IMO, that doesn't matter anyway since slot only has 2.6% of the total viewers. It still depends on the age of the viewers as they might have different interests, or maybe Fortnite is not that popular for gamers that's why they have lower viewers compared to slots which is easier to play and understand.
1842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: August 06, 2022, 11:19:53 AM

Anyways, let's look at the spread of game 3 between Magnolia and TNT, the spread looks suspicious IMO.

TNT -6.5 vs Magnolia, isn't it?

If you believe in fixed game, that line favored TNT, and they will likely cover that spread. However, who knows, maybe that's just a way to stir our mind and we think of backing the TNT and miss a good moneyline odds. They are not strong enough to win the game despite their size that is what saw. In fact, this is also happen to the other teams, a lot of factors that affect the result - teamwork and communication.
1843  Economy / Economics / Re: EU countries agree deal to cut use of gas this winter on: August 05, 2022, 11:12:06 PM
It will definitely be a long road there, but it could get there. One of the greatest benefits of this situation is that it speeded the clean energy process of the world. Since oil was the most important weapon Russia had, that means that EU and US would have to stop using oil like its free and they have to start using the clean energy world for it, and wheat situation is also another reason why vertical farming is getting more famous as well. So basically, the earth itself needed the humanity to do the right thing and because Russia attacked Ukraine, humanity finally found how it could do that when they were failing to do it for the past 20 years when every expert said they should.
I can't really imagine how these poor countries strive to survive from the limited supply of Oil. I feel it in my place; the price surge has been visible in all areas and affects all the supplies in the market. I think this was the time that every country will find its own oil resources (if possible) in order to have other options in the case of the supply becoming too limited. As this war continues, we still suffer the blast of its impact on the market and price increase. Plus the corruption and market manipulations.
1844  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't sit on your hands on: August 05, 2022, 10:22:20 PM
Actually if they are lazy enough to research about strategy regarding about the possible price of Bitcoin when it goes down even more, they could literally just buy at whatever the price of Bitcoin right now, because we are too far from the all time high and all they would do is to wait for it to reach that peak again to gain profits.

Now, if the price dumps even more after they bought, then it's fine, because the bottom line is Bitcoin will definitely gonna make a new all time high after this bear market.
Buying at its current prices is still a good idea, it can be doubled or even more when Bullrun comes again. But the question is if this person can manage to hold and wait for the moment as I was afraid to weaken his hands and sell them after a few days or weeks. That still never works. That I say we should have some commitment to doing this and not just simply buy and sell. For we are about to engage in investing in Bitcoin, the more we have to spend time searching and familiarizing the market trend so we have the idea of where we are going and the idea when to sell.
1845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: August 05, 2022, 11:27:49 AM
...there are speculations inside that the judges did really favor Canelo to win to continue his rise to the top.

That's given, the speculation is everywhere but we have no proof about that, and if GGG believe that is the case, then no way he will win if he cannot knock out Canelo. Everyone is probably cheering to win, so let's see if this trilogy is a great opportunity for GGG to rise and reclaim himself.
1846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 05, 2022, 11:05:07 AM
Chicago Bulls have signed a contract with Goran Dragic. His last team were Brooklyn Nets and his performance there wasn't satisfying at all. He didn't perform at the level he wanted therefore I think that he has made the right choice by deciding to sign for another team. He is 36 years old though therefore I don't have huge expectations. But he can at least play better if he adapts to his new team. He can at least improve his PPG which is important for a guard.

Brooklyn is the worst team to happen for him. I don't expect him to perform like the way he does as the Nets were so stacked that they can create their own shots without the need of a good pg like Goran.
He would be a great addition for the Bulls next season. Looking forward to see the Dragic that was as good when he was still in the Phoenix Suns.

