All these problems began when the Ukraine-Russia war started. if you are in Olaf's position in the German government and caught in the middle, will you listen to the people or to NATO?

It started much sooner than what. When Europe became dependent on Russia for their energy needs, it was entirely foreseeable that something like this would happen. Wait till it gets colder outside and people have to battle a chilling winter with high energy costs. Green energy initiatives certainly don't seem to be having the greatest ROI.

Fire up the coal/nuclear energy plants in Europe. U.S. should have also been ramping up their energy production and flood the market with cheap energy, it would decrease Russia's leverage.

it could mean Olaf Scholz is helpless in this massive problem that Merkel seemed to have foreseen it coming?

coal is much destructive to what they were aiming with green energy. nuclear energy plant would have been better, they however also halted some operations of their nuclear power plant. instead of negotiate Saudis and Iran, US can actually produce since they are the largest producer. so its now up to Norway as the biggest supplier in EU.

these are just protest for now but the chilling winter will the the final word for the people to massively knock the doors of the government officials.

Although I didn't do personal analysis, but from what I know at the end of 2021, Crypto is full of MEME token and P2E token projects. then, many exchanges easily accept meme coin listings. The desire to become a millionaire from meme tokens makes many people hunt for new meme tokens that appear. Then, the developer easily pays the listing fee on the medium exchange. However, the market is bearish, hype memes and p2e are fading, investors are already buying when the hype is high or when the pump is crazy. Cut loss or not at all, until in the end many lose money from these kind of projects. This is what I think that makes the number of zombie tokens in 2022 increase drastically.

which more of those 12k dead coins are probably memecoins. a lot of devs release memecoins all for the purpose of grabbing BTC and USDT form its investors. there are even reputable teams that you couldn't see any tweets now.

i joined some bounty campaigns in 2021, i saw the token turned $3, i didn't sold it because its only listed on an exchange that i have no account yet but now i can see its $0.002 with the volume of $12/24hrs. still undead lol
1743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What contests do you want to see on the Dice platform? on: October 12, 2022, 03:24:15 PM
how about giving $100 for users who bet <50> and exactly got the result of 50. i think this will keep them betting all day. maybe make it more than a $100.

Quote
People in the cities of Europe are feeling the high cost of living which they are on the streets shouting:

Prague: "Five Minutes to Midnight"
Berlin: "I want Russian gas and oil."
Vienna: "Prices Down!"

https://www.tasnimnews.com/en/news/2022/10/09/2785435/massive-rallies-held-across-europe-over-soaring-prices-living-costs-videos

in Germany alone there were several protest going on due to the problem they see from high tax, energy cost, unemployment and inflation.
In France, there are already anti NATO protest. The people are protesting to exit NATO and demanding to stop supplying arms to Ukraine.

if these two Germany and France will confront energy and economic crisis this coming winter, what more could the smaller countries in EU face?
All these problems began when the Ukraine-Russia war started. if you are in Olaf's position in the German government and caught in the middle, will you listen to the people or to NATO?

as of now, they are relying to Norway gas pipeline that only produces 5-7 Million cubic meter of gas while Nordstream can produce 170M cubic meter to Germany.

it doesn't look like a strategy but yep while the game is base on luck, you might as well just use all your luck in one bang!  who knows what could happen. it would be your luckiest if you roll under 10. you deposit $10 and win $98.
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos by categories on: October 06, 2022, 04:07:06 PM
Dividend-based casinos like Betfury, Chips, TrustDice, Starsbet, and Owl. I guess there are others, but I don't know about similar casinos outside the forum, to be honest, I didn't bother to search much because I think the ones active here on the forum are enough. Definitely, there is something interesting and unique about dividend-based casinos that can make a difference when people choose where to play!

they are still among the offchain which we do deposit. but they are claiming decentralized casinos, i guess this is one of a classification which they have tokens for dividends. no very different to others but we can bet by connecting metamask.
1748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does betting on exhibition matches even work? on: October 05, 2022, 04:50:09 AM
I would place bets but I don't want to end up scammed given the grey area of this whole exhibiton fights thing.

don't bet. that's the simplest solution to a problem you wouldn't have to see it as problem. you just have to watch the fight as it is meant for watching for us to be entertained. its a way for the production to make money from people who still have money.

