2361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 14, 2020, 03:47:13 AM
I only see a few low-rank members who manage and handle the bounty project very well, but most low-rank members who manage the bounty project is unsuccessful and ended up a scam. That is why we only participate in high-rank members like a sr.member, hero, and legendary members in this forum because we can trust them, but we are still not sure if the project will be successful.
2362  Economy / Economics / Re: Best Solution for taxes on: October 14, 2020, 02:16:46 AM
This is the reason why the government earning money with the use of taxes. This is the reason why your country has a budget to use to build a different infrastructure. If all of the people today now are using cryptocurrency as a transaction with the use of blockchain to prevent the taxes for sure many countries today will ban the use of the crypto because the country is not earning. Also we are only using the blockchain like a cloud database or cloud storage to make more easier to access the information but at the same time this is secured.
The government will ban cryptocurrency and blockchain technology if every citizen cannot pay their taxes because taxes are why a country has funds to create infrastructure and where the government earns money. So we cannot avoid paying taxes with the use of blockchain and cryptocurrency because it is mandatory for every citizen to pay their taxes. But I think we are already paying our taxes and fees in centralized exchanges when we make transactions or converting our cryptos into fiat and vice versa.
2363  Economy / Economics / Re: Show me shops where i can spend crypto ...crypto is useless... on: October 13, 2020, 02:26:29 PM
Show me shops where i can spend crypto ...

crypto is useless...

type "buy with bitcoin" on google search and you will not find any major retailer using bitcoin or other cryptos

So what's the point of crypto if i can't use it to buy stuff ?
A lot of famous companies are accepting cryptocurrencies as payments like Microsoft, Twitch, Overstock, etc. I think you are just making non-sense, and doesn't really know what bitcoin truly is. If you want to know the real purpose of bitcoin, you better start learning its benefits and uses of bitcoin in your daily lives and try to be active in this forum to realize that bitcoin is not useless.
2364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UniSwap the most powerful in the Defi market? on: October 13, 2020, 01:34:37 PM
I don't think UNISWAP is the most powerful coin in the Defi market because UNI only became popular due to its airdrop that many people have experienced good profit from it and continues to buy it. But I think Chainlink and YFI is a more powerful coin than Uniswap because many investors find it more promising to invest your money.
2365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you think is the best? on: October 12, 2020, 05:31:18 PM
People asked these kind of questions many times. The best wallet that I used to store my cryptocurrencies is Myether wallet, Trust wallet, and Blockchain because they are safe and secured to store considerable amount of funds that makes it popular and convenient to use. But if you want to have a more secured crypto wallet, you should buy a hardware wallet like Trezor and Ledger to keep your funds 100% safe and secured.
2366  Other / Politics & Society / Re: if trump loses will he sell the USA out on: October 12, 2020, 05:09:35 PM
so heres trump with years worth of classified info in his head. and hes on the hook for 300+ million bucks in loans personally guaranteed by him to come due in the next several years. to someone(s) unknown.

so say he loses. that classified info likely worth far more than that. so he goes to his master, putin, sells it and lives a life of relative luxury in russia. or sells to the highest bidder(s) and just splits to a non extradition country.

plausible? he certainly seems to value his own skin more than the usa or its citizens. i figure he will sell us out in a new york minute.

Trump is a billionaire, why would he go to Russia? It doesn't make sense in my opinion. And what about his family? All his kids would have to go to Russia to then. I am pretty sure he wants for his Kids to stay in USA, maybe become president them selfs one day. He owns so many different real estate places in USA, imagine abandoning them. It would all be seized by the government if he does illegal stuff and leaves the country. I don't think so.
You have a good point. President Donald Trump and his family already have a good life in the USA and he is insanely rich, so  it doesn't makes sense that he would abandon the USA. We all know that it is not a good joke about Trump will sell out the USA, but I think he is just bluffing because he will just waste every property and businesses he owns in the US.
2367  Economy / Economics / Re: Anybody here trying to live bankless (using Bitcoin / cryptocurrencies)? on: October 12, 2020, 04:49:22 PM
I think it is difficult in this world without having your own bank account, especially if you are an employee, so your net earnings will have a destination that here you will receive it. In banks, here we sometimes borrow money or take a loan for us to buy things that we needed the most such as opening your own business or buying a new property. It is the reason why the government will not let bitcoin and cryptocurrency reign in the future because people still need banks for their daily lives.
2368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Bounty Program totally worth less !! 90% Bounties are scam on: October 10, 2020, 08:35:09 AM
Bounty is dead after all this ICO hype become outdated. Its better to find other job to do in 2020
Indeed. Since increased numbers of scam ICO projects and bounty campaigns, there are only a few existing, legitimate bounty campaigns. However, they still ended up unsuccessful because they didn't reach the soft and hard cap. So it's really better if bounty hunters would look for other ways for them to earn cryptocurrencies without investing any money.
2369  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ransomware: How to avoid CYBORG ransomware. on: October 10, 2020, 07:54:50 AM
A friend of mine once said, if I experienced having ransomware on my device or my computer, it is better if I would format or let go of all of my personal and important data on my computer because even I pay them a million or hundred of dollars hackers already stole my data. So it's useless, and it's better to format your computer, as long your computer is safe again.
...
I don't want to argue with you, just think what you want to think, I just shared this information that I gathered from the sources given. I don't beg for merit, do you see any a "merit" word in my thread?
Quote
How ransomware can affect our devices?
It affects it in only one way: All data is encrypted and a ransom has to be paid to decrypt them.
It's my bad, it should be "infect" and not affect, sorry for the mistake, the word is already edited.

