1801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What your ideas about bitcoin adoption in the future? on: August 24, 2022, 08:58:14 PM
Now the demands of bitcoin was reduced due to the reduction in bitcoin price. But in parallel, new people was get into the crypto currency.Specifically they make some investment in the bitcoin. So the bitcoin had good future by considering as an asset. It also had great scope by the mean of stock market trading.
Bitcoin will always have a good future when it comes to being an asset because people nowadays are more interested into digital currencies. However, when it comes to bitcoin adoption, I believe there is always progress every year as some of the country’s government are now starting to be more open into adopting cryptocurrencies particularly with bitcoin as its demand from the people keeps growing every year.

1803  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it advisable as a starter to engage in future trade? on: August 23, 2022, 09:11:40 PM
When I login to my trading App (Exchange), I do see an option for future trade and when try to give it a try, I will see a notification reading "Future trade can be very risky".
Is it advisable as a new trader to engage in future trade?
Our end goal here is still to trade with profits, and for beginners I think it’s hard to achieve profits if you are not good in trading preparation and developing your own knowledge and skills. You must also gain experiences first so you will have an idea on the real scenario of trading, and develop your own strategies in trading so you will have more chances to succeed, and not only to trade and then you’ll lose after.
1804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins are Not Real — Or how People Blindly Believe Nakamoto's Nonsense on: August 22, 2022, 09:59:17 PM
For that matter, the internet isn't material either, but there are many sites on it, this forum for example. Stocks in the markets have long been digital, not physical, which, like bitcoin, can be displayed on your mobile phone screen. Sending a telegram message also consists of numbers. In fact, a lot of things are digital now, but for some reason bitcoin is the only scam. Strange.
Funny but true. It just seem so unfair for bitcoin that it always get negative criticism most likely from people that don't even know about the facts on bitcoin. Its either they stick to their own absurd beliefs and understanding without doing any research, because they really think they know everything about bitcoin. However, what you believed OP is not true to everyone as some would still want to have and own bitcoin since they also have good vibes and positive prediction about it.
1805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Either Bitcoin will end or we will be at the peak of inflation on: August 22, 2022, 09:40:13 PM
When you predict Bitcoin will end or completely died and at the same time predict Shiba Inu will reach $1 while the current price is just $0.00001601 aren't make sense. If Bitcoin become dead coin, I believe there's no coins can survive which is also the end of cryptocurrency.

After 13 years Bitcoin created and there's so many coins out there have been created, but still not exceed Bitcoin. This mean most of cryptos were created already failed.
The rest of shitcoins have failed and ended but with bitcoin, there's more to see and expect about it because of its high potentials and well established features. The reason why bitcoin dominates the whole market because its the only coin that meets the huge demand of the crypto community and the rest are just extras that any time they can quickly vanish in the air since they have no real utility cases from the start.
1806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 20, 2022, 11:54:00 AM

So I don't see Davis being in the trade block for Lakers, most likely it will be Westbrook first. But since there is no news already and it seems to die down, maybe there will be not trade, Westbrook staying in Lakers and then Irving with the Nets.

But Westbrook for Irving? That would not happen, he was even traded by the Wizards because he did not fit in their system, in fact, when he got traded Wizards improved, it not only due to the injury problem, they have a chance to be in the playoffs last season.

That's why that trade is not going to be realized, Nets are giving up big time players whose consistency is still at the highest level, while Westbrook's statistics have significantly dropped since last season.

You can check the difference.

1807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: August 20, 2022, 11:27:15 AM
We would love to see Ancajas as the underdog so that we will be more willing to bet on him, maybe 3:1 odd as underdog would not be bad at all for us to bet.
Underdog? yes, but 3:1, I think that's far from happening, maybe just a slight underdog because he is not a champion anymore, so we have to take whatever the odds are going to be available, but +110 is already okay as long as you believe that Ancajas will bounce back.

It's likely the scenario in the fight.

They have the odds prediction.

Martínez vs. Ancajas Odds and Prediction
The odds of Fernando Martínez winning this fight is 59%, while it is 41% for Jerwin Ancajas. Based on these numbers, our AI makes the following prediction.

Fernando Martínez is more likely to win, but Jerwin Ancajas winning cannot be entirely ruled out.

If Martinez is a slight favorite, the probably odds are 1.80 Martinez and 2.05 for Ancajas.

I guessed it right,  Smiley... But anyway, those are just predictions as well, so we still have to wait for the official betting odds in order to prove if our prediction is right or wrong. Whatever, the odds, I'm here to support Ancajas as he is the hope of our country to have an active champion, I don't know anymore who are the active Filipino champions as the popular boxers had already loss their belts.

