1901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What? You sodl? Too bad. on: September 23, 2017, 04:44:08 AM
dont be too optimistic.

this can be just a small rush. i indeed want to share your optimistic and hope it will push again to the moon.

BTC Quotes
3,378.960  USD  in China plattform which is apro 2829 euro and its a good way right now

What do you mean by "don't be too optimistic."? I just hope, that's sort of grammatical error. But if you mean that (which means don't be happy of it), then why not? Bitcoin dropped down to its lowest price at $2,980 in past few hours, but it's rising up again. Now, it's at $3,800. So why should we not be optimistic? I think, the losers here are those panic sellers who sold their bitcoins at its lowest price yesterday. And I am happy that I held onto my bitcoins.
The mood of bitcoin traders can be very changing, one day bitcoin is headed for 10k dollars and everything is great and bitcoin is the best technology ever and the next day everything is terrible and bitcoin is dying and stuff like that, bitcoin has recovered but I do not think we should expect a price any higher than what we already saw few weeks ago, especially if the hard fork coming in November materializes.
1902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin has enemy (except altcoin) what is it? on: September 23, 2017, 02:59:21 AM
Like everybody worst enemy it is our self and bitcoin worst enemy is bitcoin, if there no development improvement and innovation in bitcoin it will stuck on it and users will switch to other crypto. I dont think that government are one of the worst enemy of bitcoin as the government duty is to make and impose the law for the better of a nation. Banks are not the enemy also as bank has establish their reputation long time ago.
Governments are the worst enemies of bitcoin, while in theory governments should strive to improve the country, the truth is that most governments only exists to serve themselves and they are trying to impose their rules not to benefit the population but to benefit themselves, this is why they do not like bitcoin, because bitcoin benefits the population but not them.
1903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 100x-1000x coin? on: September 22, 2017, 09:37:20 PM
Centra is definitely the next promising ICO!  Something with a real product!  Cards are already shipping!
With a crypto debit card, you can use your crypto at any restaurant / store / ATM.  Just swipe your card like any credit card.  Need cash quickly, no problem, just withdraw fiat at a ATM with your crypto!

What makes Centra unique so it can reach 100x-1000x?
- Centra is the only card and wallet that will insure all your assets are insured from theft and hackers as mentioned in the whitepaper.  With the crazy hackers lately the importance of this is underrated!

- Holding Centra tokens actually does something not like other coins.  Holding Centra tokens with the wallet provides 0.8% rewards (in ETH) from revenue sharing from all sales used with centra card.  This is not including the cashback you get from using your own card.  So as more and more people use Centra the more rewards you get back increasing the value of the token.  This ensures the token won't be just a pump and dump.

- The team is amazing.  Before the ICO has even started they have already lined up 4 exchanges and announced them that the token will be traded at.  The team also put a huge amount of effort in sales and marketing to ensure success of the product.

ICO is on Sept 19th!  Mayweather is using the card himself and posted it on his Instagram.

Floyd doesn't even know what half those words mean, just copy and pasted a script they sent him.
If I give floyd 1 million $ and tell floyd post a picture on instagram say he using my SCAM ICO. Is he accept it? He must known how good is Centra before doing this or his manager

Yeah, that's good. Floyd is the ticket to popularity for sure. There are other celebs that have publicly supported ICOs. Recently Paris Hilton posted on Twitter that she was supporting Lydian coin Seen here- Paris Hilton's Favorite ICO Lydian Coins That is enough to make that one hit well 100x. Then you have Unikrn ICO that raised $10,000,000 in investment from Ashton Kutcher, Mark Cuban, Shari Redstone and Elisabeth Murdoch. How's that for a celebrity backing. - Marc cuban who called ICOs a dangerous bubble put millions into this coin
You are speculating the support that the coin backed by Paris is going to get and even if it skyrockets we will not know if that was the consequence of her support since I doubt that she is going to continue her support to the project, and about the coin that got 10 million thanks to those celebrities, other projects have gotten a lot more money without any celebrity backing them so their influence was not as great as you may think.
1904  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I do ? Your suggestions please. on: September 22, 2017, 08:16:33 PM
I thought that there was an instantaneous decrease in ethereum with bitcoin.and after these events I thought of as a momentary decrease, I got 50 ethereum  from 260 dollars. I can not decide what to do with certain levels. Of course, it is not right to make sales like this.my mind came up with the idea of joining an ico or a going ico . I thought maybe I could save the damage in this way, but I'm not quite sure. what should i do? Should not I?I've been loss since the day. I do not want to loss any more, but I can not find a solution. I am delighted to share your ideas in this regard.

