again. They should answer you in some time,*hopefully*. I don't guarantee that everyone would get their funds back, but you have got to hear the other side too.

very important
C-CEX was probably robbed or scamed this is their wallet https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/00000b5787eb203e?page=136

Please post yours BTC deposit adress  or check https://www.walletexplorer.com/ to find their wallets
This is their address as per walletexplorer.com :- Old one though, new one is not updated (?)

Time and time again people have been warning users not to use an exchange as your permanent wallet. Use electrum,or ledger or trezor, the last two are paid wallets, but its totally worth it. Plus, stop using verge. Its especially, only for pumps and dumps.
C-cex admin keep logging on bitcointalk forum and he doesn't answer any PM... still joking with his customers.
Man,patience. If C-Cex really care about their reputation, they shall respond soon enough. P.S ,don't mistake me to be their sock puppet or something,I have had issues with exchanges in the past, but I was patient and my situation was solved soon enough.
1634  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [WARNING] XVG (Verge) GONE from C-CEX.com and they avoid all questions about it on: January 25, 2018, 07:49:17 PM
who will open a SCAM accusation here?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
You have got to be kidding me. You create a thread in the exchanges board, to find out if you're scammed or not or whatever. Now you want someone else to create a scam accusation thread for you? That's preposterous as well as asinine. This is a forum for discussions and you're free to create a thread with some cause /reason. Just ask the users who lost their Verge in that exchange, and make a scam accusation. But be sure to hear from the exchange first.
1635  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [WARNING] XVG (Verge) GONE from C-CEX.com and they avoid all questions about it on: January 25, 2018, 06:28:03 PM
They don't care they don't answer to PM and there is already a thread for scam accusation from years ago it's useless.

We must get the contact info (they hide their whois information via http://privacyprotect.org/ like the thieves they are) we must report abuse here http://privacyprotect.org/ to for "fraud" to get the names ( Yuriy Ivanov is the supposed owner of the scam exchange c-cex but is this even true ?) of the people behind this and take down the website for fraud first with all the proofs we have , and after we will start (or join) a class action against this man and all his team (it seems somebody as already started one few years ago) as you can see here : https://twitter.com/ccex?lang=fr

This time he has gone too far, he knows it...
Only one thread right, that's good to be honest. People thought bittrex and poloniex was better and just look at the number of accusations against them.
Please do provide a valid proof, create a new thread and see what's reason for the issue. I'm sure DT members would help you out in some sort of way by giving C-Cex  a negative trust, though that won't help much, they wouldn't want to ruin their reputation, so they should probably respond soon enough. I didn't look much into their case, so I'm not guaranteeing anyone.
If you really think that the exchange is bad, don't use it, don't you not do your own due diligence before you use an exchange? If you don't, then the blame is on you too.
1636  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [WARNING] XVG (Verge) GONE from C-CEX.com and they avoid all questions about it on: January 25, 2018, 05:49:27 PM
To help you two out, do the following :-
Contact the staff of C-Cex here in this forum, send them a pm: - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=220467
Wait for a couple of weeks and see what they have got to answer. Don't send too many support tickets in their exchange, limit it to one per user, the more you people send the tickets, the support team's burden increases and the response from them would get nothing but further delayed.
If they do not answer at all for weeks, open a scam accusation against them here: - Scam Accusations
They should probably reach out soon before that, so anyhow I wish you people good luck. Please don't use exchanges as your wallet. It's a terrible mistake. Use shapeshift as your exchange, you don't need to make an account , you just need to have a to and fro address of two cryptos.
1637  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cex.io - withdraw USD to Italy (30+ days and counting??) on: January 25, 2018, 03:25:48 PM
Hey,welcome to bitcointalk.
Try pming CEX's staff in this forum. Profile:- CEX.
CEX should solve your problem in a few week's timespan. Until then, sadly you have to wait. Also do not send several support tickets to the exchange, your original request will go further more down, the staff will get clogged with requests which may not be good for you. Have some patience, bud.

1639  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin takes HUGE dip, Regulation becomes a concern and bitconnect turns in on: January 22, 2018, 10:23:31 PM
You seriously think bitoconnect would never come back? I highly doubt it. They would be back with another ponzi so, shady and scammy ICO sortish thing.
Bitcoin takes a dip so be happy, you can buy again. Regulation is a concern but don't worry about it for sometime, they still don't figure out on how they plan to implement regulation on crypto.
1640  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Is Political, Not Technical on: January 22, 2018, 08:38:10 PM
Well said! Striking words. I'd seriously suggest you to firstly move this to serious discussion board before people spam the shit out of it.

Moving back on the topic. Money is political, very much agreed. Politics is all that matters now, not only for money but for the survival of the entirety, like say the possibility of the third World War. People want money, leading them to get pride alongside glory and honor to themself. Money makes a person wild.
Technical attributes of money is just for debating and arguing with one another. At the end of the day, if one has huge share or has tie up with higher authorities or if he himself in such a state that he can influence decisions as per his will, then no one actually cares about the technical aspect.
Money determines how much goes to the elites and their allies, and how much goes to everyone else.  In the service of the political goal of maximizing benefits for the former, all things tend to get distorted.  Not only is the economy twisted into producing too many luxuries for the beneficiaries by providing unstable employment to the rest (because, after all, luxuries are bought, or not, at the whims of the lucky.)  All the mainstream commentary we hear, somehow, only reflects what the elites want us to think.
I'd like to contradict this very point for one sole reason, this is totally influential. The purchasing power of people comes to play here. If you're in favor of the political party, then you don't have a problem. You're rich, given other factors obviously. We live in such circumstances where people are producing luxurious goods and inferior goods are becoming costly because of such. Eventually a day shall come where essential and giffen will price the same.

People thought bitcoin would make a difference but think twice its not doing any help. The same is happening over and over. People say gold is not owned by any country specifically, yeah sure why not. Keep telling that to yourself. A day shall come where we will come into a situation where even we would say yeah sure bitcoin is decentralized.
