501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you still looking for best gambling site that suits your luck on: December 24, 2017, 06:29:21 AM
If all gambling site are made to suit your luck then none would be existing at this time. For the number of wins that have been made by any individual on any of the gambling sites listed by Op, there are much more people that have lost on that same platform what is just a plus for those sites is that they stick to the provably fiar rule and not try to manipulate their customers aside that, its just a game of chance with no respecter of anyone's luck or ill luck ability.
502  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: What If Govt makes BTC legal in India? on: December 24, 2017, 05:23:40 AM
Hello Guys!!

I'm just curious that what if govt. makes BTC legal in India does it have the same value what is now or lower or higher??
I hear they are going to make it legal soon with gambling.

thanks!

To the level of statistics around bitcoin users now, India is still not very much mentioned. The population is there but how many percentage of the whole bitcoin enthusiasts around the world that they control this is key and that is why the legalization of bitcoin might not make the same amount if effect it would have if same thing would have been done by China in addition to India not part of the world powerful country. What this will bring is some sort of relief around the community.
503  Economy / Services / Re: Social Media Services (Twitter / Instagram / YouTube / Google+ / more..) on: December 24, 2017, 05:12:04 AM
Good services you have there and even cheap at that but the concern is if those followers, likes, expressions are just some form of bots and that is the first challenge you would have. Imagine this an ICO having that is fairly new and have about 3000 followers, I tell you with the Twitter Audit tool, I won't even need the permission of the iCO or the handler of the account to audit it and the moment its found to be fake followers, that is a dent on the image of the project and that just one step people can go in verifying the authenticity of any project or site.
504  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you get the latest news? :) on: December 20, 2017, 11:58:18 AM
Hello Smiley What is your strategy? I feel like I'm always behind and I'm eager to learn.

Thank you

You find your way to the forum, then your problem is half solved and this part of the forum is a place fill with right amount of information for your perusal compared to externals because here you get it directly from people who are expressing their opinions compared to sites that the article will need to be edited and painted in a way the sponsor of such information wants it and to make it sweetening in the eyes and hears of the readers. What you need to do, is take a back seat, relax, locate a thread and read till you are satisfied.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to convert bitcoin cash to USD? on: December 20, 2017, 06:19:21 AM
Are there any exchanges that allow it? I heard Bitfinex does, but also heard that they only allow conversion to USDT (and people were having trouble converting USDT into USD, unless this has been solved?)

Since you know Bitfinex allows it, I think that is where you need to direct your questions to or you just mail their support and wait for response. I am just hearing this option for the first time for direct conversion of BCH to fiat as against the common ones as BTC and ETH. When you find, do well to update so that others can benefit from your fact finding quest. Smiley
506  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CEX.io - please tell me what you are doing about your long term customers on: December 20, 2017, 05:57:14 AM
If CEX.io monitor this please tell me why you justify your poorer service to established customers because of the increase in new customers. As a long term customer of yours why should I have to wait longer to withdraw fiat because you are taking on more customers than you can manage.

The issue about this exchange sites is that the moment they start lagging behind in their responsibilities, it does not differentiate between old customers and those that join last week. Its everybody that bear the effects of their lackadaisical attitudes and even reaching out to them as an old customer via their contact details does not mean they will answer you faster. And as you have said since they now have new customers, the numbers increasing everyday, they can afford to let go of some of the old customers although, they won't admit this to their clients.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH is in Coinbase Wallet now! on: December 20, 2017, 12:37:27 AM
I’m not fond of the BCH in the beginning, but after it turned out OK, I’m also ok with it now.  Grin

I am sure you would have been one of those that would have said a lot of things against either BCH or even Coinbase for not releasing BCH when others are doing theirs but now, its now the bride everyone is wanting to associate with. The forces behind BCH is very strong which is above $3000 yet the attention is on bitcoin on the increase it witnessed. Anyway, just stay a little longer as Coinbase promised January but (it seems christmas came early) just go get your own share of the bonus.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yeah, we're in a bubble... on: December 20, 2017, 12:03:36 AM
After reading this, I know we're in a massive bubble now:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-12-18/fintech-mircocap-stock-jumps-2-400-after-touting-crypto-link

I'm off to the nearest business center to shout "BITCOIN!" and see if people start throwing sweaty money at me...

