Do DASH have comprehensive plans for ASIAN countries such as Japan and South Korea that will stimulate mass adoption and foster a digital revolution that includes it as it main protagonist?
Not yet, if I have not missed something relates to the community expansion strategy of DASH. Anyway, you should wait for official reply from DASH team.
It is terrible for Venezuelian locals with the nation's blackout crisis. Venezuelan bolivar notes are now useful only for making handicraft gifts

This is such a difference when bounty manager is nice, cultural, polite, can say thank you and sorry, admits mistakes and is helpful.
It's the point. Our beloved manager always open-minded to PMs, and very kindly answers questions, complaints from participants or applicants. In general, he is a very kind-hearted one. Of course, never should bother managers, not only Hhampuz, if we don't have serious things to make a contact. I thank to Hhampuz for giving me chance to participate in your campaign.

It is too general message. There are three possible reasons, as the message shown: - sending personal messages (and got reported). - Spamming. - Plagiarising. So, no one knows the real reasons if simply read the message. Let's wait for comments of other prestigious, skilled users.

Permanent bans usually can not come back. On the case of Limx Dev, I just felt curious that the BitSend project has run its weekly airdrops for years, not from recent days, recent months. So, it's too strange to see he/ she just got permanent ban recently. Which kinds of problems led to the ban recently? - Forum rules changed/ adjusted - His/ her violation for years, but still recently found. 15. No on-forum altcoin giveaways. [6][e]
Most giveaway threads are no longer allowed in the Alternate cryptocurrencies sections. From now on, posting or replying to such threads could result in being banned. Existing threads will be locked.
Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.
Similar threads are already restricted to Games and Rounds in the non-altcoin sections, but the giveaway-related post volume is so high in the altcoin sections that I've decided to just ban them entirely here.
Anyone can confirm reasons for the case. Thank you.

Why not tracing back to the first topic of @satoshi, there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5.0Welcome to the new Bitcoin forum!
At first, the forum created only for bitcoin.
I like your ideas, @suchmoon. BT will not have risks to be overlapped by any tokens, altcoins, I think.

