Is there any clear evidence around that makes that statement a lie?
Yes, just read the court documents.
It was a group buy and they used John K. as escrow, John signed the rights to the group buy managers, and HF is claiming that they never bought from HF.

Because it's not that board, it's the Rev 2 Board. They do not license out the Evo.
How do you know? Seems to contradict a lot of things out there.

It shows your ignorance.
Bitsafe will be OpenSource. I think I have enough knowledge to check for a backdoor  Wink
Lol at opensource, lol at you finding a backdoor in the rng.

Is the formula that calculates trust public? I don't understand why hashfast has a less negative trust than josh, with the feedbacks being more relevant in the first case (amount risked, trust of the people leaving feedback):

That's the problem with all these scammy companies. They lie endlessly and nobody knows anything for certain, except them, and they're dishonest.
The fact that they will be trying it doesn't really mean that you have to let them do it.

Read the difference between the first article against HF (not from coindesk) and the article that coindesk copied from the first source a few days after:
http://www.extremetech.com/uncategorized/173772-bitcoin-asic-manufacturer-hashfast-facing-lawsuits-over-alleged-false-advertising-fluctuating-bitcoin-prices
http://www.coindesk.com/asic-manufacturer-hashfast-faces-legal-action/

And yes, it can be fined. Find the bitcoin transaction id.

Why doesn't Coindesk do better more indepth reporting on BFL, Avalon and HashFast? They all seem to get a pass on the hard questions.
For the same reason why their articles are link campaigns sometimes.

1) pre: the guy posted raw html content and later converted it to bbcode, however the edits weren't imported on bitcointa.lk because of the robot access speed limitations theymos is imposing. I will get around it.
2) the thread was initially posted on Bitcoin Discussion and later moved to Alt. Cc. The crawler uses the original forum. (another thing to fix).

It is possible. But i don't want to put a link every page.
We can do something like:

No idiot in defaultTrust will ever do anything for an imaginary Imperial Monarch.

So don't worry about what Dogie says, his complaints are meaningless and the trust system will likely be removed/changed after we are done.

They are ridiculous.
