1361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You could die from trading. on: May 02, 2021, 02:34:43 AM
Only time that something like that can happen is when you are hyperfocused on trading and you don't do anything other than that. Also, you could've prevented stress and such if you know that you are easily stressed over something. But there should be no pressure, the price goes down then just wait, instead of getting stressed do other things.
1362  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Expose] Robocoders.net Ponzi Project on: May 01, 2021, 10:22:33 AM
If some idiot with money has stumble upon this website and is a total robo nerd, I am sure that they are going to fall for this scam. To everyone out there, if a business that you think is shady is throwing out technical words in the faces of their investors, then it is likely that they don't want you to understand a thing and just be amazed with the technology that they allegedly offer. Good catch OP, damn this Ponzi projects to hell and back.

Hey Kong
Thank you for the comment. But actually you should not call people 'idiot' just because they don't have enough experience and information about investing their money. They just need some more education. Already reported this website to the registrar and hope to get this one down too.
Well, I think that someone who doesn't think and have common sense is an idiot to me, I mean it may look harsh but they have to learn the harsh truth because if we become PC in terms of our words, people might not take your word because you tried to make it as inoffensive as much as possible. By the way, you are doing God's work cleaning scams, I have seen your portfolio.
1363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RUMOUR: Facebook will announce they hold #Bitcoin on: May 01, 2021, 09:26:09 AM
All of this is hearsay. I would say that we need to wait from the social media giant itself before we can even assume that this is true. If this has something to do with the announcement about Libra then that might the it.
That's why there is a "rumor" in the title, of course it will be a hearsay because it didn't come from their announcement. You are right that we have to wait for their official statement, we can't do much about it so we just have to wait I guess.
1364  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Adds PayPal As Payment Option For U.S. Users on: May 01, 2021, 08:44:30 AM
This is not a significant news since both coinbase and paypay are related to bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

I believe that new companies joining the crypto world bring more positive news than this (ex: Visa could join the crypto revolution). Paypal news had driven the market for many months and it is end by now. We need new momentum created by a new prominent name
Well, they are a big company so to say that it isn't a big deal of a news is an understatement of the century. Yes companies joining the crypto craze is a good news but that doesn't mean that every other news is disregarded, this still calls for a celebration although not a lot of people like this situation.
1365  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-04-26] JPMorgan to launch Bitcoin fund on: May 01, 2021, 06:05:09 AM
Let us paint some context here:
Quote
Jamie Dimon says bitcoin is a ‘fraud’ that will eventually blow up

