921  Economy / Gambling / Re: Thought's on many major fiat-crypto payment gateways ditching casino business's? on: August 25, 2023, 05:58:20 AM
Regulations is not up to moonpay, they must be following what is mandated to them also. There are other ways to make people buy crypto inorder for them to play in a casino, though its not very convenient I think will work for the new casinos coming to the competition.

If the new casino partners with exchanges or simply just use their affiliate link to sell crypto to gamblers, it will make the users smarter. Probably even avoid moonpay.
922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: August 25, 2023, 05:14:59 AM
^
Two huge fighters wanna be thr baddest in the world can only end in a knockout. It will be the biggest upset of the history if we see its Fury lying down the ground.

I will still not be shock if its Fury though. Each of them has the KO punch and now that Ngannou is training with Mike Tyson, we'll see how much can it contribute when its the style of Mike giving Ngannou the edge.
923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: August 25, 2023, 01:39:22 AM
Good interview by Trump given I think it helps his percentages to sidestep the melee of flailing moves by various candidates last evening.  I presumed he would just stay silent, clearly I wasn't thinking and he is more serious about the contest then I thought.    I do wonder if he will partake in any debate even at the end vs Biden and would Biden ever give him credence to allow such a debate;  now I think about it that wont occur.   The democrats will want Pence to run, someone more traditional and known to them that they counter act by his record.   Any thoughts on Vivek ?

Vivek is smart and becoming popular but he still doesn't match the popularity of Trump.
Watching the Tuckerson and Trump interview is already a win win for him. Campaign period doesn't start yet but Trump is killing it. Its no wonder they want him in a cell away from from internet. He don't even need a debate to win.

A debate will be aim to destroy him especially if the host are among the media who cruxifys him. He is not gonna be asked like whats the flavor of his icecream.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lessons Taken from Previous Bull Markets: How Will Your Approach Change? on: August 24, 2023, 06:10:03 PM
One lesson to learn is to sell all you have when the price reaches its peak because you don't wanna hold BTC and tokens where prices are going down for more than a year. It happens every after the bull market. I have to remind myself all the time that bears are going to keep selling until those who invest in the bull market dries up. Those who didn't sell during the last bull market and hold still to this very day I think understood how much was lost.
925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: August 24, 2023, 05:18:57 PM
there should be a higher adrenaline rush if using borrowed money. I know it's not recommended, because it will definitely be difficult for us to pay off the debt plus the interest. but some people must have tried extreme things. I have friends like that. Well, it was profitable at first, but when they lost, they had to endure how to pay off debts and how to support themselves.

And the ones who borrow money are extremely cautious in their betting otherwise a high consequence awaits. They will need to be very careful with how they bet and will find it necessary to win. I guess that is the secret to striving harder  Grin

The accounts that took a loan and never returned with the money are examples of what happened to those who were testing their adrenaline. But it must be satisfying to win a big amount while it comes from nothing.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Millionaire Remains Optimistic About DOGE Despite Significant Losses on: August 24, 2023, 04:31:14 PM

He was given council by Graham Stephan his fellow investors back when the value was still very high and his money was up to $3M but he was too hopeful that the bull run would continue.
He is right about it though but it seems like this is his first bear market experience in crypto so he wasn't expecting a $3M could dive down to $50K.

The bull run is coming though, all he just has to hope is that BTC halving could also make the doge price go up.
927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Responsible Sports Betting Shop Operations on: August 24, 2023, 02:37:44 PM
It is somehow very suspicious when in fact casinos do not mind whether a gambler shows signs of symptoms. They are after profit, except if they don't profit from him, however.

He may have to expect the operator to make him stop especially if he wins every time and they can request this personally after all it's an offline operator. $10 is just not worth it for them which they often lose while him winning consistently.
928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to verify license Numbers? on: August 24, 2023, 02:03:16 PM

I thought the Curacao license could be verified, I have seen casinos with such a license have a link going to their Curacao gaming link. Now I couldn't find their link.

But what I saw are validation from Antillephone License Validation and XCM Validation.

Solcasino.io, for example, has the link below their page going to https://validator.antillephone.com/validate?domain=solcasino.io&seal_id=3339d16b553866af527ca2120220de9b460a29ac211b9eb03ae19d9a5f1b2a895cede836bdc27f8a36a6ef426329ca41&stamp=a6c96450316a0a9cb98c541f8dccf895

But still unsure how this works. It would have been good if there was a database to search.
929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Stay Safe and Avoid Scams When Gambling Online on: August 24, 2023, 06:30:45 AM
Where you find attractive offers, always avoid that place. Attractive offers are always used by the scammers to attract potential gamblers. Now when they deposit money there, their funds gets locked and hence they lose their money. You can stay safe, if you greed less. Always go for casinos which are present in the market for long time. They might not have the best offers, but your funds will be safe. And you can be saved from scams.