A STORY OF A SELF-MADE SENIOR MEMBER Welcome all to my topic, Today, I will tell you my second story and give you some advice (if you not need them, just skip) for your later time spent in the forum. More than one year ago, I felt like I will never hit the Full Member finish line, but I actually hit that line on December 13, 2018, or even some days sooner, I don't remember. I felt happily when I hit that line. After that, I move my next finish line to Senior Member rank, and felt that journey will take around one more year. Amazingly when after around 3 months (a little bit more than 3 months later), I hit the line. Congratulations myself to become a new self-made Senior Member. It is important to take a note here, do you see the image below? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FYQfq8S8.png&t=663&c=0NOk3Lwh79Mkgw) My activity count is 406, and my merit points is 258. With the old ranking system, to hit Senior Memer line, you should have 250 activity count. So, the ratio between my current activity count / the required activity count of old ranking system for Sr. member is: ~ 1.6, it means that to hit the same line (Sr. member) I need to spend around 60 percent more time. Personally, it's not too hard, not too long. It's acceptable, I thought. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) To be honest with you all, I did not imagine that I could be promoted to a Senior Member within only three months. It is a big, very big shocking journey for myself. Now, my story stopped there, and I will start giving you some advice if you want to move up with merit challenge. To promote with merit system and new rank requirements, you should do following things. (1) Never begging for meritsReasons:- Doing this will highly result in Red Trust, it is just the matter of time. Sooner or later, if you keep begging for merits, you will get Red Trust, certainly. - Doing this don't help you to improve yourself. In long-term journey in the forum, it's not good for you, generally. (2) Spending most of your time to read and learnOnly start composing your posts when you have something extremely constructive to discussions, topics. Reasons:- You are noobs, newbies (lack of knowledge, and experience), so what you think are constructive most likely unconstructive in reality. - When you actually have reasons to start composing your posts, after finishing it, please re-read again and again to check that your posts are good in grammar, vocabularies, and good enough to express most of your ideas. I wrote most of your ideas because sometimes it is difficult for non-native English speakers to write down and completely express ideas by words. It's a challenge for non-native English speakers, who don't have English as their mother tongue. (3) Never copy and paste without links to sources, or without quotesReasons:- It is plagiarism, and punishments on plagiarism is kind of strictest ones in the forum. Plagiarists who got permanent bans almost won't be allowed to come back. There are new changes by @theymos, that allow perma-banned users give proofs, evidence of their contributions to the forum to come back. But, the probabilty to have second chance is very very low. There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.
If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.
You should not expect that chance when perma-banned due to plagiarism. - How to insert quote, please look at the image. It is very easy, click on the quote button at the upper corner on the right side of each post you want to quote. You need statistics on perma-banned users due to plagiarisms? There you go: How many banned users have you merited? (by LoyceV) (4) Never mind of bounties, campaigns when you are noobsReasons:- Campaigns are there, open then close, then others open and close, from time to time. You should never worry that you miss this chance, that chance, this campaign, that campaign, something like this. It is the same as merits. Lots of users complain that merits are rare, I can not get merits due to it is rare. Nope, merits (more exactly, sMerits - sendable merits) are available, everywhere in the forum. There are so many merit sources, normal users, who have lots of sMerits readily to send out. They kept them partially due to quality posts are rare, not sMerits. - Instead of paying too much attention, and time on hunting for bounties, especially bounties that have easy rules and joinable for low rank users; you should start learning, reading, and build up your accounts. When you hit your finish lines, it's time for you to seriously think of joining bounties. (5) Learn from inspirational stories. Learn from merited users, topics, postsReading and learning from most merited users, and most merited topics, posts are one of the best way to improve your post quality, coherence and cohesion when you compose your posts, topics. I have a topic on: Inspirational stories from self-made promoted users(6) Spend your time to improve your English, especially Reading and Writing skillsReasons:- If you can not read posts or topic in English well, can not get ideas of posts' / topics' authors, it means that you have nothing to do in the forum. Remember that you have to get their ideas well enough to not misunderstand their core ideas. - Next, after reading good enough to catch authors' ideas, it is time for you to express your own ideas in case you have something to ask for help, something to discuss, or something meaningful to help others. This is the time you need to have good enough Writing skill. This is why I mentioned you should improve your English skills, step by step, from Reading to Writing. Of course, you can improve both skills simultaneously. The forum is the place almost solely for discussions via Reading and Writing. You can find available sources for English learning in the References at the end of this OP. (7) Don't pay your attention on post-length (Ideas that I took from theymos' Writing a welcome message) If you make ten thousand posts in a week, your activity will be capped and you will still be a Newbie. If you make ten thousand useless posts over any period of time, you will gain zero merit and you will still be a Newbie. You can rank up only by making good posts consistently. It's quality over quantity.
When trying to write quality posts, a lot of people act as though they're writing a book report for school: putting facts that we already know into their own words. Nobody wants to read that, and you will not get merit for it. Moreover, the length of your post and the quality of your English are only minor factors. In trying to write a quality post worthy of merit, you should offer new ideas, personal experiences, or perspectives that other forum users will actually find new and interesting.
Remember that promoting with merit system is a challenge, but you can do make it. And, when got promoted, you are different, different from airdroped users at the same rank. It means you will become more competitive when applying to join campaigns. Now, let's get started with your own journey that lead to your finish lines! References:The most fundamental list of guides, that you should spend most of your time to read. Those guides are helpful not only for promotions, but also for your crypto lives in general. Totally agreed with you. From what I've seen, "BTT" is only used by clueless bounty spammers. Real users refer to the site as BCT or just Bitcointalk if you're not too lazy to type ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) That is what we should name bitcointalk in abbreviation, BCT. BitCoinTalk - BCT
Honestly, I have read some bounty topic, that mentioned about BTT, or even in telegram or Discord channels. At that time, around more than one year ago, I did not know what it means, honestly. As @LoyceV pointed out, it tend to be used as BTT by lazy scammers, who even don't care which kind of forum they join to spread their scam projects out. One more thing, when abbreviation BCT use, we should use it as BCT forum to avoid misunderstanding with any kind of tokens, altcoins launched later. Real crypto enthusiasts will easily known what BCT forum means.

Dash is starting to see the first signs of mainstream adoption in Venezuela and Colombia (Latin America) ( https://discoverdash.com/stats/) and just keeps expanding with integrations throughout the 2018/2019 bearmarket. The last two year expansions of DASH communities in Latin American nations are very potential contributive components for next bull run of DASH. I felt like the locals there widely accepted digital assets, including DASH, and when all blackouts go away in the future, recoveries occur, DASH will got significant boosting forces from those nations and digital asset enthusiasts there. I think that DASH project decided smartly to determinantly maintain expansion efforts there.

