Yes why not. I think it will be a mammoth task and will take time and a lot of effort to get momentum, but that shouldn't be a reason to not do it. Everyone would need to get behind it and contribute in any way to it. I will as a start link my own website d3fy.link to it to help with the SEO. The info to counter Greenpeace's campaign but its not centralised in one go to place and is hard to find hard facts so this initiative will be very beneficial. I say go for it.

Funny thing happen, not sure if this has happen before, but recently, Carlos Alcaraz losses his first match since becoming the world number 1 to Felix-AA in the Davis Cup, 6-7 (3), 6-4, 6-2. And the thing is, this match is on Alcaraz home country in Spain.
I don't know if we have someone who can dig the records of let's say Roger Federer when he become number 1 and who is his opponent and if he won or not in his first game, or any other newly crowned number 1 in the past.
not sure 100%, but I think that Medvedev lost his first no.1 match as well it is not surprise to see that, especially in Davis Cup, although I expected more from Alcaraz, but FAA is also a great player too playing under national flag should be something to chearish for tennis players, because it is a rare event, but somehow some of them do not even like to play Davis Cup Alcaraz was probobly tired from playing and winning the us open so its expected that he dosent have much strength to play for national team at a top level. But still there is a chance if they win against Korea to advance into the next round in the davis cup Also it might be the case that the next competition after the US Open was the Davis cup, there may be a case where there is a different mindset being part of a team. Obviously winning a first slam AND taking the #1 spot is MASSIVE so you would have to forgive him for not being 100% focussed if that was the case?

Rugby UnionBit of a disastrous weekend of betting. In the Rugby Championship I had Argentina to beat South Africa which didnt happen. Final score was Argentina 20 - 36 South Africa. It wasnt a whitewash and the Pumas were able to get 20 points against the Springbok's, might be closer next game? In round 1 of the URC I had 1 from 3. Bennetton showed some quality to beat Glasgow Warriors, I had forgotten that Benetton had won the "Rainbow Cup" last year. And Munster were beaten by Cardiff and strangely Leinster were run close by Zebre 29-33 Leinster. Rugby LeagueSo its Eels and Rabbitohs through to Week 2 of the finals, Raiders and Sharks are out. Week 3 (semi finals) up next: Cowboys v Eels Panthers v Rabbitohs Panthers v Eels final

Early on I made some bad investment decisions with alts and various projects within the cryptospace. No breaking losses, but a waste nonetheless, especially since those decisions that did turn out profitable were in hindsight not profitable enough to justify the risk. Waking up to a project turning out to be a scam, or at least not as groundbreaking as expected -- not a good feeling.
With Bitcoin itself though I just watch the ebb and flow of the markets. I watch them closely and with great interest, mind you, but at this point lamenting about missed buying or selling opportunities feels like complaining about the weather. So no bad moments with Bitcoin, but a few with the cryptospace surrounding it.
Similar to HeRetiK, early on in my Bitcoin experience I got involved with the ICO craze and traded some of my precious Bitcoin for what I thought then would be worthwhile projects only to realise a year or so later they were useless. I - like many others of the time realise now that Alt coins dont last with the exception of a handful of useful ones, like Litecoin and Monero. The second bad experience was getting involved in some HYIP scams which at the time I wasnt aware about, that was a big learning curve and luckily I was a tinybit skeptical going into it and only lost a very small amount of Bitcoin

Some interesting matches to play today, the last round before the quarter finals.
Group A: Italy v Sweden Group B: Spain v S.Korea Group C: Germany v Australia Group D: Great Britian v Kazakhstan
Team GB have been disappointing, they have played 2 lost 2. For a strong team its dissapointing. There is still a lot to play for yet and to see if Spain can overtake Croatia into the QF's