1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chinese version of Metaverse will be great for meta casinos. on: October 03, 2022, 01:56:34 AM
Metaverse is a Entertainment place by virtual reality . if gamble sites choice Metaverse technology and build a meta casinos then it will give a reality casinos experience and it will attract more gambles specially young people will attract much more on this. On the one hand this is a good thing on the other hand it will further spoil the youth
I have little doubt about that the Chinese meta version because they don't show much interest in crypto related things but  it is true that they have to work on it in the future so I think if their meta version projects run successfully then I think meta casino will play a unique role in the crypto currency world.

its not up to China to forbid the businesses in metaverse to not accept BTC. what they are just creating are virtual representation of the buildings and organizations. not the actual business who are going to decide what to accept or not. but most probably, the China's CBDC is by default.
1752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 433 Winners to split $4,015,156.265 6/55 Grand Lotto Jackpot on: October 03, 2022, 01:29:52 AM
Really a suspicious one. I think this is the first time in the whole world lottery news that the number of jackpot winners went up to 433 winners.

That seems impossible to believe as it's really a rare case that those 433 people will pick that crazy combination of jackpot numbers.

Let's see what PCSO will say about this.

very rare.
its a small amount to be laundered this way. but a discussion like this blurted out in a party i've been where in our country that lottery is one way of doing it. but if this is true. its good to see many winners, people are struggling due to unemployment.
1753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing and the casino business. on: October 01, 2022, 04:53:32 AM

If the stock price is not expensive, I think many people will try to invest in a well-known and trusted casino because it means they can get passive income from casino income. They can play gambling from the income from that investment so they don't need to use their money. But during the current situation, people need to learn more about how much they will get if they buy their shares because all businesses are still trying to bounce back. But it can be tried, but be careful if you want to try it.

If the company opens a public offer, it might not be a bad investment to put a little cash into such shares if the casino firm is reputable. Just like you gamble with your extra income, I would only invest what I can comfortably lose without developing health problems because of worries and frustration. This is because the casino business is very risky especially if they are the crypto types. I might never invest heavily in a casino company except if I am part of the management team or if I have total confidence in the team.

Also, I might also consider investing in casino companies that are registered in my location. It might be more safer and convenient to invest in casino firms that are within your jurisdiction because making inputs in the decision-making process and claiming damages due to mismanagement would be easier. I might be wrong but I don't think any crypto casino firm has listed its shares in my country's stock exchange.
As long as we try to invest money in a reputable casino company, I think we can hope to profit from that investment. However, it will not be a guarantee that the casino company will survive in the long term. But before you decide to invest anywhere, you should study it until you really understand how it works to make a profit.

It would be better if we invest in our location or country so that if something bad happens, we can get protection from the government. In addition, casino or investment companies already registered with the government will not try to do anything against the law.

its a stock market, it open for anyone to invest and regulated too. stock market however crashed deeper since yesterday.
but crypto market didn't. all the more reason to go for blockchain casinos. passive income from casino business is good as long as you have already gained back your capital particularly in crypto casino tokens.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you change your mind on gambling ? on: September 29, 2022, 09:28:23 AM
You are a core gambler,I mean you have a reserved or particular time that you use in gambling everyday, just the way some of us are,we even add gambling expenses to our monthly budget because we gamble to entertain ourselves.
A new government came into power, and enacted a law that nobody should gamble anymore in the country i.e gambling becomes illegal. Will you just behave yourself and abide to this new law that is depriving you from having fun as a good citizen ? or will you ignore the law and keep on gambling since there are online casinos that you can gamble secretly with your mobile phones with out no one knowing ?

if the crypto websites are not blocked and still offers anonymity, the bill will not stop gamblers. there is a bear market yet there were still gamblers spending their coins. nothing stops when casino still gives hope for gamblers to win big.  every one now can access these casinos with their phones so even before they sleep, they may access and bet still.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 29, 2022, 08:54:44 AM
Who do you think is the best number one of all time?

Pete Sampras, Jimmy Connors, Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, or Rafael Nadal? (maybe another one?)

Sampras still has the impressive record of being the number one player for 6 continuous years.
I wasn't so much into tennis in Sampras time so I don't really remeber any big rivalries for him other than Agassi and he had quite good H2H with him in the end.

Murray would have made so much more in any other time than this. I don't think tennis ever had something similar to level of performaces the big four produced before becoming the big three. Any one of them would have had it so much easier if competition wasn't that good. That is why it is so difficult to compere player from different eras.
Can we give a little appreciation to the woman players as well.
Maria and Sefty Graff
What an amazing woman they were too

Of course, we appreciate women too, Serena and Venus Williams had a great battle with Swiss Miss Martina Hingis and then Maria Sharapova. Those are the times that the women side can rival the mens are far as intensity and the number of fans watching their battle in the court.

