I just ordered a plant that is going to probably be on EVERY head shop shelf sometime in the next 5 years. It hits the CB1 receptor, and it is not Marijuana or Kava, but it can be used with Kava. And it has similar effects to Marijuana, they have been using it in West African Cuisine forever. They actually say it makes people happy and stimulates appetite... So, basically it gets you high. Lol

This plant contains Caryophyllene, even though some people say that it can only be found in Marijuana. And since it works like Marijuana, people could use it medically or recreationally in states where Marijuana is not legal, since this plant is. I am pretty sure it doesn't show up on a drug test, and again it can be mixed with Kava, so it could probably get to be super similar to marijuana if you did it right.

If you have a Nigerian store you can ask for some, I will tell everyone what they are when I get them. But for real, these are probably going to be at every headshop in America over the next few years. I can't believe that this has been hidden just because this spice has not been popular outside of Nigeria since the middle ages.

sounds good! i want to eat some west african cuisine.

Investing in Monero right now is like buying Bitcoin in 2010 -

No.  It's not.

Bitcoin was the only one of it's kind.  It invented cryptocurrency.  Monero is not inventing cryptocurrency for the first time - it's competing on a field of dozens of altcoins & several "anon coins"

Here's a FUD thread I created for it.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=783471.40

I agree XMR is the only interesting thing around right now.  But to state that it's "like investing in bitcoin in 2010" could just as easily be said for any altcoin.

It DOES have it's major pro's - but don't be blind.

*Disclaimer.  I'm a proud XMR owner & the only alt I care about outside of BTC (& LTC a little)

I suppose what I mean by that statement is that the risk involved in buying XMR right now is similar to buying BTC when it was $1. It could very well go to zero but the potential reward in my opinion is much greater than buying any other coin - crypto long term (1-4 years).

Monero. It's about as cheap as it will go right now!

I have been hearing a lot about Monero as well as worldcoin and I just don't know much about them. I'm not looking to make a fast buck but rather a alt that I may be able to hold onto for a long while. Do you think Monero would be a good option for a long term investment?

Well, for starters Monero is not a Bitcoin clone, it uses a completely different protocol called CryptoNote. Monero was only launched in April 2014, and is a fair coin with no premine. As such, development is in embryonic stages and it is not exactly ready for the masses. It offers several key features due to the use of ring signatures - unlinkable transactions, untraceable payments; the anonymity is baked in to the protocol.

With the coming BitLicense regulations I expect further reason for private liquidity such as this to coexist along with the transparent ledger of Bitcoin. Many early bitcoin devs and early adopters have shown interest in Monero such as Peter Todd and gmaxwell.

Investing in Monero right now is like buying Bitcoin in 2010 - you have to believe the infrastructure will be built up but the technological advantages are there.

action is really heating up in this auction for 10,000 Crypto Kingdom Gold!

there's only one day left until the auction ends, don't miss out. the price of Gold is skyrocketing!

edit: if you didn't know, XMR is the only way to pay. it's a great time to buy XMR.

"We do not know Ryan's current location, and he is unfortunately the only one with access to customer funds." - Mintpal, twitter.

https://twitter.com/MintPalExchange/status/523939006988701696

Ryan is probably on the run/cashing out. This is disgusting, everyone at Moolah.io needs to be prosecuted to the highest extent, I'm sure the other members knew better than to allow 1 guy access to the customer funds...They're probably all in on it.

Very hard to just take people at their word on the internet, but this definitely presents an alternate viewpoint: http://pastebin.com/VYpQ5CWA

The thing I don't get is.  How did Mintpals owners agree to sell mintpal to a shady character who was using stolen credit cards to host servers?

Say he used the money from the IPOs and mintpal sold for 750btc or whatever.   Why the hell was he using stolen credit cards to access his Web hosting servers if he had access to money?  If everything hinged on him getting access to those servers then why would he have risked pirated credit cards?

Perhaps they were not stolen CCs, but prepaid debit cards that had run out of value.

I took a short position in BTC last night.

Short -10 BTC.

Let's see how it plays out. Im expecting it to go to $200 and lower.

you should know that historically bitcoin has never dropped below the previous ATH of the last bubble. so in this instance that would be the april 2013 peak of $266. i highly doubt it will act differently this time.

I have yet to read through this entire thread although I have been curious about LD for some time.

This year I started taking a supplement called L-Dopa (velvet bean) and I was surprised to find that my dreams became much more vivid, although the effect decreases over time. I suggest DopaBean for anyone that is interested in heightening their LD potential.

Sorry for the delay. I have selected #4 from roslinpl for my signature!

Although there were many great submissions, unfortunately I can only choose one. I am not actually Iraqi myself so I have no real personal attachment to the Iraq flag - however I must give praise to dagi for his very impressive effort!

Roslinpl - please let me know your XMR or BTC address for payment.

One request - can you add a C so it says "© SADDAMBITCOIN"?

Ok guys I have chosen my favorite! It was a difficult decision because of all the impressive ideas here. The winner will be announced tomorrow, after I contact them to make just one tweak Smiley

Monero has lost 2 positions in the coinmarketcap in favor of cannabiscoin and nubits.

Something is wrong here
When they announced that they will peg CANN to a gram of cannibis ofc the price will rocket.

What would happen if "someone" announces that 1 XMR can be traded for 1 once of silver?

seriously I do not know what the F*** is wrong with this market - I am not in the cannabis business but how much does one gram cost 8$-12$?

this stuff is traded at 5 cents, with 90 Million Coins - I want to see the vendor who sells 90 million grams for 5 Million$.

This stuff simply does not make any sense at all.

Regarding xmr price - this is the price I expected to be around the buttom (in btc terms) in boring times of xmr - there will be less boring times ...

retail price of a gram of cannabis is more like $14-17 i think. who buys just a gram anyway?