Well i guess it was getting more and more likely that this will happen in the last few months as it seemed that Roger Federer just could not seem to get fit and healthy anymore in the last year or so and there were always new issues coming up. The last news i heard from a few weeks ago was that they have found water in his knee. This could have been the last straw that made him announce his retirement.
Federer is old by sporting standard(41years), even without any health and fitness challenges, it is a ripe age for any successful sportsman or woman to retire from competitive sport. He has nothing else to prove and I as well as many others wish him well in any path he decides to take. That is very sad news for the whole world of tennis as he was the best of all time for many fans and experts...
I love Federer, and I am happy to have witnessed the best of a legend like him. What I like about his decision is that he did it without participating in Wimbledon or another big tournament. The reason is that this is really his character. He doesn't want to take away the stage from others for no reason. What if he participates in Wimbledon once more, gets beaten in the 3rd round and the whole tournament is about his goodbye instead of the players who actually should get the attention for their achievements during that tournament? That is why I think it is a brilliant decision to say goodbye at the Laver Cup. Roger Federer is one of the hosts, there are no points for the ATP list and it is the perfect setup to allow for fans to celebrate his goodbye with him. Even if Roger loses early during the cup, it doesn't matter that much. Chapeau for that decision and to not just keep going and going to then use Wimbledon as final stage. Thats an interesting thought but IDK, if he was fit I think he would play, thats the competitive angle top guys work on but I think he is more of a realist, he isnt going to win any notable tournaments anymore, he has done very well for himself and its time to retire at a tournament where he will be part of a team, potentially play a match and gets to share with players he has competed against for so long. Compared to lets say Andy, whom I have great respect for. Andy keeps playing, I think he knows he wont win any more GS' he plays purely for the sport and to test his competitiveness. And then Serena, different again, she was not a realist, she thought she could win another GS.

I wonder if someone a few hundred years from now is going to have this same problem. We will all be dead, erased to dust, and unable to help the poor soul.
I figure these pieces will be in a museum at that point a few exhibits to the left of the covid-19 pandemic exhibit & the space x stage one booster exhibit. Maybe down the hall from the vintage iphone section.
If not in a museum, in some Rothschild descendant's personal vault.
Perhaps the search for the lost private key will be the plot of Indiana jones V?
Very good! Maybe possibly one will have made it to a colony on Mars and someone there peels that, faces the same issue and then has a mammoth task to figure out what paper is even. We are thinking of the future possibilities and they could be thinking of our "primitive" ways.
Anyway, very interesting read, glad rxalts resolved the issue, key was snapping a quality image immediately after the peel. and also the time and effort spent by the some of the legends above to help out. Its comforting to know there is a great group of collectors and knowledgable people here on this board.

Can't wait to see the video of this. Some of these tweets are pretty damning. https://nitter.it/bitnorbert/status/1570743058203037697#mFile CSW claimed was from 2008, using a font not introduced until 2012. https://nitter.it/bitnorbert/status/1570746535000043520#mFile CSW claimed was from 2008, metadata showed creation date in 2015. https://nitter.it/bitnorbert/status/1570752651259949059#mEmai CSW claimed he sent to Kleiman in 2008, headers show sent in 2014 (and Kleiman died in 2013). Also some input from another user: Next is the "coffee stains" whitepaper, claimed to be an "early draft". Even though this is a scanned document, the lambda glyph from the OpenSymbol font has been substituted with a glyph from the Segoe UI Symbol font which didn't exist until 2009 and later.
So what happened was: Wright, not wanting document metadata to tell on him, converted bitcoin.pdf to an editable Word document, replaced the name in it, printed it out, put coffee stains on it, and scanned it in again.
However, because the computer Wright used didn't have the OpenSymbol font installed on it, Word substituted it with a recognizable modern font, so Wright *still* got caught with his pants down backdating this document. Nothing but lies and forgeries. I'm a bit stoked reading about all these edits - KPMG have unearthed quite a lot of tom-foolery

