From: Warriors PR @WarriorsPR

Warriors list Thompson, Iguodala as questionable for Game 5

Quote
Injury report for tomorrow night's Game 5 at Houston: Andre Iguodala (left lateral leg contusion) & Klay Thompson (left knee strain) are questionable. Patrick McCaw (lumbar spine contusion) is out.
Still questionable and Warrior fans would definitely be worried if those players would be out of the game Klay and Andre do have contribution in the team and if on game 5 where these players arent able to play then i do already expect on the outcome.

Comment on game 5 with Cavs and Celts the pressure would really be felt for the cavs because they do know this would be the elimination and they should push it through game 6. Lebron wont easily the opposing team to win and we know the history when it comes to game 7.

Those 2 is part of the core team so them not playing will have a greater impact on the team psychologically. And the collapsed on Warriors last game is also a big factor, but I do hope they bounce back so that we can see a Game 7.

Definitely the pressure will be on Cavaliers. James need another monster game but I'm sure that Celtics specially Tatum's performance will put a good fight once again. Looks like James is showing fatigue so we don't know if he can really sustained this kind of phase and be able to lift Cavaliers again to the Finals.
8002  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: We had big three buying oportunities in last 6 months ! on: May 24, 2018, 09:53:12 PM
1. First one was 6th February. (BTC around $5800 and market cap around 280b)
2.Second one was around April first week. (BTC around $6500 andmarket cap around 255b)
3. Third one "now". I think this is another opportunity who missed last two. I think we can see the price around ($6800 to $7100, just my opinion)

Good news that, we are making lower high each of these stages. One day chart shows we do not have much momentum to deep much lower.
You might be true, and you might be wrong, that is the thing with the market you don't know when its gonna change, today it could be 7500$ and tomorrow it could jump to 10k, so you might think it might be right to just wait for the price to go down again but the market could take by surprise and leave you regretting, so the sooner you buy the better for you, because at the end of the road you will always get profit on the long run.

That's why I don't believed in waiting for the price to really bottom before purchasing bitcoin. If you really wanted to join cryptocurrency and be an investor specially in bitcoin then you can buy anything and if a better opportunity presents itself then take advantage of it if not then at least you already has purchased it.

I still remember such incident and I read a lot of members believing that bitcoin can still go bottom, but alas, the next 24 hours was a sudden pump and the price increases by $1K. That was last year and it was a valuable lesson that everyone should really enter the sooner because we really don't know the price and sentiments of the investors. Better to accumulate early if you can.
8003  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Moving towards 6000$ on: May 23, 2018, 11:58:42 PM
The price of bitcoin is going down and it has crashed whole market. There is almost 10% decrease in price in last 24 hours and still going down. What is your opinion about this decline?? Will it be going more down towards 6000$ or it will stop at 7000$.

For me its not just the crypto who has gone down in the last 24 hours and Nasdaq and Dow Jones are just up by less than 1%. So its global and let's not isolate crypto market in general. My opinion about decline, it will be short live and I don't think that will go down below $7K. When everything has settled down in the next 2-3 days, the price could go up again in the $8K level.

Something must have triggered this crypto bloodbath again (manipulation?), but I have a feeling that it will not go on another 72 hours without making a break out run again.
8004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Mental Responses That Will Make You Lose Money on: May 23, 2018, 11:28:15 PM
I believe a better explanation to this is summed up in what you give you receive. The universe only gives you what you think, so if you go to a casino and think oh well I'm gonna loose but let's try chances are you'll loose. However if you go in with this affirmation today I'll win and I'm in the winning league then you see it'll happen. Give out positive affirmations and it'll work like a charm.

True mate. I believe that our ming is more powerful than our body. What our mind is thinking would definitely takes control of what will happen in the end. That is why if we do something big like if we want to go to a casino or even in online games, we should always think positive and always think that this is our lucky day. Positive thinking can help us with our strategy in life not just in gambling. I have been there and done that and honestly it really works for me.

Right, and if you think that you are mentally tough and have the correct mindset before entering a casino, then you are wrong. Because one you are loosing, everything changes, and the more you want to quit and just go home and not chase your losses, the more you are suckered it.

I don't know about positive thinking though, it is still based on pure luck and for me no amount of positive thinking will change the roll of the dice or the outcome of the game.

You just have to be prepared for the worst when you enter thee gambling world. Most of the time it breaks people and we know what the worst thing that can happen to us.
8005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Huge potential earnings in bitcoin, still not interesting for others on: May 23, 2018, 10:59:17 PM
As i began my journey through the world of cryptocurrency, it comes to my mind why other people are just ignoring the opportunities that bitcoin gives..

