POS is going to require a fork anyway - why not get rid of digishield while you're at it - the coin is laughable when it comes to mining - the problems introduced by digishield (great idea gone awry) have left the coin un-minable and 80% of the coins are yet to be mined. You are proposing to make the coin into two coins? If it is open source you could do it yourself. |

What is the safest, lightweight NXT wallet out there?
I assume by "lightweight" you mean one that doesn't need to d/l the block chain. The only option currently is a web wallet. There are two "traditional" available (both are open source and do all signing locally): https://wallet.mynxt.info/https://nxtblocks.info/#walletBoth work well and are by trusted NXT community members. However, neither current supports the asset exchange. So, the third option is trade.secureae.com which is NXT wallet with the Asset Exchange from and center. Of course you can still just "send NXT" with it as well. If you currently have a NXT account you can sign in with your current password. What is does is combine Username & Password. So, what I do is just use the first 3 characters of my pass phrase as my username. Works Very well. They also have a Bitcoin gateway so you can "Deposit BTC" directly. Basically, they buy NXT and send it to your account. Enjoy. |

There were 5 tokens sold at that price overall. Relax, just some market manipulation. Why would anyone want to buy something at this price without knowing what it is? Or even knowing what it is?  I'm totally relaxed btw. But, there we actually trades, not just bid/asks. 5 sold/bought at 1000 NXT a piece, and 5 at 800 NXT. 5,000 NXT for me it quite a bit. Of course, for some whale, it's nothing. |

As you can see from the market data, IOS is a dying cause. I would not start an Android vs IOS quarrel, but from my experience more than 95% of my friends and the friend of my friends own an Android phone or something else rather than Apple. It would be wiser to focus on Android first if you really want to achieve mass adoption with this project.
Bwahahaha... your view is a bit myopic. Your personal observations not withstanding, iOS is far from "dying". Also, iOS users spend on average 4x more on apps. I'm sure that does much affect Gems, but it might. Apple took pre-orders for 4 million phones in the first 24 hours of preordering for the iPhone 6. --- Bottom line, for a serious app you have to be on both iOS and Android. |

Not this time. But don't step out of line again.  I know it would be more work to require people to send their tokens somewhere (to either Unity issuer or genesis) before they got their Unity. But, it would solve the problem of Token assets floating around. But, I do admit, it is a minor problem and will most affect those people that don't spend time on due diligence before buying an asset. |

On NXT AE, how will this be done? TOKEN will still exist after the UNITY dividend is paid or whatever mechanism is used, but it will have ~zero value. But there will presumably be buy orders open from people hoping to pick up a bargain and forgetting to close them after the deadline. At which point, lots of people will find they have bought TOKEN which can no longer be redeemed against UNITY.
My hope would be that an exchange is required and the Token assets are then burned. I agree, keeping the Token asset around opens up the opportunity for scammers. But surely it's not possible to burn assets that don't belong to you? James has indicated that TOKEN will stay around, and may retain some trading value as a novelty item. That suggests there might be immediate scam value at the point of conversion. Did you read my WHOLE message? Having an exchange required would cause additional difficulties. What happens to people who don't realize that they have to exchange (similar problem to what happens when people don't realize TOKEN is no longer worth anything.)? Also, it would involve a lot of doing exchanges by hand, given there are 1000 trades, that's a lot of work. Redeeming TOKEN for UNITY and making it not worth anything should be handled very carefully though. Maybe a few days without selling before the redeem date? It could be automated. Even by a "simple C" programmer. |

I bought my 52 BTCDs @0.01479063 BTC and I added some more @0.01270100 BTC. It'll really be losses if the price is still dropping down and wont rise back to the price I was bought. Now, I have to focus more in trading my ltc and Darkcoin to replenish my losses if the price wont rise.  Well, if you are going to day trade, that's how it goes. I am more of a value investor. |

Please explain me how do you want DDoS a decentral system ? The whole idea about crypto currency is that it is a decentral system not like the FIAT one. The only thing you can DDoS is Central Exchange system as far i know is Supernet part of NxT exchange system which is already decentral and leaves the Attackers no chance for them to do anything.
Of course it is possible. You flood the network with transactions. The network should be able to respond to this and black list the node doing this though. But, I can't take a sockpuppet account seriously. Be a man and post under you main account "youareanidiot" or whatever you name is. |

Looking forward to seeing some more 'Asset Issuer' Tokens listed for sale on the AE No need to wait. There is a sell order by the issuer of 5000 tokens. But, there are about 2400 tokens offered below issuer's price right now. Buy those... you will save a few NXT. |