Reading the article show a lot of "bubble" if that is something to use based on the various case study of company that was examined with evidence to back it up. But at the article was directed towards a particular direction which is ensuring the message is passed across against bitcoin. The reels out sensationalism forgetting that this companies that reference is being made are even registered with their own regulatory body even long before having anything to do with crypto. But what they forget is that the top spot is not to be permanent due to volatile nature of bitcoin.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT İF I TOLD U RİPPLE İS REAL BİTCOİN on: December 19, 2017, 08:06:04 PM
If you tell me that, I would not bother to read the argument and why you are making such conclusion which you are by all means entitle to such opinion, but I would also argue that so also is ETH, BCH, BTG and a whole lot of coins that have said they are the really bitcoin and the question to ask exactly would which one is really the bitcoin. Ripple is a great project which should carve a niche for itself in the crypto world and not go about competing with the wrong thing entirely.
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] Graft - credit card and crypto payment processing network on: December 19, 2017, 07:29:20 PM
I would like to get an understanding on some things and would appreciate response from anybody who can provide answer. On the precious page where  there is post about block found and mining on CPU, my question is that is it possible to start mining graft token? If yes why would I need to participate in the ICO that is slated for January 18 if I can mine the same token I would be issued on payment of the corresponding amount intended to invest?
511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is a whale? on: December 19, 2017, 03:53:51 PM
From the definition of what I everybody have given, it just seem that every one of us can be referred to as whale. In a case where price is rising and threads encouraging people to buy more, the moment we move in that direction which then further increase the price of bitcoin, then we have all agreed to influence price and the same thing goes for when price of bitcoin is falling. For the fact that we all agree to pursue a particular decision with the objective to influence price, we are all whale.
512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a boom for debt ridden countries ? on: December 19, 2017, 12:28:20 PM
Do you think bitcoin will help debt ridden or poor countries to improve the standard of living and also will bitcoin help these countries to become financially stable if they adapt crypto currency ?

Poor countries does not have any business to adopt bitcoin and even if they think its going to help them overcome the financial challenges, several factors will still mitigate against them for fully harnessing the advantages of bitcoin. Starting with the issue of infrastructure which they don't even have and cannot afford to put in place because they are poor and investing in such would be interpreted as luxury that the country cannot live with at the moment. Another is the continued influence of world powerful countries on the domestic affairs of smaller countries which is a key thing to put into consideration before adopting bitcoin.
513  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Global correction. When? Or will it be? on: December 19, 2017, 10:42:28 AM
We are experiencing a unique period in the history of cryptocurrencies -- lots of new money coming in. And that's what is bothering me. Nothing to compare it with. So, maybe there will be no major correction at all? At least in the coming weeks.

What do you think?

The correction happening is possible but only when the total amount coming is leaving because if its still in, there wont be any correction as demand would have been matched with supply. But that does not stop anyone from being weary about what the future holds and that is why to thread with caution and not to only be concerned about the profit element without concerned about the risk attached.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become centralized sometime in the future? on: December 19, 2017, 07:12:44 AM
yes, I think so. Bitcoin will be a central digital currency in the future Once it has reached the government's conditions prescribed.
Everyone knows that bitcoin will become just like fiat currency once it all belongs to the government's hands. But that's not going to happen in reality. Whales wouldn't sell their coin to the government even if the price is starting to pump really hard because the government is buying bitcoins. Yes, they have to buy bitcoins since they can't just take it away from us. They don't have any power here and they can't even attack someone since it's decentralized or hack the network.

For me, bitcoin will never be centralized even if the government put some law about the use bitcoins. There would always be people like me that wouldn't sell coins to the government to preserve the decentralization feature of bitcoins.

As at today, when more than half of the bitcoin to be mined had already being mined which is spread in the hands of individuals across the world, I winder how government wants to get a hold of it. There are some people who are not driven by profit but freedom and won't give up what they have even if government offers to buy at a premium and this people hold large portion of the already existing bitcoin. It then mean the proportion for control cannot move to government anywhere in the world because the little they have, they would want to outshine themselves in who controls the market i.e governments. I don't see centralization coming soon.
515  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Warning - Blockchain Wallet Phishing E-Mail! on: December 18, 2017, 05:16:39 PM
I just got e-mail pretending it is from blockchain.info related to claim BitcoinGold.I have account there but it is not connected with this e-mail in any way.You may notice how funy is their e-mail address :
Code:
blokchain.gold@gmail.com
So this is classic attempt of phishing in order to steal our login information or private keys.