No takers for my bet for SMB here? The game is tomorrow so we still have some time if you wanna bet for TNT, quote this post please.

Seemed like everyone here except Harizen is rooting for the SMB to win.

I have checked the betting odds and I don't see it yet, maybe tonight the odds will be out and we will have an idea of who is the favorite to win between these two teams. Regardless, I'm still with you because I like SMB in this match-up.

1810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Haney vs Kambosos II (Undisputed) on: August 19, 2022, 12:12:09 PM
The way I see it, that is Garcia's personality, I mean if he could just emulate Oscar when he was young, no trash talking but just wanting to fight the best. But Oscar protege is different, Garcia want's to get all the attention even not related to boxing. But hopefully him and Haney could go fight at 140 pounds in the future.

Everyone has a different personality, that's him, he is showing his real color, he is like Mayweather who loves to get the attention of the people, who knows that's helping him to gain confidence in the fight and probably make more money. We cannot judge though, he is still undefeated til now, so he deserved huge respect as a boxer.
1811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: August 19, 2022, 11:15:50 AM
Jerwin is seems a good boxer in Philippines Boxing rematch . Jerwin plying seance 2014 it means 8 years including this year. Although the game has not yet started this year.  But the game is going to start after a couple  months.i think  Jerwin can show a better performance in this year also.

It will be a challenging match for Jerwin Ancajas but also another opportunity for him to prove himself in the ring and establish a good name in the boxing industry. I've watched some of his previous matches and I must say that he has huge potential but we can't deny the fact that Martinez is also a tough boxer.
Jerwin Ancajas is a good name in the Philippine Boxing industry . And I see their potential of winning this time. but Fernando Martinez also a good boxer . Winning with them will also be a tough task . but here also looks like Jerwin Ancajas will win

He was a champion, got dethrone when Martinez beat him, so he is not trying to reclaim his belt, this rematch is a must win for him, otherwise, he cannot be a champion anymore in the same division and he has to move up in weight.

It literally means the same because winning in this rematch means that Ancajas can have that belt again and he will be a champion as well, that's just a simple mistake that cost Ancajas his throne but I bet that this time will be a much different scenario because this time, Ancajas will come prepared as he will train for Martinez.  The latter might be difficult to overcome but I believe Ancajas can still do it.

Definitely difficult because Ancajas lose via unanimous decision, he has to flip that result in his favor this time so there will be no controversy in case he will win the rematch. Well, I also like the possibility of KO, that if Ancajas is capable of knocking out this strong Fernando Martinez.
1812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Vasiliy Lomachenko vs Jamaine Ortiz - October on: August 19, 2022, 06:11:40 AM
Both have 16 fights, but Jamaine Ortiz is still undefeated unlike Lomachenko who has two losses in his boxing career, however, I believe that Loma would still be listed as the favorite on the betting sites as he is more popular and has fought plenty of championship fights already.

here's some information about the fight, https://www.martialbot.com/boxing/fights/2022/10/jamaine-ortiz-vs-vasyl-lomachenko.html

Ortiz vs. Lomachenko Odds and Prediction
The odds of Vasyl Lomachenko winning this fight is 73%, while it is 27% for Jamaine Ortiz. Based on these numbers, our AI makes the following prediction.

So regardless of what school he chooses, it's up to him and just like you said, his father is very supportive of his sons and he only want the best for them.

That's the most important thing, we already have Lebron James his father who is going to be a hall of Famer soon, so it's enough to have one in the family. Well, as long as he would just enjoy basketball and let things come around, I mean no pressure, then maybe one day we will see Bronny playing in the NBA and Lebron would be happy cheering for his son.
1814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: August 18, 2022, 11:48:38 AM
Chot already won a championship when he comes back coaching in the PBA, but this time it's different as we have a healthy JMF.

Indeed, this would not be an easy one as we've seen in their last meeting where SMB was able to limit Mikey Williams and beat them with a huge margin, if they can do that again, well, I would say that SMB has a better chance of winning and JMF might win a BPC and Finals MVP.

Cruz and Ross will be there to match up with Williams and Castro. Both guards are also a good defender, but we can't underestimate Williams' capabilities as he always wanted to take the challenge and put more pressures from the defending players. I can say that the whole squad are balance from each other, lot of talents who can help as a role players here.

We might see more surprises with players who will step up helping those known names to tower the offense.

I'm a biased here since I really love SMB to win another title and for Fajardo to add more MVP to his name.