1miau, You known which things I like at most? It seems that you updated the OP, contents and chronological orders of the list. I like the update, such as list of topics published in 2018, in 2019, and so on. I remembered that the first time you published the OP, lists have not been order in chronological oder like current OP version, right?
Anyway, I appreciated your works, then you successfully stole 1 sMerits from me, fella.

Hi @nutildah, I did not check, but I believe that if you do double check, those two list might partially fit each other. How many banned users have you merited? Those banned users have high odds of deleted posts/ topics due to spams, plagiarisms. Top users sent their sMerits to users who got banned later are most likely appeared in your list of top sMerits senders to deleted topics/ posts.
By the way, would you mind to edit the topic title a little bit? Who sent sMerits to Deleted topics/ posts the most times
It is better, and more correctly due to only sMerits (sendable merits) can be sent, right?

Hey, @cabalism13. You took my advice, and designed new ones with green-colored theme. They all looks better than previous ones. Congratulations for your good works, 1 sMerits come to you, from me.

I will now consider posts that were written up until 31 January 2019. 3. Your posts had to be written before 31/01/2019. Any posts after this date will not be considered.
Let me guess, @Pmalek. You changed rule on the published day of posts to consider applying posts to reduce risks of sending your sMerits to wrong candidates. By saying wrong candidates, I meant those ones who made pseudo constructive posts recently, then applied to try stealing your sMerits away. Looking at their past posts (months ago) is one of best approach to screen all pseudo-constructive candidates in your challenge. Recent weeks, @LoyceV and someone else found that there are dramatical amount of Newbies and Junior Members received sMerits got banned later. Most of them due to plagiarism violations. There: How many banned users have you merited?
In summary, I totally support your latest rule changes.

I believe that even the campaign is in testing phase (one-week test first), and give low payment rates, it will show positive changes in the way users from Africa continents compose, and publish their posts/ topics next weeks, at least one. The payment rates are low, for someone who come from developed nations, but in African nations, I think it makes sense for locals there. Additionally, it gives them motivations to grow up faster with decent posts and constructive topics.
Campaigns are always there, they opened and close from time to time, and chances to join high payment-rate campaigns are opened for everyone. Let's grow up, improve your quality, your contributions, build up your accounts, sometimes you can join highly payment-rate campaigns for sure, African users. As you can see within recent weeks, there are some good paid campaigns opened, but there is no chance for airdropped higher rank users to join. Those campaigns' managers tend to accept self-made users. I think that the forum has jumped into new era, the era of self-made users. Higher rank users will only be able to join shitty campaigns, if they even can not earn 5, 10, or 20 merits more than one year after the merit system's birthday.
You made good initiatives to design avatars for the campaign, I appreciated your contributions to @CryptopreneurBrainboss's campaign. However, I have small suggestion for you. Due to the reality that signatures of the campaign tend to use Green-colored theme, so I thought that it should be better for the campaign in general if it can stick to basic Green-colored theme, for both signatures and avatar.
In short, I think it should be better if you spend a bit of time to re-design the avatar to switch its theme to Green-colored. Additionally, Africans tend to prefer bright colors, like Green, Red, Yellow, so why not redesign both signature and avatar with main colors are Red and Yellow, that are closer to the background of safaris, that are familiar with Africans? If not Green, so why not try with Red, and Yellow? Of course, let's wait to see the opinion of the OP. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

In most cases, block reward halvings often cause short-term increases of price. In most cases, the effects come from block reward halvings tend to not stable and not last for too long. They are likely instant or temporary effects on price due to over optimistic feelings and FOMO of investors at some points of time after halving events.
Don't mention about halving, in long term aspect I still thought that GINcoin is one of the most deserved altcoins to spend money to invest. The project built up good masternode hosting service, and has been one of the largest more than one year since the beginning of Gincoin project. Nevertheless, it's always safer to not all-in invest, should spread capital around to other projects, not only Gincoin.
Agreed with you that GINcoin has been under valued ATM, especially if we look at its chart and compare current price with its all time high months ago. Gin seems undervalued to me. looks like a x2-x10 bag from here

Hello @Nikisa, Rank icons contain url link, is it safe and does not violate one of forum rules? This one: Additionally, is the site that the URL link leads to safely? I don't see reason to add URL link on the Rank Icons, so you should remove them all and requires posters in the topic use new template does not contain URL link for their next reports on new ranked up users.

Hi @iasenko,
I have a question, which criteria to identify spambuster in your club? Some weeks, I appeared in your list, and not only me, some weeks even @LoyceV appeared in your club too.
Do you identify spambuster through post per minute rate or something like this?
