If you have a low balance they probably will help you, but if you have high balance, you are in deep trouble. Freewallet is a damn scammer.

There are quite a few theories swirling around about Changelly being linked to Bytecoin, Freewallet and a few other places. None of it inspires me to ever give it a try. At the very least they smell of selective scamming to me. Our conscience is clean. Whoever reaches out to our support, gets a response. In addition, we were able to stop hacking and money laundering activities, whenever it was within our power. I knock and knock, and still can get inside of my head why people keep believing the a FREE wallet is a good choice to store their funds. It doesn't get into me, I don't understand it and probably never will  It's free, let's use it to store our shitty coins inside of it without doing any research... Hell of an Idea!! Giving back the stolen money doesn't make a thief not a thief. Giving my ETH back doesn't change that fact that Freewallet is a SCAM. And you didn't give all my money back actually, you take $30 from me. Any you also wasted my time.

Enough facts were given here to make it clear that no theft could ever be made in this situation. You sent your Ethereum coins to your own wallet via the blockchain, and they got to our cold wallet. Not to mention that the transfer of such a considerable amount to user's own address via the blockchain does seem to be quite a bold test operation with the blockchain fee implied to be paid for this operation.
