521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PHR] PHORE BLOCKCHAIN - Private Decentralized Marketplace & Ecosystem. POS/MN. on: August 26, 2021, 11:49:34 PM

Good question but like what the last part was said, more information will be announce, we have to wait for another update

coming from the team, it's good to see more progress and by that it will bring more value in the long process..
They are already testing how to claim Graphene and they promise to create a video on the steps on how to claim Graphene as not all of us here are good at coding it will help to claim our airdrop, I'm on their telegram and waiting for their announcement, it should come this month or early next month I understand they are not doing sales only airdrops for Phore holders through snapshots.

I m phore holder too, i participate in Graphene airdrop since second snapshoot, they will use bsc networt to distribute the airdrop, i hope i will receive the graphene token soon.

This interesting how much they will fetch in the market. But it seems they are bit silent here. So don't know how much scope they can get from the community. Can their GFN platform compete with the existing competitors? How many projects will eventually develop their project under GFN network?
522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: August 25, 2021, 10:51:35 PM
Casimero said Inoue is a Japanese Turtle, MF, and afraid of him.. the Champ should respond the right way, and that is by accepting the challenge.

Yeah I saw the clip on YT. I was wondering If Inoue have made a real response with the trash talking Casimero did in the press because I've read an article where Inoue was a bit upset with Casimero's statement calling him a turtle, then proceed to post some remarks of his own in his twitter account.

Though I am from PH but I guess I'm rooting for the Monster here. I feel like Inoue is in a different level than Casimero in terms of intensity, speed, and power.
However as fellow Filipino, I'm a bit excited of what Casimero could bring to take down the Japanese boxing prodigy.

This is the beauty of boxing we can talk all what we want about what we think it is going to happen in a fight but it is not until the fight happens in which we are going to know what actually happened, after all at least to me Inoue seems like the clear favorite but if Casimero can fight in a smart way and avoid some of the most terrible and potent punches of Inoue then the fight could be closer than what we may think it could be.

So are there concrete news coming up with this potential match? Or are they still exchanging tirades here? Promoters sometimes are the bottleneck here as they negotiate the purses of their respective fighters. But it is good that they are gaining interest from the boxing fans. The more noise, the better for their ticket sales. Curious what odds we will get from here. But I am guessing, they will favor Inoue on this bout.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 61 year old plays the same numbers since 1991 and wins 18 millions on: August 25, 2021, 09:51:28 PM
~snip~
If he do bought tickets once per day in all days on that 30 years time then I could say that it did really pays off and most likely with those number combinations is personally been choosed neither its an anniversary or combinations of birthdays or totally just personal point of hands and stick with it.

It is really hard to maintain numbers which had been consecutively lost up and imagine 30 years of betting isn't something that people could able to reach off and with due to frustration then
even having 1 month straight loss would already be hard thing. How much more on 30 years?

This man had really that dedication on hitting up the jackpot even though its not a guarantee to hit on his lifetime but once your lucky then theres no specific time needed.
^ That is a possible idea which the number comes from the especially occasion or events and even me, I did this sometime but I can't be able to maintain for a long period of time. 30 years is too long and if the winner bought a ticket every day multiply into 30 years, that is already a big amount. So this is possible and probably the 61-year-old winner had extra money to place a bet every day and can able to maintain it for 30 years. Nevertheless, we can do also what this old man did, but there is no assurance for us until when we will hit the jackpot.

Not many people can stick to their routine and do this for the next 30 years of their life. Because you have no idea if and when you will hit the jackpot, you are just hoping that your starts will give you luck one day. This situation should not be an inspiration for others because let us admit that in reality, that amount can be used to feed you and your kids if you are in the tight budget. I can agree if you have no problem with your funds and can easily buy a ticket without any problem.
524  Economy / Gambling / Re: Topbetbroker.com - Offers - Support - Reviews on: August 25, 2021, 12:30:52 PM
I deposited +100€ on Telegram 1xbet "broker". After I reach bank 700€ and requested withdraw, they did not answer me anymore via Telegram.