Steffi Graf and Monica Seles, who would forget the stabbing incident on her?

And along the line there are a lot of women like Lindsay Davenport, Justin Henin, Kim Clijsters, Jennifer Capriati and Mary Pierce.

But if you look at the last 5 years, there's no single women who dominated the game such as those names. We have Osaka, but after her triumph in the grand slams, she lost traction already.

And last year we have Raducanu, same thing happen, changes coaches and now nowhere to be found in the top 5. But we could have Swiatek already, that might take the ladies division for then next coming years as I don't see anyone getting close to her at this point.

not very familiar with tennis players actually but one that i heard in the news was dominated by fellow Filipino Alex Eala. she still is 17, maybe we'll see her often on the news.

age often limits the career heights. i once invited to play this sport and this is for the agile athletes only. as a player, you'd have to run quickly, hit the ball and back again inside the court. what i can only appreciate is their sportwear. Smiley
1756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin should I invest in other than bitcoin? on: September 29, 2022, 08:44:57 AM

altcoins today are the cheapest to invest. as long as its an old project i think you'll be fine. its the waiting game that you will have to worry because we never know when this bear market ends.

several times predictions were told that its over but here we are almost going back to $17k again. the one that i will recommend DOGE. its cheap which you could have thousands of it with just $1k. so imagine the profit will be when the coin goes moon exceeding its ATH.
1757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul VS Anderson Silva October 29th on: September 29, 2022, 08:37:10 AM
When people start these vs threads they should really make them polls. I’m curious who the community feels is going to win this one but don’t want to read through and tally everything myself. I think that youth is going to beat experience in this one, but I also don’t think Jake can knock him out so we’ll have to see if he can win when it comes down to a decision.

Youth can win especially that the experienced one does not specialized in boxing, though it's still the same combat sport. However, boxing may have required more stamina than MMA as you need to keep your feet and head moving, otherwise you'll never get a momentum.
I've read through some of the users sentiments in this match, and I guess most users here thinks neither of both have the same percentage of winning. And yeah, the thing that separates this two on determining who will this match  is the youth and experience.
The age plays a dominant role as your stamina boost really matters in these fights but they are for actual boxers and Paul have turned out to be in this new race from few time and publicity and you can clearly see the hype for these kind of matches and we see new beef arising out for the whole money purpose because million of dollars are involved in it.But only watch these as entertainment purposes knowing the truth behind them.
The difference in age always have the key role of young taking credit of the older ones. However with these kind of fights, the experience really matters alot. Not as skilled games, here tricks and techniques give hands. These days giving hype to matches have turned to be common, as the key focus is to generate millions of dollars out of the fight. This in long term will ruin the real game of the professionals.

you don't think accuracy of Silva's hand can out boxed Jake? though he is old, Silva can still do what adesanya do like avoiding getting hit while throwing punch at the same time. when his accuracy can out balance Jake, it will be the end of it.

not only it can generate millions from tickets, Jake also make money deal to potential fighters in UFC to fight him to which we can't discount the fight being a fixed match.
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Next Bitcoin Bull Run To Be Half Story, Half Utility: Mike Novogratz At Token204 on: September 29, 2022, 08:18:25 AM
probably halving combined with what is happening globally will be the cause of massive spike to more than $69k. and only few retailed investors that will drive it because the crisis these days may dried up retail investor's wallet.

when it comes to utility, i think he is talking about ETH. although there are already doubts, it may be true when investors will wanna find investment  asset that will generate income. thats one utility besides the eth use case in the network.
1759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC and Doge has something to do with BTC? on: September 28, 2022, 05:09:22 PM
what is SOMETHING to do with BTC?
LTC and Doge is different from BTC but both are created as simple as BTC, codes are just edited i guess to make the difference but they are all can be mined. that's the common properties for all 3. they were to be used for gambling which Doge was the first i have tried using to bet on dice games.

1760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How mentally prepared are you? on: September 28, 2022, 05:01:53 PM
I've lost enough money, even that makes me feel ready enough. I know how to win and lose money. Now I know where to act and how to plan, so I am ready mentally and have a lot of self-confidence.

most of crypto traders are in spot market only. if they are not selling their coins, then  they didn't actually lose it but just the value of the coin.
1btc is 1btc. this should prepare your mind and you won't lose any. its why we rarely see crypto traders go bankcrupt all the way or taking their lives. unlike those in leverage or forex where if the market goes in the opposite direction, he lose money when it touches the stoploss.