Exactly, it was his worst season because the kind of play does not suit him. Nets is more like Durant and Irving play but Goran is not get used to that since he played in a team where he handles the ball more and create plays for his teammates.
1847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much would someone need in Crypto this bear run to become a millionaire? on: August 03, 2022, 11:36:00 PM
Interesting...
Well, what we just need to become a millionaire is to accumulate more Bitcoin or potential altcoins, and wait for the bull season where you can expect to see your investment multiply several times. Just imagine if you have $50,000 worth of crypto right now at it was at least x3 during the bull season that $150k is really big enough. How much more if you add more capital? As long as you can still afford to do it and invest more while the price is cheap, becoming a millionaire is not a problem for you OP, and of course, it was possible.
1848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: August 03, 2022, 09:22:40 AM
Game over.

TNT 108- Magnolia 96

Magnolia only won the last quarter, it doesn't matter anyway because they don't have a big run for them to have a chance. TNT has controlled the game all in the first 3 quarters, so they have enough time to rest. Game 2 is a must-win by the Magnolia, they have to make the right adjustment so their defense will work.

They have to limit Mikey Williams who scored 26 points in this game.
1849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: August 03, 2022, 08:48:33 AM

Both have equal skill, granite chin, never been knock down, hasn't been in trouble in any fight (remove the Bivol lost in the equation from Canelo). It will still be in the hands of the judges again in this trilogy.

That's for sure, we will see an exchange of punches as these two have already measured their power. So the winner here is the fighter who have more punches thrown and the one that is hitting more, GGG has to be active, going for a KO is good but he should not be frustrated, try also to score so in case no KO will happen, at least he has a chance of winning.
1850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will the next Bull run look like? on: August 01, 2022, 12:46:27 PM
For the next bull run I am sure it will be more perfect than before so never regret what you have done at this time and all need patience to reach the highest point to be able to return to enjoy the profits we have achieved, never hesitate for the investment you have made at this time even though you are experiencing losses, because the market recovery will definitely be felt again.
I don't know what you mean by perfect. AFAIK, nothing is perfect in the crypto market, just imagine how this volatility affects the market in general.
The next Bullrun can be more exciting than before and people do holding in anticipation of the price surge. What I just think about is that it never stays longer at its ATH, a drop can be more expected due to a possible sell-off from new investors. And even not sure if we able to reach $100k as prospected by many.
1851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: August 01, 2022, 11:45:39 AM
Well, it seems to me that the fight will take place anyway, maybe it's just an attempt to create an intrigue to attract audience interest, nothing more, but why is there so little hype around, maybe Showtime is not showing proper interest here.
Little hype? I don't think so, I believe the moment they will officially announce this fight, those tickets will be sold out easily. This is an anticipated fight, so I believe everyone will be eager to pay and watch this through PPV.
The fight is already close and become a done deal almost, hopefully it will take place somewhere in november. You maybe feeling a little hyped but those who were avid supporters of these two legends will definitely be running in a line just to avail the tickets once out in the market. Just wait until this news spread out and definitely, it will become one of the hot topics.
Close but no official announcement yet, I think we have to be realistic if we don't want to get disappointed. Of course, the fans will watch this fight, but at the end of the day if one of the two will not sign the contract because his demand is not meet, it will still not happen.

Until the contract is signed all talks are just speculation and hearsay, both camps are either trying to excite the boxing community or one of them is not really interested, they don't have to attract the audience this is going to be excited because the build-up leading to this fight and their record speaks for themselves, this is the making of a fight of the year, the boxing community has done their part asking both fighters to make a go, the ball is in their hands now, and whoever causes the delay will get bad feedbacks from the boxing fans.
We will never know who cause the delay as they will blamed each other if this fight will not push through. If one is greedy, it will never happen because this is a big fight, their biggest fight and they want to get a big paycheck from this fight. Look, they are staking their belt, of course, one will make sure he will get the best amount of money because the loser here might not have the opportunity to fight the champion again.
1852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 01, 2022, 10:39:55 AM
Basketball in the 70's and 80's was a different game then what it is today. I'm sure winning 8 championships in a row is tough no matter what era we are talking but the game has evolved so much since then it will be a hard record to match.