Admin, can I ask what is going on? Should we would be worried about your work/offer?

Interesting how they will address this issue here...

Anyway, most bettors here in the forum are directly using crypto sportsbooks, which are really easy to use. A lot of them don't need KYC but if you register with these fiat-based bookies, expect that their KYC is compulsory.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] rBlox - ⚡️ Blockchain Optimizer ⚡️ on: August 25, 2021, 12:04:19 PM
Based from your comparison table, your only edge over your competitors like MATIC, XRP or DOT is the networking layer optimization. For a regular crypto user, what does it mean for him? What will be its major impact on his day to day crypto transactions? Do you think this advantage may attract users to avail your network services?
526  Economy / Economics / Re: Pakistan's Economy are going to crisis for Taliban? on: August 25, 2021, 11:17:41 AM
The risk for Pakistan is that the conflict in Afghanistan can spill across the border. The main support base for the Taliban comes from the Pashtun ethnic group. Although this ethnic group comprises of around 40% of the population in Afghanistan, in absolute numbers, they are more numerous in Pakistan. For many decades, the Pashtun majority province of Khyber witnessed a bloody civil war, which was contained only a few years ago. Now there is a good chance that conflict will break out once again in this region.

And that possible conflict may threaten those investors to invest in Pakistan. But if Taliban will respect their promise about peaceful government and follow according to sharia law, then, conflict may not arise. But I am guessing some investors will be too cautious as they don't know the future yet in this region. We will see that in the coming months the impact of this Taliban rule. Right now, it is quite early to deduce things.
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: August 25, 2021, 06:51:30 AM
Online casinos are booming right now, and I'd say that hiring a sexy girl just to attract men to their website is extremely difficult, though a model could be used as a banner.

Right. But everyone tries their best to get good response from the players. Everyone tries to do something different for this. So it seems to me that these casinos are also in that kind of effort. And men are a little more attracted to sexy girls, which is why such moves are coming to the market.

Everyone wants to be one step ahead of their competitors, for which they want to try all sorts. We already see that many gambling websites use pictures of girls in their banner ads. So it can be said that gamblers are a little more attracted to girls.

We all know that even in traditional casinos, they really do hire females wearing on their sexy outfits, just another attraction/distraction per se. So with these online casinos, what they can do is just use sexy models to attract these male gamblers. It has been a norm already, nothing new in this set-up. Now, if you are a male, it is up to you how you will react on these models. Are you going to be distracted or can you focus with your game knowing there is sexy model in front of you?  Wink
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About NFT on: August 24, 2021, 11:57:22 PM
now is the best time to create an nft because the most interesting images have not yet been used,
You didn't even need a unique image to be sold in the market, what you need to get the hype from the market like this one https://twitter.com/etherrockprice

The picture of rock that named as etherrock already sold for million USD. that's crazy. This time so many people were creating more and more non sense thing along with the NFT buyers.

NFT has been gaining the traction this time. It goes crazy right now.

If you are a buyer, be very cautious buying NFT collectibles as they may not be of the same value in the future. Evaluate their usefulness or future utility, unless, it is sold by popular artist or personality. Most of these NFT items may not be worth something later on, so you need to be choosy investing in any NFT-related project. I believe, a lot of them will turn out to be worthless.
529  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: August 24, 2021, 11:23:27 PM
Wow, I can't believe that I missed this site for so long.

I like the fact that there is a very wide range of events that you can stake on, and also that you can trade your positions before expiry. That is definitely much better compared to traditional sportsbooks who either do offer this or charge ridiculous fees for doing so.

I do wonder though, some markets are very prone to insider play (e.g. movies). Is there any strategy to mitigate this?
They've been here for a while already and its just they didnt really make out some updates or being too active into their thread and thats why they do really have lesser attention into this place.