You probably bought near the top of the bubble, there are only two things you can do if you want to recover your money, the easiest one is to hold eventually you are going to recover your money if you wait long enough but you need patience, the second way is doing what you are thinking, invest in icos, but at this moment the ico market is weak thanks to China ban on icos.
1905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are We Dead Without China? on: September 22, 2017, 05:10:34 PM
Now Japan become biggest crypto currency market
While Japan is the country with the biggest adoption, the truth is that China is still very influential, the Chinese investors hold most bitcoin in the world and when you add the fact that almost all the hash power is in hands of Chinese miners then we know we depend on China but this dependence is getting smaller as other markets accept bitcoin, like Japan, and also because the regulations coming from China are diminishing interest in bitcoin.
1906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: September 22, 2017, 04:15:19 AM

China has repeatedly sought to block Bitcoin's growth, but these are just speculative maneuvers.
The biggest farm miners are Chinese, they control price growth; these are just power games to buy Bitcoin lower.

When everything is over, Bitcoin will grow again, and Binance exchange will resume as strong a month ago.
It has almost all international customers, only 15% are Chinese.
All these maneuvers seems to have something else behind the scenes or at least that is what I believe, if the Chinese government really wanted to ban bitcoin they could do that in a heartbeat so I wonder if they are so against it, why they do not do it? So to me all of those threats, news and FUD are nothing but an attempt to manipulate the bitcoin market and obtain benefits that way.
1907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: September 22, 2017, 02:34:17 AM

anticipation that I do on the computer to prevent hacked.
I installed internet security with antivirus. do not surf on many web, or do not install the app before it is tracked with antivirus. that's what I usually do. just prevention.
Prevention may not be good enough against a skilled hacker and a vulnerable OS, many people keep using Windows for its convenience and the good software based on it, but the truth is that if you are dealing with money we need to avoid such a vulnerable OS and use something else, Linux and all its variants is the most secure OS and the one that you should use if you care about securing your coins in a desktop wallet.
1908  Economy / Economics / Re: China's influence on bitcoin is becoming insignificant. on: September 22, 2017, 12:23:39 AM
Chinese government has been making moves to control the influence of bitcoin on its economy but bitcoin keep rearing on international market. I think the decentralized system of bitcoin make it impossible  for any government to binned its activities. We should also know that the fake news site are just promoting lie in other to create panic in other for amateurs traders to sell at lose and blame China regulatory agency for their woo.
The influence of China is going down but this is because other countries are adopting bitcoin too, and the more hurdles the Chinese government creates for people to adopt bitcoin then the influence of Chinese investors is going to go down, then we need to remember that many other countries are also developing their mining technology so that is another field in which China is dominant, but that could change in the next 10 years.
1909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: September 21, 2017, 08:15:21 PM
I was just wondering that is it possible to earn steady income without going 8-5 hours regular office job.. I mean you got some bitcoin in your wallet .. are you the enough for living ?

another option is to regularly working on Bitcoin related trading/activites .. that earn you enough amt of monthly income ..

what's your opinion

Note: this is not for poor fellow who just discovered bitcoin or altcoins
It depends on what are your needs, if you live in a country where the cost of living is very high then it is going to be very difficult to earn that amount of bitcoin but if you live in a country where you only need 400 dollars a month then it is very likely that you can earn that amount of bitcoin since that is only 0.1BTC a month, you could earn that very easily by selling some products here on the forum.
1910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: September 21, 2017, 06:36:07 PM
illiteracy