It is indeed. 70's,80's,90's,2000's, and 2010's are a completely different era. And yeah basketball since has evolved.
I also have to agree that winning a championship then and now where never too easy.
I have never witnessed the 80's era, but I did have a glimpsed of the 90's and I can say this is the era where athletic players inspired by Jordan has began and Kobe was his product. While the late 2000's was where bigger, faster, and strong players where developed the likes of LeBron build. While the late 2010's was changed by Steph Curry's spectacular 3s.

90's basketball is very physical, now it has evolved because a team who have great 3-point shooters will likely win the championship. Look at Stephen Curry, if he is not good at 3-point shooting, he will not become a great player, and also now, big men are already shooting 3's, we have good 3-point shooters like Jokic which is a good example.

Well, let's move on and face the current situation, we cannot compare the past to the current to give respect who is the best player now. If we compare Curry to Jordan, of course many people will say that Jordan is better and even curry for sure, but we cannot deny that Curry is now the best player and he can certainly win more championships that's why he wants to keep the big 3.

~
The last call was crucial but I agree with that call. It's just that it was caught. There are also missed opportunities for Ginebra prior to that play.

Congrats Meralco.
That crucial call was very obvious and yet there are still some Ginebra fans crying on the social media saying that Ginebra must won blah blah. They are fans indeed but they are just fans and they don't know anything about basketball (typical bandwagons).

I had watched the whole game and it's pretty much Meralco all the way until the 4th quarter where the Ginebra started to erupt but wasn't enough to get the victory. Now after 6 straight playoffs series losses, the Meralco will advance to the Semis and will face another SMC team again which is San Miguel. TBH, tonight's game was full of action. The first game was a hard-fought match as well and it also went to overtime and the 2nd match is a good match too. Good Luck to the remaining 4 teams Smiley.

That was clearly an offensive foul, I can understand how tired Thompson is already, IIRC, he was playing like 44 minutes, that's not the way to win a game. This all Filipino cup team has a big problem, they cannot defend so much on Thompson as he is an all-around player, he will be easily gets tired.

But Ginebra fans would not accept that, this is the first time that they oppose to the call of the refs because most of the time, it's the Gin Kings who are getting favored by the refs since they are the most popular team in the PBA. Let if pass guys, it's not time for Ginebra now but next conference, Brownlee is back and he will make this team great again.
1854  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In a world of financial oppression Bitcoin is the the only escape route on: August 01, 2022, 08:04:51 AM
I would disagree with saying bitcoin is the only escape route but would agree it's one of, if not the best, escape route from financial oppression and tyranny due to over inflation caused by "printing" unlimited money.
Well Maybe says that overstatement because He is in full confidence with Bitcoin just  like most of us , If I have same positioning from OP? I will do the same thing and will stands the same word.
Mentioning that "Only Escape" is a Big statement but at least he will truly supporting bitcoin than those other option .
That "ONLY" means no other option to take which is wrong. But I understand what OP is trying to say and that he wants to escape from huge taxes making him think that the government is just milking all fiat holders. And he notices that instead of saving it from banks, putting his money in Bitcoin is obvious it saves him and only just pays a small amount of transactions fee compared to the banks. But I was afraid that soon the government will impose huge taxes on exchanges making them urge to increase regular transactions.
1855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good bounty on: August 01, 2022, 07:20:15 AM
I heard that some bounties fail to pay participants at the end of work. Considering this senerio, how can one know which bounty is a good to participate in?
What you have heard is absolutely right and very unfortunate that we can't change it. With the participation of these scammers creating fake and useless projects ruins the image of the market and bounties board. If you are looking for something to earn from crypto, it is better to stay away from bounties as even if you have done a thorough search this never give you assurance, not even to see it. Some projects look promising and have active developers but in the end, they never pay the participants and even scam investors.
1856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This is the Good Time For Crypto Buying on: July 31, 2022, 01:39:08 PM
We know That Now Whole Crypto Market is Very Down. I am a Investor also a Small Crypto Trader, i invested my All Fund in Crypto, i bought Coin with very High price becouse then Market was Fully Bullish. Then BTC was $60k but now is $21k, So it is Very good time for Usdt holder, Now every coin is Upto 90% Discount. What is Yours Opinion?
I guess you already know since you are an investor and a trader for quite some time.
Although we can see that the market is moving high but I'd still see this as an opportunity for the latecomers and those who missed the $18k price of Bitcoin.

