401  Economy / Reputation / Is this worth a negative feedback? [Community View - icosonar] on: June 08, 2019, 01:39:10 PM
I came across this member icosonar whose contribution to the forum is zero but only spams their service thread whenever someone creates a service requirement thread.

Most of their posts are along these lines

I can help you for the development of exchange platform. Already developed exchange and ICOs previously. Let's connect on telegram @KnightThunder for the further discussion.

I have already developed gambling website previously. I can help you with development. Add me on telegram @KnightThunder for the further discussion.

are you still looking for a developer who can help you with your cryptocurrency project? If yes please ping me on the telegram @KnightThunder for the further discussion.

We are a group of Blockchain developers and can help you to develop your mentioned functionalities. Please send me your contact details for the further discussion or add me on telegram @KnightThunder

and they go on 14+  pages of their posts...

When I was looking to hire a developer myself, I asked them to show their previous work and they never replied.

I am a mobile developer having 5+years of experience in building responsive and intuitive mobile design. I can develop an application as per your requirements. Please share your project details with me. I am ready to sign NDA as well. Let's connect.
Show me a mobile application you've developed using KotLin please

For now, I've left them negative feedback for spamming services and an unreliable developer. Should I keep the feedback or remove it? I feel these scums live off project owners upfront money and have no real potential to launch any projects or write two decent lines of code for that matter.
402  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: looking to build multi crypto platform and i need a dev. budget 20btc + on: June 08, 2019, 01:25:27 PM
@OP : If you have a budget of 20 BTC, you should start by showing a signed message of at least 5-7 BTC to attract quality developers. Or your thread will only be taken seriously by Pajeets/idiots like the ones who have posted above. They can't code for shit and especially have zero reputation on the forum. They will take the upfront payment and disappear. Avoid Pajeets like above including icosonar/csankur and other newbie accounts with zero reliability. Making a crypto platform as big as you've stated isn't a single person's job. You need a team with designers/developers/managers to execute the project properly. An experienced developer will tell you how the plan will be and lay out the blueprint. Give me a shout if you want to know more.

Hi,
I would like to discuss the synergies with you. You can reach me on telegram @sood_aabhas
He said developers based in UK/US and not Syria or Pakistan you cunt.
403  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Dev - Blog] Creating a new, fun gambling game for Bitcoin on: June 08, 2019, 01:20:41 PM
I have already developed gambling website previously. I can help you with development. Add me on telegram @KnightThunder for the further discussion.
Man this dude is Pajeet who can't develop shit. He will waste your time as he can't code for shit. I've hired a number of developers for different projects over a few years on this forum and whenever I make a service requirement thread, I mention this: Pajeets like icosonar/csankur are not allowed to post. They are worthless cheap scum from India. Time wasters.
404  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Data on Blockchain [Question] on: June 08, 2019, 01:13:33 PM
I don't know on Ethereum, but you can easily add short texts into Bitcoin transaction.
Yeah, I'm aware of that but that is not what I was looking for. Thanks for your inputs though.

actually you don't even need OP_Return if the option doesn't exist, you just have to view transactions differently. a transaction is jut a data structure with different parts that we interpret differently. for instance the first 4 bytes of a transaction is interpreted as a number which we call "version".

so in order to put "data" in a transaction you just have to find a field in your tx that allows you to enter data. in a transaction this can be the output. with OP_Return it becomes easier since it is designed for data but you can still do it with other OPs too. for instance the regular P2PKH outputs can be used (assuming OP_Return doesn't exist). you just have to change the pushed data to the value you like.

example: if you pay any amount to this address: 18L1ocUNq8EKJu1UHu92HKUk4jeXL9eXoL you are technically putting your bitcointalk username (Patatas) in the blockchain because if you look at the transaction's actual data you can see that this address is actually stored like this as an output:
76a914506174617461730000000000000000000000000088ac
or in more human readable format:
OP_DUP OP_HASH160 <Patatas(nullpaded)> OP_EQUALVERIFY OP_CHECKSIG