Never click on suspicious links in your e-mail and always check do you enter data on the original site.

It seems you are the only one who have received this mail because I also use blockchain.info just like the poster above and I didn't receive any email of sorts. But its all good for awareness purpose it might benefit someone not to fall for this sort of cheap scam from scammers and also, you can try restrict the place you share your email especially as it relates to crypto currency. They could have gotten your email from the database of such sites which would then make it a target one.
516  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to pay with bitcoin without bitcoin? on: December 18, 2017, 03:56:56 PM
I am trying to place an order on a website that only accepts bitcoin. Since I don’t have enough bitcoins currently. I need to convert dollars to bitcoins either by credit card, debit, or PayPal. Then some how pay with the bitcoins. The website uses coinpayments. Where do I begin? Please help.

Simply put, you want to buy bitcoin with fiat and since that is the case here, its very simple. First, the previous bitcoin you have, how did you get it? If you did not buy it, then you just need to visit sites that allows the buying of bitcoin via you cards depending on your country of residence because its more easier than the other. Either way, any country you are, just type on Google, take time to read quality reviews and follow the instructions. It should not be that hard to come through.
517  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cloud mining on: December 18, 2017, 02:45:09 PM
A simple look on the various threads on the forum concerning cloud mining would show that its purely waste of time. Gone are the days where cloud mining would bring decent returns and you would even be happy to be engaged in it. But today, with the increasing mining difficulty and the cost attached, you don't expect any return any time soon even after the time frame you set for yourself. You will get more return even if its buying only to hold than to invest something as this.
518  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need someone to research on the authenticity of 2 ICO on: December 18, 2017, 10:58:39 AM
I was looking for a good ICO to invest some money in it but unfortunately, I found that the iungo.network and tokia.io both site using a similar interface. Raises thousand of questions in my mind. I don't have much time to research on them. Please check them both are they trying to rip people off and spread awareness if so.

Update: The Interface is same due to the fact that they are using same payment gateway(is what they told me) despite that both the ICO have their offices in Lithuania and London.

I wont be surprised if the same team is behind the projects and even wants to use the same time and project to achieve the same objective at the same time. Having all this in common to me, its more than just coincidence and its a flag that needs to be raised immediately. Will look into it, and come up with my own conclusion on both projects.

I tried looking into the team of both projects but I cant find any conncetion of the two and one has a co-founder of Jibrel Network on their team so, for those willing to invest be sure to do further research before putting your funds.
519  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Most Trusted Bitcoin Doubler - Double your BTC in 6 Hours! == btc2double.com on: December 18, 2017, 10:20:48 AM
Hello,

I was looking for investment bitcoin websites that were paying and found this one: http://btc2double.com

The min investment is 0.02BTC , i gave it a try and got in few min!  Smiley

I'm very happy, i'm going to do it again soon when the transaction confirms.

Just sharing this site while its still paying, they have alot of users so it will be working for some time i think.

EDIT:

To avoid some questions, i will just leave a post i made on this thread:

"I will try to explain better. When you make a deposit, you will get 200% deposit back to that address.  As i said, it will use recent people coins to pay the older deposits. Of course there is a risk of not getting paid if you invest too much because there won't be that much coins to pay that deposit, and that can cause a shutdown of the service. So, as long there are many deposits it will work without problem.

I'm not saying this service will last forever, but as long as it lasts i will use it for sure! I'm already with over 1.7 BTC profit Smiley

Its your money, you decide if you want to risk it or not."

OFFICIAL THREAD CAN BE FOUND HERE: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2488822.0

For this comment, it makes you an accomplice on this scam site and if people rely on you to invest by so doing lost their money, its on you. I really don't see any reason why you have to advertise it if you want to put your money based on the risk you are already sure of taking, do well by all pleasure and don't drag someone else into it. You are not even advertising your referral link that I could interpret to be a motivation for you. I hope someone does not nuke your account based on this.
520  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex completed withdraw Txid not exixstant on: December 18, 2017, 05:50:00 AM
Update,

after 72hrs the money finally arrived, with the same originary Txid.

Luckily I have been able to change them for BTC at the same original rate

don't think they even checked the ticket.

It would be largely due to the traffic around the network. I have been faced with similar situation on a token where the same thing happen but this time, it was from exchange site to another where I had to mail both about sending without valid TxID while the other why I'm not receiving as at when due. It later confirmed then a reply came which shows they didn't even bother to check the ticket raised just one generic answer.