Yeah thats the word.
We have an easy game as long as people stay dumb. So get rich before.
While this is harsh at the same time it is true, while I would like adoption to happen, I do not want it to happen that fast, I need to get a good amount of bitcoin first, for members of this forum that have been here for a lot of time they probably have enough bitcoin stored away, but for users like me, that have a little bit more than a year in bitcoin I’m still not where I want when it comes to the amount of bitcoin on my wallet.
1911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please share your EXIT strategy... on: September 21, 2017, 05:09:44 PM
In a perfect world you have already spread your bags out. However, the reality is that 12% in the stock market is killing it. My goal has always been 20%, and hang onto about 10% of your bag in case it gets an insane pump, as long as you come out ahead, you can roll it into another opportunity
That is what everyone is thinking, you could invest in several cryptos and make money that way but no one wants to make small earnings we all want to get big earnings and see if we are able to hit the jackpot and buy one of those coins that skyrocket, that is a long shot but one that many people are looking for because your life can change almost immediately if you select the right coin.
1912  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: September 21, 2017, 01:36:40 AM
Bitcoin prices will continue to rise and expensive, this is because users are increasing while bitcoin stock is very limited. market law is certainly applicable when high demand prices will be high.
Bitcoin prices are almost guaranteed to go up on the long term, we know that the supply is going to be very limited and as time passes the rate of emission of bitcoin is getting lower and when you add that the demand is going to go up thanks to the increased usefulness of bitcoin thanks to segwit and the lightning network then you have the perfect storm in which the price of bitcoin will become almost unstoppable.

Well hopefully we don't get any more follow up negative remarks and news so the rise would push through again. It think now there's more to btc price than just demand and supply as we see how a single announcement by jp morgan started a panic decline
Exactly we all hope for not getting some bad news and any more notorious buzzes all the way. And it is often said, “There is always an abrupt rise following a strong plunge”. Bitcoin have same case, the exact things happened to it. So now demand is high, there is shortage, so rise is definite.
Most of the time news like the China FUD we had all week affect the price but it does not affect the price in a permanent way, so do not worry, and if the price gets lower because of such news then take advantage of it and get more bitcoin, if you did that, then you could have gotten some easy profits in the last days, I know that it seems counterintuitive to buy when the price is dropping very fast but it is a way to get bitcoin for cheap especially if you believe that bitcoin is going to be around for many years in the future.
1913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why buy WAVES? on: September 21, 2017, 12:30:11 AM
there are 4 reasons to buy WAVES
1 : trading for get profit short time.
2 : invest in WAVES-based platforms, primalbase examples, shadow tokens.
3 : for campaign participants requires waves for transaction fees.
4 : long term investments such as ETH , BTC and NEO.
Your fourth option is the most important one, waves is a good project and it is currently trading at half its all time high I will not be surprised if waves went 10 or even 20 times above its current price in the next 10 years, so it is definitely a coin that we need to hold for a long time, I have a small holdings of this coin but I plan to change this and buy a lot more in the next months.
1914  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will Bitcoin return to its glory? Will it sink more? on: September 20, 2017, 08:40:32 PM
How low do you think Bitcoin is going to go before it starts climbing back up again? Is this it? Is this the end of Bitcoin?

Assuming it goes back up, what do you think the lowest we can get it at?

It is at a 28% decrease from last week? That is pretty bad.
When bitcoin abandoned its glory? Bitcoin is as great as ever, the price got lower in the last days but we have seen how easily bitcoin recovered from that, people are very impatient, I would understand a post like this if bitcoin lose value for months and there was doubts if we were going to see prices as high as we have seen ever again, but creating a topic just a few days after the fact and to think bitcoin is going to die is a mistake.
1915  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of Bitcoin by 2018? on: September 20, 2017, 05:12:27 PM
robert einstein can predict bitcoin prices in this year and right at 4800 dollars robert einstein predicts the price in 2018 must be 7200 dollars continue to multiply to buy early mistake not believe robert einstein

Who the fuck is Robert Einstein? Why would you believe in this guy is he another crypto guru?

