@Stedsm this is a hilarious series to be honest, but I’m enjoying it more than watching the IPL and I hope going ahead they’ll arrange more such series for us. Also Dilshan was an outstanding batsman when he used to play for Srilanka, and lastly even I was surprised that he hasn’t lost his touch despite not playing competitive cricket for a very long time now.

Well, while I watched their highlights online, came to know how spectacularly Upul Tharanga played a 99 not out (felt bad for him as it was just 1 run left for his century, but still what a game). It'll be awesome to watch India Legends vs South Africa Legends and I'm more interested in watching the game of trio of Sachin, Sehwag and Yuvraj.

Sare bhuddhe pagal ho gaye hai Grin Grin. Not watching but keeping tab on score.

Last time i checked Irfan, kevin Pietersen, Taranga, Dwayne Smith etc were beating the shit out of every bowlers everywhere.

I watched a match yesterday between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh (I mean, when Bangladesh came at batting). The way Tilakaratne Dilshan played on the field was mind-blowing, even after holding such age he didn't look like gone old, but young as ever. I'll be following more games now as when I watched the oldies trying to make interesting catches like youngsters, I believe this series will be an interesting one. Wink
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin mixers are only for criminals on: March 10, 2021, 10:01:19 PM
Better to ignore than on stressing out yourself on trying out to convince to those people who do have only shallow understanding when it comes to certain things without even rethinking

that those things had already been long existing when its still on fiat. Criminals do make use other mediums to take advantage on erasing up their tracks which is just a common sense
thing for those criminals to do so.

If they do find out such service that do juggle out your coins on making it completely anonymous then theres no doubt that they would really be flocking in with this option.

TBH, it's specifically not for OP alone, but to all those who love privacy over anything and have at least used mixers once in their life. According to what OP has concluded and represented here, every newbie reading his post will think that the one who uses a mixer, straight away gets categorized as a criminal just because they thought for their privacy. It's ridiculous how people think about such services, but a service is a service and when these people are not satisfied with it, nobody asks them to use such services. Just the way you said, if a criminal knows about it, he will definitely use it to satisfy his evil mind's thoughts as well as his ego.
744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin mixers are only for criminals on: March 10, 2021, 09:10:11 PM
Is it the mixer's fault if criminals use it?
Leave mixers, is it Bitcoins fault that criminals use BTC to transact for their wrongdoings?
It's not like just criminals use BTC, we too use BTC and even more than those criminals just because we know how and should use it.
The same way, it's not just criminals who use mixers but some of us also use it to save ourselves from the pseudonymous nature of BTC. Tell me, where shall we go except mixers, to keep our transactions completely private by juggling our money and getting them on completely fresh addresses?
745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 10, 2021, 08:54:15 PM
The automated crowd system added to the broadcast is really disturbing. When we hear the true sound from the ground it is really interesting to watch the game. Taking in account the rise of covid cases, different plans were made. This time surely people will be allowed to watch the game, because BCCI felt the difference of playing in an empty ground and with full crowd.

Are the tickets being sold for real people to watch these games in the ground? I believe that the cases are actually increasing and while practising caution, they might not allow people or even if they do, there will be one seat right, left, up and down be left out for each person who will sit there. I believe that the costs are not going to be any lower if that's gonna happen. It's true that these games do miss the cheer and the crowd, but everybody's health can't be put at stake for any sports TBH. And yeah, that automated crowd system is a shitty mess honestly, even I hate it while watching it that way, then how the players would have felt!

747  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it bearish season yet? on: March 08, 2021, 10:38:08 PM
If ever you'll see the start of a bearish season, remember, you won't see less than a 50% retracement happening on the charts of BTC alone. Chinese New Year, Elon Musk's negative tweets about BTC price, whales wanting to buy lower and also taking profits, no liquidity in the markets on weekends so easy to manipulate, blood bath on Mondays, etc. List is big but still BTC hodling above $51k, you need anything else?
748  Economy / Securities / Re: Transaction between community members on: March 08, 2021, 10:17:56 PM
Oh yes I see, this is a very nice idea I would try all my best to make sure I pay through those aforementioned coin to enable me cut down the fees. Kudos buddy.