When it comes to range of events then theres no denial that they do really have that thing but due to duration or on the waiting time before you could able to know the results
which is most talking about future events then this is where people do lost up interest.

Although there are still people who does love this kind of way of betting or simply serving out different market based off with different interest.

Also, the addition of other payment methods is one major update for this betting platform. However, the futuur team has not made any major promotion yet for this update. I believe, they need to run some contests or promos that will revive the interest of the gambling community. I hope they survive long as they are quite unique in terms of betting here.
530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 24, 2021, 10:16:24 PM
Nevertheless, do you think this is the last fight of Manny?

In his statement, he considers retiring but it's not final yet, so as long as there's no formal announcement from him about retiring, then we can assume that we will still see him fight again.
The fact that he gave some hint before, I think a few years ago. I cannot remember if it came from him or her wife that he just has to retire and he's considering it.

But after that then a fight of him came. It is true that these hints will remain as it is until he finally says and gives an official statement for his retirement.

As Pacquiao said, he had done enough already for boxing, and boxing had done a lot for him. So yeah, he should retire while he can still enjoy the fruits of his sacrifices. Don't wait to suffer major body damage. He's not getting young. Time to give the ring to younger generation. His record is already astonishing and can be lined up to boxing greats like Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson.
531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: August 24, 2021, 09:35:10 PM
This could give a good fight but it looks like Canelo has the advantage.

Huge advantage my friend.

If you look at the betting odds. https://www.oddsshark.com/boxing/canelo-alvarez-vs-caleb-plant-odds-prediction-betting-picks

Quote
Canelo vs Plant Odds
Fighter   Odds
Canelo Alvarez   -600
Caleb Plant   +400

You need to bet 600usd for Canelo just to win 100 usd.. while you only have to bet $100 for Plant to win $400..Isn't that attractive already?
That's the price we are getting for now, but it's understandable as Canelo is having a great run for his career and it's his 3rd fight already this year.

Placing odds for Canelo are really not worth if you are just betting small amount of money. But if you bet on Caleb, and believe that there is possibility of upset, the odds are really good. However, can Caleb pull an upset in this match? Not very likely considering all the advantages that Canelo has right now.
532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK 20% of the gambling venues are located at the poorest part of the country on: August 24, 2021, 08:47:55 PM
I am not sure if the casino targets the poor to play gambling because they are hard to buy food, so why should they gamble? If that is for making money to buy food, I do not think they will have that chance since gambling depends on luck. But some people from that location can play gambling to test their luck but it is hard to win because the casino will not let that happen. I tend to think that renting those places will not be too expensive and maybe the casino wants to hide their place from the government, especially if their country prohibits gambling.
They do target the poor for that precise reason, they don't have food so they're tempted to gamble to see if their stars are aligned and hopefully they can make something out of it. Desperation is what makes them build their gambling house in the poor areas. It's not the case for the gambling houses, the government is in on those things, they want to tax the poor and this is the best way that they can do that.

Makes sense, if they can't get tax from poor people by legal ways, with this move, the government can still get money from them via getting tax from the casinos. I don't think casinos can hide from the government because it is an infrastructure that you can't miss. I am more of cheaper rent in this area. Aside from that, people in this kind of neighborhood like this business, because a lot of them will go to this place because a lot of them have no jobs, and they will try their luck here. Even though, we know winning is slippery in this game.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins survive the dip on: August 23, 2021, 11:52:21 PM
The phrase buy the dip is only a good advice when you apply it properly by buying the very good altcoins whose value is only down because of the bearish market condition. Because it is not all coins that dip that would recover their value.

Its correct, not all coins could recover their value because some of them could be dying before next bull seasons happen, the community really takes part to maintain the position of its project on the market, because i see Pirl which lacked support of its community fall down because lack of volume trading and ends up become delisting on many exchanges.
It might depend on the project's status if they are actively having progress there might a chance that they will pump too, or a project that has a real use or has a real product, they will also pump the same as Bitcoin does and the last one has the full support of the community and yes, you're right, that's the sign that it is a good project to hold.