I agree with bob not by his judgement of this thread being a merit begging post, but to the fact that there are a lot of threads and articles out there that talks about ransomware in general and how to prevent it. This topic - the ransomware attacks / malware in general) keeps being opened in this Beginners and Help board yet in fact this must be in Off-topic section as this wasn't really that related nor connected to cryptocommunity Beginners nor crypto-help at all. But still, thumbs up for the effort!
Indeed. OP is not intentionally asking or begging for merits after he creates this kind of topic. He would like to spread awareness, especially for non-technical people, to avoid getting infected by a ransomware virus. But it is better if he posted it on the off-topic section because it is less connected to the crypto community that would help beginners.
2370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: October 10, 2020, 07:09:54 AM
It is not the HODL thing that makes things problematic here but it is "Your Attitude of being Greedy" you have not contented in Good profit that the altcoin season brings you in 2017-2018 instead you desire more and more.
Exactly, its not wrong to hold if that's what you believe the best strategy to gain more profit. But if you're holding despite the price is already acceptable to take profit then its your choice and decision to keep holding.

The strategy of holding is not for everyone who dont have patience to wait for the right time to sell. Plus this is only applicable for established coins that are unlikely to be delisted in exchanges.
Indeed. Holding is not for everyone who doesn't have the patience to wait for the right time to sell it, especially for those who are greedy to earn a profit after buying cryptocurrencies. But holding a coin can genuinely help you make a good profit if you invest in a coin that can grow in the future like bitcoin and other top altcoins in the market. It is why many investors are buying DeFi projects nowadays.
2371  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Paano natin i angat ang local at makatulong. on: October 10, 2020, 05:53:22 AM
2372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 10, 2020, 05:21:23 AM
this seems a good topic i was thinking of how many users preferred casino with license rather than casino who doesn't have. for me license doesn't matter as long as the casino have build reputation and been running for a long time now about the new casino without license? seems a bit risky to test it out
Same here, I'd prefer a casino who build their reputation,

As long as it is legitimate and everyone who plays on that certain casino, there is no problem for me if they don't have a license. And bout the new casino without a license, it is risky especially if there is no one who can prove that they are legit.
From my point of view, I prefer a gambling casino that has both reputation and license because it is more trustworthy and safe if a casino have both of these that sometimes you don't need to check it to know if it is safe to play. Only checking it's reputation is fine, but how are you sure that some people are not paid from promoting and reviewing casinos a good reputation who doesn't have any license.
2373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any truly safe bets in sports betting? on: October 09, 2020, 06:01:54 AM
As we know that no betting is safe, it is better to save money because we can not lose all of the money for just betting. Betting in sports is fun, but if you lose your money, that will not be fun anymore because you can not place the bet again. The beginners must know about that, and they must learn from other people's mistakes to prevent the losses. When we don't have a chance to win, we might better stop gambling.

People know that and the thing that excites them more is taking on that risks and winning against those risks is something great to them. There are those that could bet as long as he can and still not get addicted to gambling, and I know, even if we are truly picking those higher odds thinking that it could be a safe bet, it is still a risk, people are still enjoying that.
Maybe that is right. People willing to take the risk will try to play on those games. They know the chance to win will not be bigger, but they can accept that. Instead, thinking about losing or winning can make them confused. They are trying to enjoy the games. As long as people can enjoy and have fun, it will be no problem for them if, somehow, they lose their money because that is part of the gambling which they can accept.
those are typical gamblers and they know it happens all the time, they can win or lose so that is normal.
the problem is for those addicted gamblers in which tend to chase losses and the outcome is really bad.
But about sports betting?of course they are legit and trustworthy though there are issues of Fix matches that is very rare to happen and not that what gambling is all about.