I never urge people to buy but at least, I'd help them to know about it. We are supposed to prepare for the upcoming halving if we want to earn huge profit, or else we just regret it later.
1857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ATH for ETH on: July 31, 2022, 01:06:05 PM
As all are speculating the merge for ETH, are we gonna see ATH for ETH in the crypto market? Thoughts?

Not this year I guess, because the market condition is still very uncertain and many FUD out there. Many people still feel their losses from what they invest when the crypto prices are in their prime. Just prepare your capital when the right time comes then you can use it as you want.
Only those who sell their ETH at cheap prices lose their money, many holders are still holding it strong...
Moreover, it was not the FUD stops the market to grow, FED and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine gives some influence, plus the economic crisis. ATH for ETH will certainly come but that only happens when the market is in bullish again. Think about 3-4 years from when halving arrives. Ohh, patience is really important.
1858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: July 31, 2022, 11:18:37 AM
What I mean is that Canelo had to defeat GGG in the first  half of the fight otherwise its him that is going to be in trouble because GGG seem to be getting better when the fight last longer. But we'll if his age is not making Golov rusty.

Not sure about that strong stamina in the later rounds for GGG and he's turning better at late rounds? Is that what you trying to say? Remember that he's up against a prime Canelo and containing him at every rounds needs a lots more and better stamina. GGG's stamina is surely not the same now compare to his prime. He's already at the retirement period of his career so expect some signs that he showed before won't be seen now on this match.

However, since GGG makes and force Canelo shows his limits, we can assume that he can last longer on this fight. I just don't want the fight will end up in Decision as the cash cow king will surely the victorious and that's Canelo unless the fight is clearly being dominated by GGG.

I believe that GGG will last longer, he has never been KO in his life as a boxer, so I would never have a doubt about his performance in this coming fight. We have to remember that GGG is trying to win, and it's his only chance to prove that he is the better boxer, so expect that he will be more eager to win in this fight.

The only concern is his age, but we cannot underestimate him because we know how discipline he is as a boxer. His last win was pretty much impressive, so he has that momentum going to this fight, and the good thing is that he is a heavy underdog, which makes the betting odds more interesting backing him.
1859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: July 31, 2022, 10:57:20 AM
It is overtime for Magnolia and NLEX. It is very exciting and close match.

Magnolia made a magnificent stop against the NLEX and steal the ball with 2+ seconds left but was not able to make something out of it though. So we are now in overtime.

Have to wait a few more minutes for Ginebra vs Meralco do-or-die game.

Yeah, that was really thrilling, if only Oftana didn't miss 1 of his FT, this game will not go into OT.
They made a lot of mistakes in this game, so I would not be surprise if they will lose in the OT, but not sure if Magnolia will win the point spread as it's been a close game so far.
1860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is helping to eradicate poverty in poor countries on: July 30, 2022, 11:55:41 PM
It can't be denied that many people had improved their financial capability because of Bitcoin but somehow, this is not enough to stop poverty in the country, especially among the poor people because not all of them have also the capacity to invest and are willing to do it. We could just say that Bitcoin investment is just an opportunity, not a tool to eradicate such a thing for the reason that this is only for those who can afford to lose and willing to take risk, not for everyone IMO.