But if I were you, invest in the top 5 high volume altcoins on the Coin market cap if you really don't risk too much, because picking a new project that launched is a very crucial part, you don't know the legitimacy because anytime the developer will abandon the project and that is it will become a s shitcoin which means no value on the exchange.

In this market, to be relatively safe, better invest in top alts. We know that some will pump high but the question is their longevity in this market. With established alts, you know very well that they will have market no matter what. And to evaluate potential alts, look for their actual use case, active users and if they are really serving good number of users. Are they satisfied or not? Without tangible app, would be hard to survive in this competitive market.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: August 23, 2021, 10:54:02 PM
I'm willing to wait for 3 or more years to see those prices for Ethereum. The current price is high but I'm all set with another price and aim higher.

It isn't greed that's in me and I understand that I'm already in profit but I'm willing to go more and wait some more time to see what's with Ethereum and how high it can bring itself for the next years.
Even i do not mind waiting for the next few years to see the price of Ethereum cross over $5000, it all depends upon how the recent upgrade and the sensitive changes in the algorithm will solve any existing issues including higher transaction charges and it all depends upon the hype the shift of POS has garnered even though i felt like a move to attract the environmentalist and not necessarily having solutions to sort the issue in POW.

$5k level is actually achievable for eth in short period of time. I don't think we will wait for another 3 years or so just to see this price level. If we will see the impact of this London hard fork and finally see cheaper fees in eth network, maybe, we will see the price of eth rising at a very good rate. As of this moment, the fees are quite expensive according to eth gas tracker - https://etherscan.io/gastracker.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know is time to walk? on: August 23, 2021, 07:54:41 PM
in my opinion when the person is having many successive defeats or even defeats that cause the bankroll to start to reduce a lot in a short time, then the person needs to urgently stop playing to be able to rest and think better about the next step in order to be able to have good results and recover the bankroll and make profits. consecutive losses cause stress and lead to despair, it is important to rest and for that the person needs to stop for some time
You wouldnt notice that until you dont able to pull off some money into your pocket for you to make use of your gambling activity.People wont realize it if they wont really be experiencing problems.

If you dont like on ending up on that way then better to have some good control and you should know on when to stop if its needed and always mind off about gambling as a form of entertainment not a source of income.

Walk away if you do notice that you are spending that much.Walk away if you do find out yourself already been stressed or becoming impulsive.

I think it would be easy for you to know that you need to walk away is if you allot a certain amount of bankroll before you play. So you only deposit the amount you can afford to lose. Once the bankroll is depleting, don't be tempted to deposit again because you already set yourself for that amount. It means, your game is about to end. For me, that's the easiest way to know when to stop. I only deposit the amount that I can freely spend, without worrying that I maybe spending funds for my bills.
536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 22, 2021, 11:00:26 PM
I don’t think he does it because he loves boxing so much. I’ve heard rumors he has quite a cocaine habit to fund and that is why he continues to fight while doing damage to his reputation every time he steps into the ring. It’s sad that people can make so much money in their lives and be so successful and then end up a slave to their lifestyle. I hope Manny gets help and sets himself up for old age before he starts boxing youtubers for cash.

I'm not sure about that rumour, gambling yes, specially cockfighting, but drugs nah I don't think so.

He is already set for life, he has a lot of businesses in his native town, owns condo units in the States and across the Philippines. He is one of the richest person here.

The problem is that Manny has a political ambitions that he needed money to fund his campaign if he does run for the Presidency.