Interesting to watch and listen full unedited Faketoshi Craig Wright Full Testimony, this was recorded and released by Bitcoin Magazine and it's almost four hours long. I recommend following Bitcoin Magazine youtube channel and their twitter account for more updates in next few days. Funny thing I noticed in some inserts is that Faketoshi made some big mistakes from inserts I listened. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zkweFcpQMsLatest update for Day 4 with Witnesses Take The Stand in Hodlonaut v Craig Wright: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYLhvycBEQ8Thanks for that, I will watch some of the vids at the weekend. I' m following every day on @bitnorbert channel as most others are. Today I didnt even bother following the rest of CSW's nonsense witnesses. Just tuned in a bit late to the KPMG session and OMG they are really spilling the beans on the amount of fakery involved in CSW's documented claims, its too much to even copy here.... This is where I joined ... Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h Emil from KPMG takes over. Says they've looked at the contents of files too, in addition to meta-data. This includes fonts, paper size, margins, formatting discrepancies. For PDF they look at fonts, often embedded and dated. Various PDF substandard dating etc. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h Refers to the report - they have 3 files as "reference files": bitcoin.pdf, SSRN doc by Wright, bitcoin-draft.pdf, shared by Satoshi November 1, 2008.
Presents bitcoin.pdf meta-data. Written in Open Office, PDF 1.4 from 2001. Little more, but what's there is consistent. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h bitcoin.pdf has Letter paper type, 7 different fonts. Fonts have copyrights from before the document was published. Shows how the font is embedded, says it's consistent. orbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h Content analysis of the SSRN doc: Same font size as bitcoin.pdf, but has 16 built-in fonts. 7 of them are same as bitcoin.pdf. 8 fonts have different font coding than the original fonts, only used in later Windows versions. Some fonts are from 2015 and 2017. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h In some parts, the text is different than bitcoin.pdf, indicating edited PDF and not export from Open Office, and meta-data edits to make it appear older. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h The third file has similar discrepancies, including the font issues. Judge asks to clarify her understanding.
Says they conclude the files have been made from bitcoin.pdf and made to appear older than they are. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h Helle breaks in asking to confirm that the interpreters are able to keep up. They ask them to speak a bit slower. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 1h "TimeCoin" "draft": Is stated to be from May 2008, but there are no creation and edit timestamps. OpenOffice will always include a creation timestamp.
Uses A4 paper size, not Letter. Converting PDF to Word will inherit the paper size. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 58m Judge asks what would happen if you print an old document and scan it, what will happen to the fonts? KPMG explains about OCR quality etc. But these docs do not appear to be scanned. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 52m Another "draft" was produced in Windows 8 which came out in 2012.
Talks about Word's "editing time" record, recording how much time has been spent working on the doc. 1 day, 8 hours. Consistent with other timestamps. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 48m Word file: 32 cases of double line spacing. Consistent with exporting bitcoin.pdf to word in Adobe software.
Scanned white paper with coffee stain! Scanned in 2019, but they don't have the original specimen. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 46m A symbol is missing in the scanned version, should be a lambda symbol. OpenSymbol used in bitcoin.pdf, the code number for lambda, symbol was replaced in later version of font (?), shows the doc is more recent. Norbert ⚡️ @bitnorbert 42m Similar changes in < and > symbols, changing the formulas.
New doc now, some sort of notes or something? Editing time 21 days, consistent with timestamps. Indicating doc was left open that long. Doc has revision #1, indicating only 1 save. Indicates clock manipulation

Rugby UnionAustralia 37 - 39 New Zealand - close one Timelord. Should have been one seriously entertaining game, 76 points scored! I am not confusing anything! this is what happened. I also came up with the name satoshi nakamoto so in short i am he and no i was not a very close friend! I consider us to be friends but we did not keep in touch. Enjoy proving me wrong on this as well.
Personally I want to believe you, I like the idea of someone interacting in Bitcoin in early 2009. In an effort to giving you the benefit of the doubt, it could be possible that you interacted with people who had first hand experience of mining and transferring Bitcoin back then ~early 2019 But Much like the current ongoing case between CSW and hodlonaut without hard facts, proof and or evidence its hard for us to believe or trust the story, such as your comment above. Any emails? Post your username of the gaming site you mention? or the usernames of others from that time if you can remember? Have you tried searching for familiar screenshots from shooter games from that time?

BREAKING: ROGER FEDERER TO RETIRE AT LAVER CUPhttps://www.tennis.com/There we go, thats an end to the speculation about his tennis career. The Laver cup is a nice way to bow out I suppose and at least he gets a chance to retire while playing so to speak. ^^ It might be because Father time is really on the heel of Nadal, he is older that Djokovic so most likely he will retire much earlier than Djokovic and I have a feeling that his game might be deteriorate and then only Djokovic will have to content with the onslaught of new players. Alcaraz for one has proven himself already but still wanted him to see against a healthy Djokovic in any tournament specially a finals because for sure we will see if he can match Djokovic mentality in that game, gonna be fun to watch.
We have seen now the first of the Big 3 retiring, Nadal would probably be next, possibly if he is no longer in contention for either the Australian or French opens.

the only truthful thing i read today.. from the guys of CSW "witnesses" how matthews says he CSW and ayres all met up in 2015 to start to actually do something related to bitcoin.. .. all the crap about the "drafts" white papers they "might" remember. "alleged" to have seen was the lies
none of them seen him do coding, mining, trading or anything in 2008-2014 related to bitcoin
(the 2015 is where CSW started his crypto scam of seeking investors to pay off his ATO debt, and first starts telling people he was involved in bitcoin. )
Yea I found all the witnesses on hodlonaut's side really interesting, knowledgeable, educated and to the point thats the way it cane across on Norberts commentryI found CSW's side frustrating, and vague. How can anyone verify anything that they talked about today, pure nonsense and all smoke and mirrors. I lost interest pretty much after the break