Can you give me some reasons why it's not that interesting for others?

Reasons that I can think of:

1. Fear of the unknown
2. Its not physical
3. Too complicated
4. Risky
5. Government bans and regulations
6. Used for illegal activities

There are other reasons though. I also given up telling crypto to my friends and even families. But when they saw me making a lifestyle change and asking where do I get all my money from, I simply said bitcoin. If they still haven't got the message, then its their lost not mine. hehehehe.
8006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: May 23, 2018, 10:44:48 PM
in my country gambling is ilegal
if traditional gambling can problem is law
so iam prefered online gambling

So if gambling is illegal in your country then why are you playing online still? Looks like you are trying to get away thru online gambling but sooner or later you will be caught. So better stop otherwise you will be on trouble.

I'm still a landbased casino guy though, will prefer to travel even alone (much better with friends though). Don't get me wrong, I also play online, but it doesn't gave me the excitement or frustrations that a traditional casino does. And most of the time, crappy internet leads me to really go out and play on those big casino's here.
8007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2018-05-23]Altcoin Verge Hacked For Second Time In Two Months, Around $1.4 Mln on: May 23, 2018, 09:50:41 PM
It is already clear that it is a terrible project. The fact that it is so well valued only shows that the market is completely irrational. I hope this token does the same Bitconect path. Which is moving toward zero.

Well it they didn't scale and update their code then consider them dead in the next couple of months. XVG has been enjoying a good run until the hacks started and investors losing their faith on the coin, and when they are about to gain steam the hackers attack again.

Maybe the devs doesn't care of that the hackers are really that good to found another exploit that causes another attack in two months. I don't have investment in XVG, but for those holders, this is another big blow and will cause headaches to the already struggling market and worsening situation.
8008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas casino workers may strike for first time in decades on: May 23, 2018, 09:29:46 PM
Las Vegas is a drop in the ocean compared to Macau by the way  Grin Macau is the gambling capital of the world.

But for Europeans and other high rollers on the other side of the planet, Las Vegas is their destination for many years and Macau has been in the limelight recently.

So its either gamblers stateside will, go to New Jersey or experiment this so called crypto online gambling. If most of them, choose  the latter, then its going to help crypto go the next level. So early to say though, but lets hope that this will bring fresh blood to pump the market for the purpose of gambling.
8009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: May 22, 2018, 08:10:45 PM
So.... how much have you win or loss gambling ?? And what did you stake ?
I've lost about $60 so far but im planning to win it back. Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.
A saying well said, however i still need to learn it since my greed is my downfall. Guys and girls
how much money have you made or lost gambling ? Any pointers or warnings ?

I also gamble but I discipline and control myself so that I will not lose so much money. Learn to stop when you know that it is not your lucky day or whe you already lose alot of money. There is always another day so do not play like there is no tomorrow. You know that not all gambling is not about strategy or technique but luck. Gambling is profitable but not always.

Damn it. I was already on the losing side, but able to recover my .035 BTC bank roll but I didn't stop and continue to play and sadly I quickly and decided to quit with just .006 BTC. I should have stop when I was able to recover everything with just 4 spins.

Anyways, consider it another string of bad luck, I guess I'm greedy and wasn't able to control my emotions again. I was really thinking of quitting but thinking that I can double it again was a worst decision.
8010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 22, 2018, 07:42:42 PM
Another good win by the Cavaliers in game 4, now the series is even and I think the cavaliers have a chance to pull out a win on the road.
If that will happen, they can easily celebrate in 6 as they are playing at home where they dominated the Celtics, I would say now that Celtics are exposed.
Even in the start of the playoffs, many including me are expecting for the Cavs to win in this series against the Celtics. Even though the Cavs are down 0-2 in the first two games, we know that the Cavs roster have the most experienced players when it regards to Celtics when it comes to playoffs. If the Cavs will win again on the road, I believe we can see a part 4 between the Cavs and the Warriors. If the Celtics managed to make an escape and win the series against the Cavs, there is a higher chance for the Warriors to win because they will outplay only this young Celtics.

So it looks like a win-win situation for Golden State then? Whoever they face (Cavs or Celtics) they have a high chance of defeating them and earn back to back championships. But let's see, they have to finish off the Rockets and Harden and secure the finals slot in the West side.