ps. obviously any amount sent to this address is lost because it is a burn address.
That is something I will consider. However, for every transaction say the transaction creator will be entering data. How hard it is to achieve this on a programming level and of course on ETH chain. Will the above scenario work for a smart contract as well?
405  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2019 Q2) on: June 07, 2019, 07:44:01 PM
In the thread I created, people can defend themselves.
If you give a chance for people to defend themselves, that means your case isn't strong and the proofs aren't satisfying. Even this thread can be used to defend as there is no restriction or anything like that. They don't even get a negative rating for keeping alt's so it's just for the future references.
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i start a game here in the forum? on: June 07, 2019, 07:03:54 PM
As stated in the title, is it possible to run a game here in forum?
Here is the idea, let's take the example of Noona and Mismar (they are my turtles), if i can publish a live video (in youtube for example) of the tortules competing in a course for many times and offer bets for users here in a live thread by the help of one of the known escrows here, as we see in auctions or ruffles. (is this against forum rules?)
This may look dumb for many of you because i don't take it seriously so i can't explain it well.
I want to know if this is possible here in btc forum or not. And if anyone can suggest more ideas on how to realize this.
- Yes, it is possible to start such a game on the forum in the Gambling section.

- Since you've chosen to use an escrow, you will be pretty much trusted with the money and everything. However, you will have to escrow the win amount for every round.

- For making it into an actual game, I'd say host it on a website on your own. That is much organized than a thread here.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wining the Toss : Bat Or Bowl In Cricket World Cup on: June 07, 2019, 06:59:46 PM
Absolutely illogical thread. If you had the slightest clue about cricket, you know how weather, ground, the opposite team, and match conditions for that day affect the decision to bat or bowl. Captains can't take that decision based on the previous odds. On a ground that is supposed be good as a bowling pitch, a captain can't choose to bat because previous two teams batting on a totally different grounds. You know nothing about cricket.
408  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: If you love Bee and wish help ecosystem join us Beekeeping Plaftorm on: June 07, 2019, 06:55:29 PM
The idea is very interesting but do we actually need it? I don't know one person that wants a decentralized eco-system for the bees since no one has a clue how "harmful" the current methods of bee-keeping are. Associating tokens to a bee-hive and upgrading the hive in a transparent manner are fancy words but don't know how it all works. You should start by giving us a little background of the current problems and how you're solving it.
409  Economy / Reputation / Re: My Name Is Khan. The blatant indicator of scamming crypto startups on: June 07, 2019, 06:49:08 PM
Its a bit weird that your topic got moved from Scam Accusations to Reputation.
Because there is no solid proof that is the service is a scam or someone got scammed by the service. For now, the accusation is just based on one person and their shady behavior. Reputation board suits well.

Does this Khan guy have a bitcointalk account? If not, what makes it a "reputation" thread?
I couldn't find one.

Shitcoinoffering specializes in scam identification, not intra-forum drama and soap operas.
Technically, the project is a scam if they have a scammer in the team.
410  Economy / Reputation / Re: My Name Is Khan. The blatant indicator of scamming crypto startups on: June 07, 2019, 04:55:55 PM
He has mentioned all the project this guy's is associated with in his blog mentioned in the main post:
Okay, so I guess I'll do the work of linking the accused projects on bitcointalk/others.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5065120.0 - SEYBLOCK

https://www.linkedin.com/company/assetstream/

https://www.zoptax.com/

https://iuno.io/

https://cryptolancers.co.uk/

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4290632.0 SOLAREX

https://vimeetoken.tech/

and finally, the Khan himself : https://www.linkedin.com/in/shehzad-khan-95224b160/

Most of the projects listed above have roughly the same user interface and features. He's part of the team as a Project Manager, CEO, CTO and everything possible lol How can he be so talented and still don't find a decent job in real time lol
411  Economy / Services / Re: Developer & Designer | Websites, iOS/Android apps & more | Simongros.com on: June 07, 2019, 04:46:05 PM
Could you tell us why you keep creating multiple threads of the same service?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5100868.msg49369827#msg49369827 [Developer & Designer | Websites, iOS/Android apps & more | Simongros.com]
[https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2980496.msg30632195#msg30632195][Developer & Designer | Websites, iOS/Android apps & more | Simongros.com]
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5151786.msg51380485#msg51380485 [Developer & Designer | Websites, iOS/Android apps & more | Simongros.com]

and there are more. As an experienced developer, I'm sure you're analytical enough to know you can simply bump your thread or edit it if you have to. Making new threads of the same service is anyway against the forum rules.
412  Economy / Reputation / Re: My Name Is Khan. The blatant indicator of scamming crypto startups on: June 07, 2019, 04:39:14 PM
I cracked at the "My name is Khan" Bollywood movie reference. Where did you dig this information from? It would be helpful if you put links to his LinkedIn account or the projects under his operation so they can be tagged effortlessly.
413  Economy / Reputation / Re: Tomatocage wakes up, spams a ref link... be careful on: June 06, 2019, 11:43:46 PM
But the actual link he posted (app.link/NNNNN) is unique, at least I couldn't find it on Google, so it looks like a referral. He could have just posted celsiusnetwork.app.link or celsius.network.
Most probably yes! I didn't check the quoted link and it actually looks like referral since appending a random digit to that link just redirects to the actual original web page.