Fix matches is sometimes the problem in sports betting for them to gain more audience and profit, that is why sports bettor commonly lose if the game that they bet on is a fix game. But winning and losing is indeed normal for every gambler, so you don't need to feel bad to yourself when you lose, and don't try push yourself to recover all of your losses because it would only lead you to addiction and greediness.
2374  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All Christian Countries Got Fucked! on: October 09, 2020, 05:27:55 AM
All Christian Countries Got Fucked!

All Christian Countries Got Fucked! Why, because all the muslim countries now helping Azerbaijan against Armenia but the Christian Countries including UK are now sleeping.
I think religions have nothing to do between Azerbaijan against Armenia because Azerbaijan and Armenia are having a territorial war years ago, that is why you are mistakenly making non-sense about religion. I know there is also a war between Christians and Muslims in middle ages, but it was already over and settled that they should treat each other equally. So move on.
2375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: everything can happen on bitvest on: October 09, 2020, 04:58:12 AM

Can someone brief what OP is trying to convey with this image.
OP is just showing how lucky he won a jackpot prize or a huge amount of money in Bitvest because only few people have experienced this kind of winnings in Bitvest and other crypto gambling sites. It is why I would like to congratulate OP from having this kind of luck in gambling that being a risk taker can be a good thing in your life.
2376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Say btc is Not ponzi but its look like ponzi on: October 09, 2020, 04:29:43 AM
How anyone who Say Can proof Bitcoin is not ponzi?

There is More proof and evidence that it is ponzi.

I Don't mind If its ponzi but i Don't want to exit too late but not too early so When is best time to exit?

I truly believe that bitcoin is not a Ponzi or a pyramiding scheme because no organization nor company controls bitcoin that pushes you to invest your money to it, and promises you to make high returns and no risk. Scam victims are the only ones who says bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme because they were push to invest their money in bitcoin to a stranger without genuinely understanding what bitcoin truly is.
2377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TYPE OF CRYPTO INVESTOR ARE YOU? on: October 09, 2020, 04:00:16 AM
I think I am an crypto enthusiast and a hodler at the same time because I really do have an interest and enjoyment in buying cryptocurrencies, even we sometimes face bad days in the crypto market. It is why I keep learning to gain my knowledge about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, so I could start earning considerable profit.
2378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: October 08, 2020, 11:17:16 AM
I do notice that some people naturally don’t allow bitcoin in any of their daily transactions even when it faster and easier, they still don’t prefer using it, I have noticed this a lot, Some classes of human,Sometimes when they are to receive money from another country like international transfer sometimes it takes 2 3 days to arrive,They will advise them to use bitcoin and they still don’t accept it even it faster and easier. Now how come we make bitcoin come to people.
Those People are innocent and don't know what they are missing,Bitcoin is the most fastest and easy way in paying transaction online so i don't know why there are still many people denying this fact.
the scam issue has gone for long now and we must use this in our daily living as long as available, though at any chance conversion is needed for many to have it as currency because their countries are not allowing Bitcoin to be available.
I think one of the reasons why people are still avoiding bitcoin or afraid of buying bitcoin because there is no assurance that their assets would be safe if bitcoin will be shutdown by the government. Bitcoin is truly one of the fastest and convenient way to make transaction online, but scam issues or Fraudulent activities are the things that keeps them away to buy bitcoin. So it would definitely take long for everybody to used bitcoin for their daily lives because of these trust issues.
2379  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Another Pinoy Vlogger Channel hacked after Dogie's case, Ripple Involved on: October 08, 2020, 10:03:57 AM
Another update:

Also, some of you here already mentioned what's happening behind the scene so be careful to those aspiring influencer here.to
Di na ako gumawa ng panibagong thread, dito nalang.

Another popular pinoy youtube vlogger ang na-hack na naman at nadamay na naman ang cryptocurrency dito. As you can see in the picture, yung naka-live ay related sa XRP. We all know na wala namang kinalaman ang crypto sa mga nagaganap dito dahil posibleng binayaran ang hacker para mag-promote ng crypto sa isang sikat na channel.

bump~

2380  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do they use our computers for CPU mining? on: October 08, 2020, 09:25:58 AM
I recently signed up and played in both gambling sites that you mentioned named Luckyfish.io and Wolf.bet, but I didn't find any unusual changes in my performance on my PC and any heat up in my CPU. But there are truly games that are being used in crypto mining just like a popular online game called "League of legends" that they found out there is a crypto mining software attached to the game client and caused a huge heat up on their PC.