I dont think that growth can be achieved in 2018 especially since countries are slowly regulating cyptocurrencies.
Regulation is not really a problem, I’m sure that many people that are worried about investing in bitcoin will surely find it useful that there is some regulation, besides that was bound to happen, bitcoin was not going to be left alone especially if a lot of money began moving on it, to me regulation is a non factor when it comes to the price, for people like us it is obvious that we do not like the regulation but we must accept the fact that his was going to happen eventually.
1916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 60K arks - will i be a millionaire by 2019? on: September 19, 2017, 05:04:41 AM
You're asking more than 5x return for a very volatile, unproven asset. And that's a huge amount of money. Why not stay with something with more solid fundamentals, like Bitcoin?

And remember... In a few years we may have Lightning Network, MimbleWimble and more features that can make Bitcoin a very good investment.

Bitcoin doesn't make you more Bitcoin.

you can trade USDT and bitcoin and make more bitcoin...
But that is only true if you are capable of guessing when the market is going to go down if you guess wrong you are going to lose money when the price of bitcoin goes up and your USDT no longer buys the same amount of bitcoin, you could wait until the price goes down again but there is not a guarantee that is going to happen just look at those that are still waiting for the price of bitcoin to go below 1000 dollars.
1917  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: September 19, 2017, 02:53:30 AM
Please forgive my cynicism.
I was offered bitcoins in I think 2010 when they were 50p each.
I was tempted to buy £200 worth but had been just lost £200 to a ponzi money scheme so decided against it!

I have seem recent reports saying they are now worth £2,500

Are these the same Bitcoins?
So would I be able to actually sell for cash or money in the bank?

Sorry to ask, but I see lots of people saying they are millionaires but don't think I have seen anyone with the actual money banked.

I mean, my 400 bitcoins would now be worth £1,000,000 and I could actually sell them for £1Million less commissions?

You gotta see I'm sceptical.
Please tell me I haven't made the biggest mistake of my life?
You are not sure if you could have gotten those bitcoins, it is possible that someone was planning to scam you again, now many people do not have that money in the bank because many are still expecting bitcoin to go even higher, the moment they decide to cash out they will have to contact the tax authorities in their countries and pay their taxes but after that they will enjoy their millions if they want.
1918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are We Dead Without China? on: September 19, 2017, 01:14:46 AM
Not dead but crippled as it seems, there is no need to deny the fact that China has a lot of influence in cryptocurrencies and their markets but how far they

Will be able to manipulate the prices? currently the 24 hours volume for Bitcoin only is $3 billion dollars who is buying these Bitcoins and why? I think there

Is a reason for it. they know that exchanges will get their licenses in a few weeks from now and they'll be free once again to trade crypto that's why they're

Buying now accumulating for the future to earn billions without even leaving their offices or doing anything other than clicking on buy orders.
This is what a lot of people do not seem to understand, when the price goes that low that is not the moment to sell, only someone that is in panic will do something like that, if you wait instead and use your spare money to invest in bitcoin when there is a dip then you will make some easy money when the price of bitcoin returns to normal, just look at the price, it is as if nothing had happened.

Do you think floyd knows what he's talking about? They just pay him to endorse it, it doesn't prove anything except for the fact they had the money to pay for him.
This tendency of getting celebrities to endorse coins may deceive a few people but the people that are in the crypto market and that have the money to invest in these type of projects are not going to be fooled, besides I see that the person that posted this said that your assets are insured but I do not see how this can be possible, I do not think an insurance company will be willing to take that kind of risk and I do not think the creators of that project are willing to lose money either.
1920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What!? You sodl? Too bad. on: September 18, 2017, 08:49:57 PM
It is all coming back now.  You are too late to get back in.  That's what is called 'being left behind'.

The trick has ended, I would like to be able to laugh at the face of those who have sold panic. They will take the consequences of losing trust in bitcoin. Everything is back, a really great signal.
I hope they get something out of this and at least they learn a lesson here, panics are very common in bitcoin but you cannot let that panic to affect you, you do not lose money if you just hold your bitcoin, the ones that truly lose money are those that sell for a bad price, lose money and then if they want to get back in bitcoin will have to lose money again.
