A 3-4 month old GPU is still like brand new if you are mining at the right conditions. Are you not overclocking too much? Are you keeping your GPU undervolted? Are you making sure that the temperature is below 65 degrees?
Personally, my GPUs have been mining for 1 year and 4 months without problem. Some of them i even bought second hand.

Is it possible that you've mixed the definition of actual ETH mined and value of ETH mined? Given that difficulty has dropped a little compared to one week ago, it should follow that you should be getting the same or even more actual ETH mined. The value of this ETH mined however has recently tanked.
If not, you could probably also consider the pool and luck factors. Whatever change in ETH mined, it should not be significant as no major changes to ETH block reward have been implemented as of yet.

(u need to use the parents man. don't be lazy. go to home depot/lowes buy some wood and make some small rigs. https://imgur.com/a/jSGp2SS example - pc case like this. 2 mobos screw in back and 2 rows for 5 gpus each.. run a couple 1000 watts. find a emtpy room that mama or grandma not using, and plug them in.(extension cord second pc to another circuit within same room always possible) run them at 700 watts power by tweaking cards. nice 15amp line safe. do that in as many places they let you, free cash ty. mama. I realize i'm still staking in the bills and everything is fine. because this low ball shit is temp. starting to think why not buy and sell at the 6/8 line. every lil bit helps. put in a buy order at 5k. and prompt sell at 6, 7 ,8. what you think guys? hows it going. I seriously do hope that you are paying for the electric bills for your 'mama' and 'grandma.' It's one thing to earn money and crypto but it's another thing to be a decent person. Nevertheless, I felt very happy with the unexpected fastly increases of LPC.

I don't know which GPU you got. But I am assuming its either an RX 470 8GB or an RX 470 8GB.
Your speed is pretty high and I am assuming you are running into stability issues with certain GPUs, like the ones that crashed.
Lower your clocks and increase your voltage a little and see if the problem goes away.
I using SAPPHIRE RX580 nitro+ Special Edition 8GB Yeah actually, it seems like all of your GPUs are overclocked too much. Toning down the OC setting would really do a lot to help you with stability, as well as with the lifespan of your cards. As a guide, you are currently doing 31.4 MH/s per GPU. Toning them dow to 31.0-31.1 MH/s flat could be a good target to increase stability. |

Ok its time for an update again, its been over a month and lots have changed.
Basically things not looking good for DaggerHashimoto (ETH) basically we hit the lowest daily profitability since April. This is largely due to the low price and the huge difficulty jump. Those with RX gpus hopefully ROI'd by now. Because pretty soon we will hit the lowest profitability ever for ETH even lower than Oct 2015.
Thanks for all the ASICs, the Equihash is the lowest profitability ever for ZCASH. Never has profitability been this low before.
Monero profitability is looking also bad, however not as bad as back in April. However with all the GPUs switching and the difficulty rising looks like we will hit all time low profitability levels soon for XMR.
Basically its like Capitulation for GPU miners.
Thanks for keeping this updated! Your reports seem very accurate and I actually do agree and share your opinion on the end of GPU mining. Even if lets say you are mining with the future value in mind, there is still the threat of new hardware that would make existing GPUs less profitable. Not to mention that not selling you GPUs today would be a bad idea because of the constant price gouging and steady decrease of GPU value. |

Just noticed that when using 11.9 (prev used v10s) that when the miner crashes (for example when tweaking GPU clock settings), it gets stuck on "restarting miner..." and the problem is that it gets stuck there even if i try to close the console or even try to end task. The only way then to close it would be to do a physical reboot of the computer.
Is there any way around this?

Believe it or not local miners here are now selling 1080tis at the $350-$400 price range. Best part is some are bought early 2018. At that price range, that is still a good buy right? |

It's quite easy to run 13 GPUs on Windows since the 1700+ update. Simply plug in your GPUs into a 13-GPU compatible motherboard and then install the drivers. It's actually that simple. What i would consider toxic is running a 19-GPU setup using the ASUS B250 motherboard. |