Jamie Dimon says he regrets calling bitcoin a fraud and believes in the technology behind it
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/09/jamie-dimon-says-he-regrets-calling-bitcoin-a-fraud.html
And dear Jamie allows his clients to buy exposure to Bitcoin via a JPMorgan fund.
That is life, we know the story, first they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.
Welcome to the club, Jamie.
I think Jamie still stands on his claims you know how some people stopped being outwardly racist but they are still racist inside, that is the same for Jamie, I don't welcome this demon of a banker who plans to make profit out of people who don't know a thing or two about bitcoin.
1366  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [2021-04-30] Hotbit announced a possible leak of user data on: May 01, 2021, 05:22:45 AM
This isn't something easily brush off by saying that the customer funds are safe because we will never know if the leak was an extensive one. To everyone who uses this wallet, better if you move your funds elsewhere because you don't know what's going to happen next.
1367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JUST CURIOUS on: May 01, 2021, 04:35:38 AM
We don't know when someone is going to sell their bitcoin but it is a good rule of thumb that they are going to probably sell when they have around a 50% profit margin or a bit higher of their capital. We don't have to wrry about them, just be alert about the prices so you don't miss out selling for a big profit.
1368  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL vs Staking, What is the best strategy? on: May 01, 2021, 03:51:05 AM
Staking and hodl are very different things. While hodl, you invest money in something that has value, keep it for a while to be valued, you believe it will be valued. Staking is yet to be struggling for something worthless. and it's totally like a surprise egg.
Staking is a good way to make some money while hodling something although that really depends if the project is a worthwhile endeavor to stake in so you are right by comparing staking to a surprise, you never know what you may get but you know that when it is a positive one, it is going to be a big one.
1369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell in May and Go Away. What do you think? on: May 01, 2021, 03:14:02 AM
Actually I sold all of my BTC few weeks ago although I didn't get maximum profit from this bullish market trend but I feel so thankful. If the price fall in may then I will buy more bitcoin. This time it is very hard for me to make decisions in trading, so many unpredictable sentiments that came. I still analyze the price chart.
You did profit out of it, that's what matters albeit not the maximum profit. Next time, you have to leave some bitcoin so you won't be zeroed out when the prices continues to go up. Remember that FOMO is a real thing.
1370  Economy / Economics / Re: Government policies help to grow the price of bitcoin on: May 01, 2021, 02:19:59 AM
Really depends on the stance of the government towards bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a whole, if they are in favor then the policies are going to be really good for the prices of market but if it was the other way around then it will be a different story because some opposing policies might have adverse effects.
1371  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto vs Stocks on: May 01, 2021, 01:36:29 AM
For me, crypto is much better than stocks in some ways but there are some that stocks are better than crypto. For crypto, it makes a bigger profit at such a short time when compared to a stock which takes over a decade to even possibly reach 1/4 of the growth of crypto in a year. For stocks, they are more insured compared to crypto which means that there is no possibility of going home losing in stocks if they or you lost it unlike crypto where you are your own bank.
1372  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to Enslave U & Track U on: April 30, 2021, 12:05:44 PM
I don't know how bitcoin is going to enslave and track us but I am sure that when I use bitcoin, there is no way that someone knows who I am unless I reveal my identity. Just because it is online doesn't mean that Big Brother is seeing our every move with bitcoin, you are just paranoid.
1373  Economy / Reputation / Re: The user "amonymous" stealing other's works (Plagiarism) on: April 30, 2021, 10:46:47 AM
Didn't Twitter become a multi billion dollar company from people re-copying each other's useless short posts? It's one of the reasons I don't like the site.
Besides the fact that people just parroting other people's Tweets, Twitter is a special kind of evil that is breeding ground for special snowflakes, second-wave feminists, people who find reasons to get offended and general toxic people. If I were to be the authority regarding the plagiarism, I would probably give the accused a chance to do the right thing but if they weren't to comply thne they will have to face the consequences.
1374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading futures without knowledge of chart patterns, is gambling not trading on: April 30, 2021, 10:01:54 AM
You could say that it is still gambling even if you have a knowledge of chart pattern because futures is a really risky way to trade with the prices could be going up or down. Maybe it will help you have an edge but it will still be the same.
1375  Economy / Reputation / Re: Do you miss VOD poll? on: April 30, 2021, 09:21:26 AM
What happened to @Vod to cause him/her to be mentally afflicted though? Based on what I have seen in these forum and his trust rating, I am sure that people are going to miss @Vod because if I base my opinion on the trust, @Vod is by far the only person that works real hard busting scams on this forum.
I am not sure what caused Vod's issues. Probably some kind of trauma. He has had issues for a while. I think the likely isolation caused by the pandemic probably made things worse for him.
Isolation can really take a toll to someone but @Vod should have some way of communicating with family but who am I to judge, sometimes you can still feel isolated even when you are with your family. I hope that whatever @Vod is feeling right now or the problem that he currently experiences, that he will recover from it and go back to this forum.
1376  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake Solstarter Token Sale[Scam please be aware] on: April 30, 2021, 08:35:35 AM
Feels bad that the wallet has a large amount of ETH already, I assume that they have a decent amount of victims regarding this scam and I feel bad a little to the victims and I hope that they will learn their lesson and hopefully this is the first time that they have become a victim because it is understandable that they got scammed but a second or third time is saying something, nice catch OP even though the scammers are pretty happy with the money that they have stolen already.
1377  Economy / Speculation / Re: 6 reasons why you should buy Bitcoin right now (at USD 50K-53K) on: April 30, 2021, 07:58:39 AM
For me the only reason that should make someone buy bitcoin is the scarcity, with bitcoin having a limited supply minus lost coins, I am pretty sure that bitcoin is going to get so expensive by the time that a lot of coins have been mined. Also, if you buy right now, you don't have to worry about FOMO if you hodl your bitcoin and you will never know if the prices are going up or down so it is better if you have a bitcoin no matter what happens.
1378  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any opinions about the recent btc price crash? on: April 30, 2021, 07:21:03 AM
My opinion with the recent crash, I think that it is a good opportunity to buy some bitcoin at a lower price and don't be discouraged by a lot of FUDs that says the crash is the end of bitcoin, remember that as long as users are trading bitcoin, it won't die. Bitcoin's lifeblood is the users that participate in its economy.
1379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Control your trading emotional outburst and get yourself together! on: April 30, 2021, 06:47:24 AM
Mixing your emotions while you are up into doing trading will probably make things mess up for you are not into focus of what you supposed to do making you unable to think of ways possible to strategize the actions you will do that will suit the current situation you were up to because panic and fear are residing within you that makes your emotions pumps up mixing how you are dealing with the trading pressure you have on hand. Remain calm and assess the situation because panic will not help you out in the situation for it will just make things worst for you. Compose yourself on trading and do not let your focus loose upon you.
If you don't know how to control your emotions then probably trading isn't for you, in my opinion, we can utilize our sudden outbursts as an indicator if we want to trade that day, now if you are already feeling kind of angry or something then you should probably don't trade that day because it may amplify your seething emotion which will result in bigger losses. Take Yoga classes and other meditation classes to master calmness.
1380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I am doomed on trading on: April 30, 2021, 05:26:06 AM
It seems like you have got engaged into something that you still do not certainly know about making you get into the situation of getting hopeless because if you do knkw what you were doing, you can be up into something to manage what you have done with.
Considering that OP is still a newbie, I think that he/she did engage in something that is completely unknown to OP. My advice to OP is to stop trading for now and try to practice and learn more about trading, you can read the basics and practice on sites that have a paper trading to experience trading without losing any money.