Granted I don't know well enough how these branch.io referrals work so I'm not rushing to report it to mods. Just looks weird that this is his first post after a year-long break.
He has posted other messages in the lending thread if that helps... also from branch.io

Quote
A Branch link is an actual page on the web. When users click a Branch link, they open that webpage, and we get pinged. We use matching to detect your users’ device, operating system, and browser, and combine that with cookies to either remember or check whether they have the app installed. Then we can redirect them for an optimal experience.
^ That is the case here.
414  Economy / Reputation / Re: Tomatocage wakes up, spams a ref link... be careful on: June 06, 2019, 11:26:33 PM
Are you saying Bitcointalk replaced the link?
Oh no. I meant some of these new websites have campaigns to check where the traffic is coming from rather who is bringing it. So assuming branch_match_id being the unique ID for links redirected via/from bitcointalk, the business would know how many site visits they've gotten from bitcointalk. Also, if the said condition is true, they wouldn't know who is bringing the traffic that is Tomatocage is not actually sharing any ref links.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on an insect fight? on: June 06, 2019, 11:23:30 PM
What a funny title! Had me cracking up for a few minutes. I personally would fuckin love to see those little shits breaking each other into pieces. The fight could be broken down into further odds like "Lost Legs=1.23" "Neck Break == 2.2" "Draw == 1.2". If it still happens in your area, host a video online and integrate it with a gambling platform lol This bet will need no provable fair mechanisms since you can't bribe those fuckin ants.
416  Economy / Reputation / Re: Tomatocage wakes up, spams a ref link... be careful on: June 06, 2019, 11:15:31 PM
How can you be sure that is a referral link? The query params /?_branch_match_id = xyz could be the campaign link that is redirected via bitcointalk. Usually, all the paid/affiliate referrals start with the route /ref/id or /ref_id = ''. I don't know which one it is but too early to conclude it is as a referral link at this point.
417  Bitcoin / Project Development / Data on Blockchain [Question] on: June 01, 2019, 01:28:05 PM
Just wondering how feasible it is to show data on the blockchain along with a transaction? Like a transaction with an item name? For instance, imagine I'm creating a smart contract using Ethereum and with every transaction I want the item name to persist in the blockchain. Is that even possible? This is not like naming an address or something but actual text data with a transaction that is visible on the block explorer.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 01, 2019, 01:14:04 PM
We're discussing the matches of the world cup here, not the trash like you. Stick to the discussion of matches or GTFO.
Freedom of Speech motherfucker? I gave you a fuckin reason why I think Pakistan as a team doesn't fit to be qualified for the damn World cup. Which part of that is not part of the discussion? The reason could be not sports-related but it's plausible. Most of the replies in this thread are from fucking sig-spamming cunts who can barely write two words in English. You GTFO and start a self-moderated thread which doesn't infest spam on the forum dickhead.
419  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Satoshi Miners - Fake Team Profiles and Photos. Do not deal with them!!! on: June 01, 2019, 01:10:17 PM
I think they noticed your thread already and shut the website down. I tried opening that domain but it's unreachable for me. The issue could be just on my end do. Wait for someone else to confirm. It's really funny that they ripped pictures of the guy with a thumbs up lol Cringy af

Also, how dumb these people have to be to know that a mining resell company online doesn't need more than 2 people lol
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 01, 2019, 01:01:18 PM
Gotta take one the boys one by one haha

Don't judge any sport team in this way. I'm sure your country has terrorists and have some people who fund terror organizations as well. In fact, in every country, you will find some this types of people. But this has nothing to do with sports, sports are beyond to this shady events. Don't even bother to bring this in sports.
Nope, I and the entire World knows my country doesn't have any sort of Terrorism since we don't really have many Muslims here. In the case of Pakistan, their Government sponsors terrorism.

With due respect my friend, if you want to talk about terrorism and politics then please raise your point or create thread in P&S section. this is gambling thread as you already know about that. we simply don't want to spread hate and blame game here in this thread. this thread is all about Cricket World Cup. that's it, I hope we can make peace with it and you can respect this.
Alright, I'll stick to that.

In terms of the Game, I think England is winning this World-cup or worst-case West Indies.