If you want to get paid in USDT and your opposite party has a Binance account, ask them to send you USDT on TRC20 (Tron) chain in order to save fees completely as IIRC, it costs $0 right now if you internally transfer USDT on Binance via TRC20. Trx is also a good option as arwin told you, as it'll cost you just 1 TRX to move your TRX coins anywhere.
749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: March 08, 2021, 09:58:22 PM
@OP, I won't call myself as professional but yeah, there was a phase of my life that I remember when I used to live my life (mine alone and not the family) on gambling. Gambling was a love to me because of the fact that I used to learn the games and their required rules as well as basic skills quickly and loved to play different sort of games each day to try out something new. Now are not the same days as I'm married and I couldn't do it the same old way I did (as I was independent as well as alone, so no pressure was on me to do anything for my family or home, but now things have changed a lot).
750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Loss influence in massive dump on: March 07, 2021, 10:53:55 PM
I believe that if you've got to know correct retracement points, correct order blocks as well as can see whale orders and even volumes, then I believe there's nothing that could get you stopped out unless a sharp move takes place. Check the support areas and if you believe that they're the places where bots take (or shake) out their positions and create a wick to eat the stops below the support, just wait till that area comes because that becomes your buy zone and should be bought there only. Watch for the lower lows from your entry point and then, set your stops there (keep the timeframe low to get correct points) and check resistance areas too, if you believe that the price will fall back, sell it right up there and then repeat it for 2-3 times (like swing trading). Stops only take a hit when the market volume gets exhausted, remember that.
751  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicts $100k before end of the year on: March 07, 2021, 10:30:18 PM
I think they've bought enough and are ready to "shill" Bitcoins because as the saying goes, "you must shout aloud if you want to sell your stuff", so these institutions and major entities who are buying BTC at a constant pace are now shouting just because they want to sell it (Ssshhhhh.... But not quite lower because $60k is also less for them) so they're all whining about unbelievable highs which will blow your mind and once it has reached those levels, who knows, maybe these instructional mofos blow up the whole crypto space?!  Embarrassed
752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL 2021: Entry free discussion and participants drafts on: March 07, 2021, 08:35:59 PM
It seems having an alternative payment method is public demand now, I understand it's practical too. So, I will have an LTC address which will be a temp address. Once all payments are received then I will transfer the LTC to any exchange and convert them into BTC at the rate on that day.

Hope this way we will be able to take care of the high fees issue.

Why LTC and not USDT on TRC20? I believe it is very feasible to use USDT over LTC and even keep it in USDT only till the tournament ends? Because if (and only if) the price of BTC falls down a lot (like 50% or more if a bearish retracement takes place under the effect of bubble burst scenario), I believe that the prize money will be halved down and maybe even less. I know that I was the one who said that we are here for excitement and not the prize money only but what if the value of BTC suddenly crashes? We're already witnessing some high-end retracements which might not be good for the prize money.
753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL 2021: Entry free discussion and participants drafts on: March 06, 2021, 06:22:26 PM
Interested in joining as IIRC I took that "free" spot that was given to me on behalf of efialtis who was one of the sponsors last time. I believe that if we manage to fund BTC0.0002-BTC0.0005, then it will bring the total to around BTC0.004-BTC0.01 if 20 participants are gathered. Rest, if you'd allow more sponsors, then a good amount will be collected and I believe that the prize money is least desired when it's about gambling over IPL because the excitement is what we're all here about.

--snip--

Furthermore the withdrawal fees is a debatable thing, because while small gamblers like you and me would like it, but due to the fact that they cover the withdrawal fees I feel that they’re justified in keeping it to 0.004 BTC.