As for the Cavs vs Celtics, Boston may have been exposed but I'm sure that young Celts will get a hard time for Lebron. He will have to earn every win because they are going back to the Celtics homecourt which we all knew is very important in this series. If they able to pull one on the road then I don't see them losing in Game 6.
8011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Kucoin's trading volume is very low? on: May 21, 2018, 09:19:30 PM
I think while there is binance, those exchanges have no chance except decentralized ones because they don't bring many differences but decentralized exchanges especially oax can gain dominance.

Binance already set the bar high, superb support, quick actions against potential threat that's why they are number 1 right now. So its up to other exchanges to catch up.

Kucoin is one of the best new exchanges and is moving up the ranks quite quickly. Just a few months ago it was around 45 and now you can see it has moved up to 38. I think it will go into the top 20 this year, lots of good coins and a reliable safe exchange to trade coins in.

If that is the case then good for them. It's a sign that they are gaining the trust of the traders but it will take some time to have trading volumes increases. As others have said, it's not a overnight process. Although I have one bad experience against them, but I think its a isolated case.
8012  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-20] Last Week in Crypto on: May 21, 2018, 08:56:45 PM
Paypal Claims Bitcoin Price too Volatile for Merchants: The bitcoin price is too volatile to make it a useful payment tool for merchants, PayPal CFO John Rainey claimed in a recent interview. He joins a long line of Paypal executives who have bashed cryptocurrencies.

Well this is actually very true.
It's not good for business if you need to correct the prices for of your merchandise every day.

Well it might be true but I'm not surprise at all because they see Bitcoin as main competitor so it makes sense to hear this kind of argument. But there are ways to mitigate risk by having a global payment service provider if you wanted to accept bitcoin as payment method.

The previous week really shows us though that predicting bitcoin is very difficult. Everyone thought that the consensus week will be a big boost however, we still suffer losses during and after the conference.

As for the continued crypto ad bans by social media giants, I haven't see any significant effect though.

So I would say that we are still on-track to get to 5 digits very soon.
8013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 21, 2018, 08:37:31 PM
It was definitely not meant to be for Zverev after he lost out to Rafael Nadal by 2-1 losing 6-1 1-6 and 6-3. This win ended up with Nadal retaking the No.1 position from Federer after this win against Zverev.

Zverev actually surprised me with the level of tennis against Nadal today. You don't see Nadal loosing a set 6:1 on clay very often. Zverev was up 3:1 in final set as well before rain delay. If there hasn't been a delay I think Zverev would have won this one, he had Nadal on the ropes. This way, after a break of more than 1 hour all the fatigue from 3 weeks of playing tennis every day probably kicked in and Nadal used his chance to win another master.

Congrats to Nadal and I expect another meeting between these two on Roland Garros.

I agree with you that I think Zverev would have won if it wasn't for this rain delay as he had all the momentum and Nadal looked down for the count. It does show though that Zverev can match it with the best on clay and that is why I give him a high chance at upstaging Nadal in the French Open. I'm going to put a small amount of money on Zverev to win the Open even though Nadal will most likely win but his odds don't offer much value.

I agree as well, he has all the momentum going and I'm sure that those watching thought that he will bet Nadal, however, it wasn't meant to be as the rain delay chance the complexion of the game, he lost his momentum and Nadal took over because of his experience.

Yes, I'm sure that when the betting line opens for the French Open, Zverev's odd will offer us a good value and we won't regret betting on him so we might as go and take the chance.
8014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran And Russia Considers Using Cryptocurrency to avoid US Bank! on: May 21, 2018, 08:14:21 PM
Include Venezuela as well, with their beloved Petro. And there are reports that Russia and Venezuela are already using Petro to trade with one another and up to this time, I still believed that Russian has one of the biggest investors in Petro coins.

I don't think that it has significant effect on the market though, as I'm not fully aware that they are offering it publicly (correct me If I'm wrong), and I haven't seen Petro/BTC pairing up to now. Although it might be traded on Venezuela's local exchanges. Another worth mentioning though is in essence its not a true crypto, because its a centralize coin, backed by oil reserves. But it will be trend in the long run specially countries who are under heavy sanctions from the West but has a lot of oil reserves like Iran.
8015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP 2018? on: May 21, 2018, 07:51:42 PM
@yoseph, @tomahawk9, I heard that the only reason Martinez doesn't like Nainggollan is that Radja smokes. If it's truth, I think the decision to not select him is twice stupider as it could be in compare with the cases like Deschamps vs Benzema or Sampaoli vs Icardi.

Jep, Martinez is not really found of Radja, which is why he didn't select them. Stupid choice as Naingolan can really make the difference.
What I also don't understand why they prolonged the contract of Martinez, he is not really the best coach for Belgium.