As far as I know, he's already changed man for so many years already, his old life had gambling and cockfighting habits. But drugs? Don't think so. It is just a rumour and for me, that's not true at all. If you are familiar with the vlogs of his kids and his wife, you will never think that he will be into drugs. Considering also that he is a politician. He is actually living a simple life and not showing his riches in social media. That's why many people are thinking that he badly needs money for himself and his family, but they are not. Maybe he needs money to help other people not for himself.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why shiba inu not come 1$ on: August 21, 2021, 11:26:00 PM
Please explain, why shiba inu not come 1$ ? Total supply?
To reach 1$ is not an easy thing for meme coins at this time, considering that market conditions are not in normal conditions, this does not guarantee that shiba coins are able to provide a perfect bargaining value at this time, to see the amount of supply for shiba you can see coinmarketcap, so that the amount supply you know.

The circulating supply is about 497T, so that's really a huge one. Reaching $1 is a long long long way to go for this meme token. Besides, what is the use case of this meme token? Or just banking with the popularity and because binance listed it? The price right now is about $0.00000820 so to reach $1, that's a very very big leap. With this scenario, you just hope that they will not disappear in the market.
538  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥NEW game CRYPTOS release 🔥 |⚡️Free BTC+BNB| 📈HotBit listing on: August 21, 2021, 09:12:58 PM
It started as a staking coin, now that they are in the market you can hold it and sell when the price is good, besides these two, they offer a lot of features to gamblers, the online gambling industry is a multi-billion dollar industry, and they are working to get the big slice and to increase their popularity, there's still a lot of work to be done and they are still a work in progress, their goal is to hit the top 100 so expect more updates coming from the team, maybe the next update is listing in Binance.
The market cap of BFG should be about $900 mln to reach the top 100. It means that one BFG token should be worth ~52 cents considering the current сirculating supply. I know Betfury is in contact with Binance, and they are also planning some strategic partnerships in the 4th quarter, but I still doubt that it will be enough to reach the top 100.

Right now, aiming for that position is quite difficult for betfury. It is better to focus on other things and I think that's what betfury is doing. Because if the price of their token can grow organically, that would be better as compared to pumping it high but will go down hard. That's not a very sustainable approach. As long as they are attracting players and gaining more, that would be better, because in time, the value of the token will grow if it can really sustain the interest of players.
539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: August 21, 2021, 10:46:55 AM
It will not matter how many times Casimero will show his middle finger because he did not have a good performance in his latest win. Nonito Donaire however, he shocked everyone in his latest win. I reckon that is a very good argument on why Nonito should be next.

Also, I read some replies that Inoue should be careful vs. Casimero hehe. How can you say this after his performance vs. Rigondoeux. Casimero showed poor boxing skills and was made into a chasing clown.
Casimero often like to taunts his opponent lol Grin the fact is I feel Inoue is much stronger than Casimero, his positioning and punch is on point.

But I disagree with you Casimero has a good offensive boxing skills and he's chasing Rigondeaux, because Rigondeaux just run away on the ring like Mayweather, Rigondeaux deserve a social distancing belt Cheesy

Yes, we have seen it. Rigo is just running around the ring, which surprisingly, he was expecting to win the fight.  Grin I don't know why you will expect to win if you are avoiding your opponent. There are even instances that Casimero seemed tired of chasing Rigo. Anyway, if Inoue-Casimero will happen first, we will see how far is Casimero's power here. Seems that it may possibly happen before the end of this year.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can it reach $1 per coin? on: August 20, 2021, 11:59:28 PM
I checked at CMC, the total supply is only 100 M with a circulation of 80 M, but the trading volume is still below $100K and only listed on DEX pancakeswap. To go up to $1 is quite difficult, it takes more development and benefits that are felt by users, marketing and listings on CEX/DEX are better.

Aiming for $1 seems to be a very long journey for this coin. The trading volume is quite low and this is not popular among crypto traders. To be honest, I just heard this now because of this thread. And looking at their website, I don't know if this is really trustworthy as it is anonymous project. Even if it has deflationary supply, if they can't establish their strong use case, that would be futile.