I highly agree that when they cover the fees, it's highly justifiable on their end to keep the withdrawal amount high and that's the only reason I admire them, but you know? What's wrong in asking?  Tongue
What if they consider my request and some day in near future, they decide to lower the withdrawal amount too? Will be a win-win for us. Wink
755  Economy / Gambling / Re: "The Maharaja of Bitcointalk" Sports Bettors/Tipster Competition 🏆Free entry🏆 on: March 06, 2021, 05:26:07 PM
All I will be looking at are pre-match bets that are shared via screenshots before the match starts. You can cash out the bet if you are uncertain during the live event. I can't stop you from doing that. You wont be allowed to delete your screenshots though and once posted, the bet will be counted towards your ROI.

You mean, if I place a bet and send you a screenshot of the same with specific odds but cash it out in between and the game ends in a loss (I mean the game doesn't end in my favor after my cashout), you'll not consider my cashout as something won (ROE in general) and will consider it a loss, am I correct?

I have never heard of the word "Maharaja" actually.

It's an ancient word used for "Kings" who used to rule during their reigns in India.
756  Economy / Gambling / Re: "The Maharaja of Bitcointalk" Sports Bettors/Tipster Competition 🏆Free entry🏆 on: March 05, 2021, 09:15:04 PM
Are cashouts allowed in this tournament? Or do we need to hold the bet till it is either won or lost? I think that when it's all about ROE, Cashout option will be very helpful and can add some extra spiciness to the challenge as only a few people here know about how to effectively use this Cashout thing in their favor. If their odds were 2.1 or more during the game and then, there are just a few minutes remaining, why not just cash it out while also taking a snapshot of the same and send it to you, so you will know the % of.profits that took place in that bet.
757  Economy / Speculation / Re: A 70% Drop May Occur after BTC Hitting Around $68,700 on: March 05, 2021, 08:59:45 PM
@OP, I agree to the fact that a huge corrective drop is awaiting to take place in BTC once it reaches a new ATH above $63k (not your price but I saw it on the charts with higher possibilities of BTC reaching over there and then starting to dump).

But me agreeing to this has some limitations:
- BTC possibly won't crash over 50% (which means it won't be less than $25k)
- It will remain range-bound for some time and then, slowly recover
758  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: March 05, 2021, 06:08:11 PM
Feeling great to see that FortuneJack is doing their best in keeping their customers happy. Being a player at FJ, it makes me feel pride and honor while playing here. There's just one thing that I believe I must put in front of you guys, that may have been conveyed already before. It's about the minimum withdrawal, I know that FortuneJack is a classic website with cream gamblers and always wants them to play more at the site to withdraw big. But won't it be great if you'd reduce it to BTC0.001 - BTC0.002 in order to let small gamblers like us take more advantage of this site?
759  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Caution: Don't get carried away by social media vibes while trading on: March 04, 2021, 10:24:31 PM
@OP while you said it, I'd also like to remind you of Elon Musk's non-sense yet highly followed tweets which took BTC "to da moon" and then dropped it back "to the ground" just because at the beginning, he announced of his BTC holdings through SEC, and later on when he "probably" would have sold all his BTC already, started playing tricks with average investors and trying to scare them of the markets by saying that BTC seems to be a bit overvalued. Tell me what the hell is that? Still, these foolish investors follow him just because he got success in least time through Tesla and SpaceX.
760  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: March 04, 2021, 09:45:26 PM
we are already starting to contain this virus as the world starts rolling-out the vaccine. we dont need this to continue. a lot of people already opened up themselves to crypto owed to lockdown last year. thats more than enough for the humanity.
and up until now, people or institutions are continuing to recognise the capability of btc or crypto. companies are starting to integrate crypto in their payment system. so yeah, we dont need this virus to continue wreaking havoc to the humanity

Agreed, but you can't disagree to the fact that the need to shift to a different asset class to store our money (for the unknown ones who didn't knew about crypto before this pandemic) took place when they saw that now, even cash (Fiat paper money) cannot be kept handy because every country was forced to implement some level of digitalization of money which drew people's attention to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and made them believe that if they'll keep their fiat money digitally stored in their bank accounts, it'll still be the same amount even after 10 years but that's not the case with cryptocurrencies because while being a store of value, crypto's high-edged volatility gives us an opportunity to let our money grow while being put inside a chip or few chunks of crypto.