Pogoy is good as well, he had 4 blocks in their win against Magnolia so I think he is also a problem of SMB. However, on the inside, JMF will surely dominate as they don't have bigs that could stop him unless they will double him but JMF had already made an adjustment with that style as we saw in game 7 against Meralco.
1815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: August 18, 2022, 10:39:07 AM
Finally, after some games where SMB struggled, they are now back in the PBA Finals.

According to the website (https://pba.ph/), the first game will be this coming Saturday.
Game on guys, I'm excited because I was able to put my bet on the series.

Good luck to us.

It's going to be on Sunday Aug. 21 Kabayan, it would be a nice one to expect since both teams are trying to win these finals, I like to see how Fajardo and the rest of the SMB squad to compete against the dominating TNT, it's really something that fans will love seeing both teams will come up with good plays and hard defense. Still Fajardo as the main gun of SMB while TNT will use their advantage using all their guards and will continue to attack outside and run with the ball, a classic Chot Reyes system.
My bad, sorry, I know it's 21 but I misslooked the day, hehe.. It's Sunday, right.
Well, this one is going to be an interesting game, game 1 is the most important as in the semi finals, the team that won in game 1 won the series, so I like SMB to get the lead first in the series.

Well, just a meme here. let see what Choke Reyes will bring here before FIBA games maybe he will upgrade the dribble shot system and we will be able to witness that during the finals, I mean the execution of that play. Roll Eyes Grin
Chot already won a championship when he comes back coaching in the PBA, but this time it's different as we have a healthy JMF.

1817  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mastering the market movement is what aid profits and not the price. on: August 17, 2022, 09:58:47 PM
As a day trader or a passive trader, most are confused about how to make the best out of the market, and many will always complain of losses during a bear market, meanwhile with the right mastery one can make massive profits in the bear market and this goes further to clarify the fact that market conditions do not have much to.do with your profit maximizing but proper market mastering is what gives profits in whatever market.
Well, its not easy as it is. The market is very unpredictable, that even a professional trader cannot predict what's going to happen next in the market. But i believe, its always an advantage if you know how to master the market movement, because you are most likely to create possible profits and minimize your losses as a trader. Though losses are still inevitable in trading, but if you have good market analysis and effective and proven strategies to use, you will most likely to end up with successful trades.

Some people blame their parent for being poor🥲
Some blame their bad and corrupt leaders🥲🥲
Some blame their country and the country's economy😢😢😢

👉🏾Never blame anyone or anything for being poor.
👉🏾Our parent may be poor, the economy may be bad and our leaders may be corrupt, these are factors that may not  be easily changed.
👉🏾Let's leave these factors and work on factors that can easily be changed, which is OURSELF

Our power to be rich lies in our hands✋🏿✋🏿✋🏿. Let's wake up, get right information, invest in visible and reliable projects, make money and still make more money.....
Always invest in yourself first, that way you will start attracting positive changes that will bring profits later on. Let's not dwell with things in the past that are now hardly to change, instead work on your present as it opens a lot of opportunities to grow and develop yourself to become productive and profitable in the long run. Being poor is not a mistake, and definitely not a barrier to improve ourselves and become rich in the making.
1819  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How is Merit Gotten? on: August 17, 2022, 09:20:31 PM
Just use this forum to learn and exchange information with others in a sincere way, and in time you will receive some merits. Worrying too much about merits leads some people to be put on ignore lists, which they are less likely to receive, or to cheat, which they end up banned.

Other than that, I think the advice from NeuroticFish and lovesmayfamilis is good.
This forum is more on a place for information sharing, and getting educated through the helpful posts from the early members as they are more knowledgeable and have better experiences to share than newbies. So focus more on getting valid and legit information first before you consider yourself getting merits. If you do that, others will start noticing you and will see you as a quality poster, and in time you receive consistent merits from them.

He's rich and willing to spare/invest about $50000 into something that will grow over time ,that is in the long run.
Nice story.

You would be very well in convincing your friend if you are not rich. If you are rich too, it would be easier for you to convince your friend. Usually your friend will have more reasons to believe you if you get rich by your investment in Bitcoin. Real story, real investment, real get rich story, it is more convincing for your friend.
I guess there's something in OP too that made his friend easily believed in him, maybe like his life too was changed by bitcoin. That is why he is very certain that bitcoin will definitely be a very good investment for retirement. I just hope OP that you will also explain to your friend that bitcoin is not a get-rich-quick scheme and that he should not set high expectations quickly as bitcoin price changes from time to time. Otherwise, he will be depressed watching every price move of bitcoin.
