Ever heard about paid or fake reviews? I just read through the review and it's fake and bullshit. If they are not scammers then why do we have so many individuals complaining about foul play by Freewallet. It's not like freewallet is not the only custodial wallet around. Why are we not getting this many complaints about other wallets. Looks at a few complied complaints around the forum. This can't be a coincidence.

When it comes to adding new previously unsupported tokens, our focus is on the most liquid assets. As we can see, most exchanges are not reflecting the current price for OCTb tokens, due to the liquidity issues these assets might experience now.
We are on this case and continue to monitor the status of this project.

The transfer was sent to the non-Freewallet address of the Segwit format.
Please note that Freewallet has not changed any details on its side. All changes took place on the side of the user interface which could be affected by malicious extensions of browser. We continue to investigate the incident.

Freewallet team are scammers, once you lose access to your email and password ( login details ) just forget your coins, I used to use freewallet when I still love using faucets and hunting airdrops, I lost some satoshis to freewallet simply because I couldn't log into my wallet again, the team never helped either

I hope the participants in this discussion from 2018 don't me picking up the thread, as I have a similar problem after making the mistake of sending OCTb, an ERC-20 token, to Freewallet before it was supported, back in August 2019. I'm still waiting on a solution, after many emails and tweets; so in case anyone else makes the same mistake I've laid out the discussion with Freewallet on my blogAny suggestions how best to encourage Freewallet to escalate this to a solution in June 2020? I have also a problem with them, I used their XMR App for Android, as I needed it to receive a XMR payment, then when I wanted to withdraw it they asked me for email verification, all ok until I add my email and tried to verify it, never received a email since hours. Then I contacted them for help and they asked me for 100 things lol, I provided all info and they still asking me more and more things, I provided my phone number (same as the account), the IP is also the same, email too etc...

Funds that were his to begin with.... I'd be pissed if you would lock my money for 8 months... Yeah, a very strange decision to raise from the dead eight months old thread.