Yep this is always the signs especially if the offer is too good to be true. But often times they do this when a casino is starting like deposit and double. They could turn out to be a legit casino or they are just waiting for the right time to turn into a scam.

Anyone who wants to gamble should just find the most well known casino in crypto because they are usually not scam and forget about bonuses.
930  Economy / Economics / Re: What Actually Drives People/Gov to Adopt New and Bold Decisions on: August 24, 2023, 02:38:48 AM
-snip-
So, the point i was trying to make here is, even after getting our own country other countries are still interfering in governments rules and taking things over. I don't like to mention names but many already knew. And just to clear i am not saying these statements to put my problems (my means my country) in front of you guys instead i am just using it as an example.
Actually there are many possibilities, some of them:

Your country may be one of the independent countries that are not truly sovereign, usually its independence is based on gifts from the former colonialists who have unlimited conditions that they can even dictate after years.

Your country is affiliated with an international organization, instead they can intervene in your country's policies on the basis of solidarity with members of the organization.

The majority of the countries around the world are like this. Just look at Africa, they were declared independent but the politics inside the country are governed by their former colonist. Countries you don't expect to be that submissive like Germany or Japan who were once mighty. Not to mention those poor once in Africa.

The Slave Trade saved the big countries which are still trying to enslave to this day through the sanctions they impose on countries but you guess it is a necessity for those countries because if they don't grab lands and colonize countries, it's them that are going to be colonized.

Necessity is what makes governments adopt technology and they could burn cities or kill politicians in broad daylight to survive.

931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: August 23, 2023, 06:52:13 PM
There is nothing more useless than setting a budget before you start gambling, it almost always end up bad. If you can control yourself to stick to a budget, then you probably can control yourself not to gamle altogether
Budgeting is necessary when it comes to all our purchases and not only when it comes to gambling, after all many people often say they have no idea how they spend their money as it seems to just disappear out of their hands, so in order to understand what is happening you need to watch your expenses closely for a month and then create a budget, without that is impossible to have any savings, and without any savings then it becomes impossible to invest in bitcoin and other useful assets.

Having a budget, however, is like allocating a portion of your money to gamble. It's like a necessity already for that person to gamble since he does have a budget for it.
There is budget for rent, food, water and electricity.  These are the ones that needed allocation from the paycheck received by the head of the family. Adding an amount for gambling seems not right which I guess amounts to going a bit far in gambling.

On the contrary, if one can't stop gambling, he'd best have a budget for it. Not coming from his mother/father but from his hard-earned pay.
932  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin will be $173,566 before November, 2025 on: August 23, 2023, 05:09:53 PM
This type of speculation really spreads positivity among all the Bitcoin holders. I don’t know how you came up with this exact price, but yes hearing this gave me really true pleasure. Bitcoins are expected to break ATH price next year in 2024. Maybe this time they stop at 100k usd or more, and hence by the November 2025 we can see this price. I mean anything and everything is possible. We just need to believe in ourselves and keep accumulating the coins. Let’s hope for the best.

I'd already be happy if it breaks that $100,000 since back in 2020 a lot of the crypto big shots are predicting the price to be $100,000 which they failed in such speculation. They didn't exactly say which year it will actually happen. Only a few candle spaces if you scale your chart to monthly.

I still think 173,000 is a bit too much of a price climb. I doubt this is going to really happen unless the value of the USD will really dip as well due to inflation. Well let's just hope for the best.
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't wait for the bottom without buying in the Dip. on: August 23, 2023, 04:49:19 PM

I'm starting to think that buying the dIP or DCAing is actually for the new investors who have no idea what he is doing. And waiting for the bottom is the one for the investors who are more technical and know when exactly to buy.

If it really will go back down to the bottom like to the $16000 which is the lowest in this bear market, then it must be worth waiting than DCAing. Sadly there is just no way of knowing how low the price could go this time.
934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Stay Safe and Avoid Scams When Gambling Online on: August 23, 2023, 04:38:44 PM

I don't see why you could avoid scams by signing up only to the Bitcoin casino with an email address. You still can be scammed by a scam BTC casino out there because the crypto casinos these days are asking KYC as well.

What you need to do to stay safe is to sign up only to the trusted Bitcoin casino. The famous ones have been operating the business for a long time because this for sure is not gonna close shops because of your $1M.
935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long can Bitcoin out perform inflation in the long run? on: August 23, 2023, 04:32:53 PM
It will outperform inflation until inflation ends and BTC still has a good price for a long-term holder. But this will vary depending on the holder though so it all depends on the individual who holds BTC.

If he thinks selling BTC now is better since it will; drop to $16000 in the coming months then it's his choice. He beats inflation and at the same time, he can accumulate BTC if indeed the price takes a dive.
936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: August 23, 2023, 02:56:23 PM
So it's good to hear that Inoue is still interested on the fight and should give Marlon what he deserves in the negotiating table. Maybe just enough for Marlon and his camp and be satisfied of the pay check that the Inoue camp is offering.