Been asked many times as well since 2016. Lol. And that one of the weirdest decisions that I ever seen in recent memories.

However, that stage is step and let's see if he is really going to help the Belgian team. I just hope though that Belgian Federation has made the right choice though, because for me extending him for another 2 year coaching stint is a mistake.
8016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My country banned bitcoin. What I can do ? on: May 21, 2018, 12:21:03 AM
I love bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I feel more comfortable doing so and will do whatever that I can to support it. Now tell me how can I work with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? Although it is illegal in my country.

Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.

If its a total hammer ban then it will be very tough for you to continue because I'm sure that they are putting a tougher fines or even jail time if they found you guilty of bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading. Someone suggested that you move to a crypto friendly nation, but I will assume that is out of the question.

My country still supports crypto so I don't really have the answer except offer some suggestions. To circumvent the ban, maybe you can used Tor or VPN to continue to do trading. But you know that the risk is there so just be careful. Or just continue to accumulate as much bitcoin as you can and maybe one day your government will make a sudden U-turn and accepts it.
8017  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy Token When Bounty Hunters Sell They Coins on: May 20, 2018, 11:59:19 PM
Hello guys, I hope you all have a nice day. Wink
in this year a lot of ICO projects that make Bounty Campaign, When ICO successful and has been listed in the market, Most bounty hunter immediately sell all coins they have.

Yes, this is usually practice by most bounty hunters because its pretty obvious that they are just in for the money. Plus they have worked hard for months just to get their rewards, so they immediately sell their tokens without looking at long term.

This causes the price of a token to fall even away from the ICO price.
Have you taken advantage of this moment, guys? I think its moment is a good time to buy a token with a cheap price. how about you?
very happy to hear your experience about that. Wink

No I haven't taken advantage of the situation. Maybe it really depends on what ICO ended and bounty hunters dumping it. But its going to hard to pick a Gem here, usually after a dump, the coin will suddenly be forgotten, but least assume that the devs are very active, it will took months before something comes up, so if you are willing to hold and have patience then you can do it, however, the questions remains what coins it will be?
8018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits of gambling? Yes - it exists! on: May 20, 2018, 11:32:30 PM
To be honest, our society is still divided regarding gambling but we have like 3 big casino's and some minor one and even lotteries which "gives" a lot of money to our government to help them build projects like infrastructures (highways, roads etc).

In a sense, it has benefits, but my only problem is that I can't feel any significant changes as reports keeps coming in that the money just goes to the pocket of corrupt government officials. So as far as I'm concern, yes there could be benefits, but I do hope that our governments really used the funds from gambling to help alleviate peoples lives in our country.
8019  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-20] Cryptocurrency is Property in Russia, Justice Minister Confirms on: May 20, 2018, 11:07:30 PM
We will have to be a little careful here - it is the justice minister who has given this confirmation. In many countries, for taxation purposes, classification of assets could differ. The positive aspect is that there is no doubt about the status of cryptocurrencies (legal / illegal) given this statement by the Justice Minister.

And maybe the next day we will see other government officials claiming the contrary. That's how Russia is as far as crypto currency is concern and thus we really don't know if they are crypto friendly as they are trying to portray at or just riding the popularity and at the end will put tighter regulations or even the ban hammer.

That's why I don't trust them, well in terms of their release statement. Because in the past it seems that someone will be friendly at crypto and then the next day other big shot Russia government officials claim otherwise.
8020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 20, 2018, 10:46:15 PM

Remember what I said here. Celtics in 4.

Ok, I have to comeback to this post for celebrating too early and understimating the Cavs that the Celts could potentialy sweep them.
Well, game 3 was a blow out. I can see why Kevin and Lebron still managed to joke and laugh around the press after the game 2 loss.
I hope Cavs will win again in game 4 , to take back what I lost in game 1 and 2 lol.

Looks like Lebron got mad to his team for leaning on him too much and look what happened. They all created their shots and got a good defense now.
That is how Cavs play and not thay Game 1 and 2. They have been ridicously calm that 2 games after a sweep in Toronto.

This will be a good game for game 4. Let us see how Celtics will answer that rampage that was done by the Cavs.

I'm sure that Game 4 will be different though. This time it will be physical as both them wanted to get the win and it will be closer and probably go into overtime if needed.

Well, Lebron got mad at this team mates and its good that they responded and put a good offense and defense to slow the Celtics.  For sure its time for Celtics to make the adjustments, but there are going to play in Lebron's back yard so it will be very hard to get a win. I see Cavs tying the series in Game 4 and will be the most exciting game so far.
