It was cyperdoc.
I don't want to reply to that other question, but i have my answer.
1802  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 26, 2013, 10:55:29 PM
Expecially if you think at john: "batch 1 customers are gonna be fine, have you seen the price broooo?" (@200$)
1803  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 26, 2013, 02:29:24 PM
Look!
Someone that doesn't have Icebreaker in their ignore list!

amer, i tried for weeks, you are only doing it's game.

So HF, are you getting the refunds ready?
1804  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 26, 2013, 02:27:43 AM
They are basically saying that they won't deliver by the end of the year imho.

WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?
For what any other reason would you put that term about refunds if you where on schedule?
They won't delivery by the end of the year, and they won't give you BTC refunds, even if they promised so.

And don't call me hater, please. I'm just trying to open some blinded eyes.

(BTW, i think i will ask for a refund when they fail to deliver).
(BTW2, here is your lovely substrate news, it arrived, in form of a ToS upgrade!)

Why are you saying so? No, i'm not saying you work for hf. I just pointed out that you helped me to understand that they have 2 different webpages with their product, one that ends with "-c", if i where in them, the "-c" one would stand for "campaign".

It's the ABC of marketing to optimise sales, and it's called AB testing.

From my browser, i was unable to reach the "-c" page, that's all what i'm saying.
1807  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 24, 2013, 01:03:11 PM
Well we know we are fucked. We just want to know the degree of fucked'ness. All I care about now is when the MPP chips will be sent.

You know what? I can't find that "400W" anywhere in the BJ page! Really! What a nonsense is this?

-campaign? Email marketing is probably where you took that email, right? That or Adwords... This is a step over what john would be able to accomplish.

What is interesting is the different description, they don't talk about "anticipated delivery dates" anymore, they just point you out their guaranteed delivery date.
Maybe someone suggested them to do so in order not to have legal problems?

They are receiving and paying external help, it means that they are fooling a lot of guys... like this one probably:

Did Hashfast move Jan. delivery date to March?
I just hope that you didn't ordered...

(my english is particularly bad this morning, sorry).

400W? Where? I can't see it.
1810  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 23, 2013, 05:32:27 PM
I suggested in an earlier post, that HF had someone, maybe a friend of a member of the board of directors, which could provide it cheaper than TSMC, what finally caused a delay of several weeks, which reflected in wreaking havoc on the eventual positive ROI of their 1st batch customers.
No way.

If you where right, they would have had the PCB and everything else ready 40 days ago. That's not the case.

They are just liars, and we bought only because of those lies. But no, don't worry, we have nothing to go against them in court, let's stay calm on our seats and let them enjoy our money.
1811  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: quanti milionari ci sono qui? on: November 23, 2013, 02:17:23 PM

1812  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 23, 2013, 11:06:52 AM
now we have some "good" news and the thread is flooded.
I personally started to go mad when they first announced that they where delayed, with no proof of anything. I was like the only one.

Now at least we know that they are "as good as" BFL (they will try to ship something to some customers at some time).

Again, they won't miss the last of the year delivery deadline, but that hardware will be useless. I would rather have a refund than that hardware at the end of the year and the MPP in April, that is what will 90% happen.

It's all in the MPP, guys. I told you. (two months from now you will see the importance of this line)

So, they are now changing their Tos all the time to cover their back and we can all see that from day one they did not expect to deliver between 20-30 October.  They just forget it to mention on their web page to the customers...
And that's clearly something illegal. And HF is happy because they know from BFL that no-one will go against the in court.

If i give you the money, would you do that? Just tell me if so.
Why no-one wants to do that?
What's this utter nonsense?

You think that complaining on a stupid forum will be enough to have our rights respected with those companies?
1813  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 23, 2013, 12:36:49 AM
How we accept their lies already makes me wonder how the community will (non) react when they will ship the MPP in April.
1814  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 22, 2013, 08:42:49 PM
Thanks for the update.
Thanks for providing a picture of a 3D-printed model of the PCB, of which you released a rendering yesterday.
And thanks for the 25th of this month substrate delivery timeframe. I guess that we will have to wait till middle next week for the next update, tough?

Can you post some pictures of the production PCBs you had made in October back when you were still on track for late Oct delivery, before the substrate issue delayed everything for a couple months?

- When are the upgrade chips shipping ?

I'm afraid you are right, niothor.
1817  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 22, 2013, 11:40:16 AM
As people suggested, they will ship something by the end of the year. Let it be rebranded KNC/BF, they will make you in a position where you will receive those useless 400gh and can't ask for a refund.

After that, they will delay to death the MPP, and at the end of the story you wlll have 10 to 25% of the BTC you paid back.

They will be happy, they will have won.

I have no reason to bet, but i would.
1818  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 22, 2013, 01:31:50 AM
1a) Ignore icebreaker and try to come up with a decent discussion that does not involve my mum. (that's some pathetic trolling, anyway. HF should lower you hourly payrate); (i wanted to keep fighting the troll, but didn't want to annoy other readers, so i stopped).

From what i see, they are simply trying to do their best to stole the biggest amount; they know that their time is running low and the future is really uncertain. What other reasons would justify their behaviour? BFL was really even better at communicating.
1819  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 22, 2013, 12:33:55 AM
How?
1820  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 21, 2013, 10:28:57 PM
It's incredible that even bfl had more info to share at this point. (as you suggest, about the chip testing).
Wait, they even had PCBs ready 6 months before shipping.