Inoue's camp is just trying to delay the negotiations a bit, as they know Tapales would be willing to fight if the price is right. Tapales was the underdog when he won the championship, so it's obvious that he is not a popular boxer. However, since he has become a champion, which Inoue is very interested in due to the opportunity to get his belts, that's why he's standing firm with his demands. It's a good thing that there's now some hope of it happening.

Inoue's goal is to unify and then move to another weight class to unify again. He is already 30 which means time is of the essence for him and if Tapales wants to make a ton of money he definitely needs to raise his cut. It's a one-time opportunity for him as this kind will not come again.

Tapales has skills but it's no match to Inoue. But he is more interested in making a record. He had to keep moving up and get as much belt as possible until he reached the size where he won't be able to resist a punch coming from someone from a heavier class.
937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: August 23, 2023, 07:27:36 AM
Easy or hard ? It it depends on the person because if he wants to get rid of his gambling habit he can do it but if he really doesn't like and loves gambling, it can be said if he has a hard time quitting gambling
Everyone has a different mentality, that's why it all depends on the person, if you want to stop or reduce gambling activities, you should start by not accessing any gambling sites or avoiding things that contain gambling, for example, if you are used to playing gambling on the internet, at least disconnect the internet and stay away from cellphones are also laptops so that you don't have the desire to access them.

But it all has to be driven from intention because without intention it will not work after all even so it depends on how the person wants to quit, if he has a high desire to quit I'm sure he can, because I was once a cigarette addict and it's hard for me to quit smoking unless I have a high intention to quit, even now I have quit smoking, success depends on the level of intention itself.

I'm on my way to quit smoking as well but it's just not making me stop when I see no one is at home. I still sneak out to the store and hide a pack inside my drawer. It's hard when I still enjoys doing it. But I can stop whenever I have flu and coughing. That's the difference.

What a gambler needs to be able to quit instantly is an unexpected event that will make him stop for a long time and when he is able to resume he will lose his interest and example I think is going to prison  Grin
938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cockfighting? on: August 23, 2023, 07:13:04 AM
Direct online cockfighting betting or online cockfighting betting does exist because I once saw one of my friends betting online cockfighting, but not with a crypto-based casino.
And with current technological developments, cockfighting games can already be played online (live streaming). Of course we can play it or watch it on our smartphone or computer.
because I'm not interested in real or online cockfighting betting so I don't care, because I'm an animal lover and also have several chickens. So will not bear to see it, because it's so cruel. And I'm also against him not doing it but he doesn't care because that's his right too.
I have heard of this type of game but not online. In some countries in Asia, such games are conducted at the local level but those are not always happen. I haven't seen this game in crypto gambling yet. Moreover, even if these games are available in online, I will never be interested in these games. Because I will not like any game that destroys life and I think such games should not be encouraged. The government also won't support life destructive game.
In many Asian countries, this cockfighting bet is very well known and has even existed since ancient times so this cockfighting bet has been passed down from generation to generation. But now, there are not many cockfighting places because there is supervision from the government, which has started to prevent this traditional betting from continuing to develop. In addition, people use animals which sparked a lot of debate between many parties who say that it is not okay to hurt animals for betting purposes.

It is the only online cockfighting bet I've ever seen but I'm not interested because it's better to watch it live in the arena and hang out with fellow bettors. But betting sites still provide spectacles of cockfighting to provide bets for people who want to bet on cockfighting. And because this cockfight comes from traditional bets, only a few people know about it, especially the location where the bet is.

Since cockfights are popular though, I think it's not hard to promote crypto betting for its events. It only needs a small place for it to be held with cameras all over it. Someone should be doing it before Dana White figures he can make billions out of it. Remember slapping tournament isn't sports but he is ahead of the competition already. It just needs a remote location.

Thousand of Chickens get eaten every day at the slaughterhouse. I don't see this to be an issue for animal cruelty besides this can still be done underground. Hrad to stop the tradition.
939  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Cryptocurrency Casino in 2023? Share Your Experience! on: August 23, 2023, 07:05:00 AM

The only feature you may wanna consider is fees on withdrawal and minimum. But one that should be considered is if the casino is popular and has been operating for a long time. Most old and popular casinos are fair in their judgment about accusations but if they are yet not condemned by the crypto community, they still can be trusted and safe to use.

Sometimes the best casino in 2022 is still the best in 2023. They don't change rapidly these days. The top ones stay on the top forever as long as they are doing great.
940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do star players affect the odds of a match bet? on: August 23, 2023, 06:45:48 AM

A star player is already a plus.  They wouldn't be imported to a team if they wouldn't be able to help. I think the bookmakers will consider how good the star player is against the other when they set the odds up. Whether Messi or Ronaldo is incorporated into a team, they will excel especially if they complement the talents of the rest of the team.

The tournaments in our regional sports also invite star players from our national sports players, they kinda boost the confidence of the local players.
