Yes, I am in contact with t13hydra - received his shipping address some days ago.

I can not held back chips at will or based on accusations, since he paid for the chips already and I am obliged to ship. Can't act as a judge here, sorry.

Hello zefir!

Could you please inform about the status of t13hydra's part of the last (joint EU) batch.

It will be served with the chips that are scheduled to arrive, i.e. to be expected end of next week.
Thank you, Zefir.

Have you had contact with t13hydra ?

If not could you hold back on shipping until he shows up again as at the moment he has :--
YIFU syndrom™

EDIT : or you could just post mine to Marto74

Full Respect I understand that, but if you have further contact please suggest he contacts his group buy.

Martin,
Just purchased 2 boards, you should end up with a chip over, use as you see fit. I only payed for boards + packaging at the moment. Do you have a cheaper shipping option, time is no-longer that important.
1505  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Has BFL found a new way to screw over it's customers, I'll let you be the judge. on: September 20, 2013, 03:26:53 AM
If your going to give them anymore ideas can you perhaps suggest refunding peoples money...

Damn you Pt0x cloudf#cking, really what next.   Shocked
1506  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 20, 2013, 03:20:07 AM
Avalon are shipping chips, refunding chips.

If terahash asked for a refund, you should all recieve refunds 100%
If he did not cancel there is no excuse for you guys not receiving your miners.

This is not a group buy. None of you should eat his loses.
If you do, I hope each and everyone of you report this to the local fraud department with a link to this thread.

Am sure he is lurking here with a different login. Perhaps you guys should set him a time limit to respond..

P.S. The K16 is not the only board for these chips, there is no excuse there. Ok it might not fit in the shiny boxes TH may have brought but who cares.

So chips expected soon

If steve does not show up we have 7 days to form a concensus on where the chips go and try to get them sent direct ( i see no point in them being posted back and forth anyway). So please could the other 20 members step up with your wishes. If possible I think we should try to ship to just marto74 or burnin, but feel free to suggest alternatives.

I believe English is Marto's second language, am sure he means disappearing.  Grin

Regarding lost funds - Am sure BKK never meant to take funds without supplying, I did receive most of my small insignificant order so he was sending out before something got in the way. He has given so much on this for nothing.

Lets give him some time.

What is Zefir even trying to say? Less talk more REFUNDS!  Angry

I guess he's trying to say that refund was not requested for the last batch, so it's going to be delivered.

If that's the case I am happy with that, I just wish we knew was was happening with the chips after that.
Even if the chips arrive tomorrow, where will they go, what will they work with?

Has the design been finalised? Are the boards/software working?

FFMG

Options, burnin or marto74's hex16, I believe steamboat has been working on the k16, I have not checked on the progress but I believe it is close to working.

Thank you johnK for taking the time to update us all.

Steve please can you post with comment on the batch 2 part. I would like my chips sent to Marto74 - Perhaps Zefir can send these directly if we can get organized.
1511  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy] Avalon chips Escrow John K / 1 and 2 batch PLEASE VOTE on: September 18, 2013, 03:32:17 AM
Martin, I should have 25 chips sent to you from sebs GB soon. I need another 7 chips to make 2 boards. If you or a member of your group will have spares PM me.
I will order boards from your website as soon as I can secure the remaining chips.  Wink
Looks like all my other chips will be refunded.  Angry

1513  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Need a PayPal refund for your BFL purchase? on: September 18, 2013, 03:12:06 AM
Add me to that list as well! just got email from paypal saying a refund is on its way Smiley

Thanks for the help, appreciate that a lot!

#41!  Awesome!   Grin
I wonder if BFL ship 41 complete orders in 2 days  Roll Eyes You may inadvertently be helping me out...  Grin
1514  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: VMC Fast Hash Price Drop = 64GH/s for $1K in November on: September 18, 2013, 02:51:46 AM
Pre-Order Terms: This is a pre-order. 28nm ASIC products are shipped according to placement in the order queue, and delivery may take 3 months or more after order.

Are we sure BFL is not starting a new company.   Grin

Now you can buy your miner but never receive a thing, oh wait did we not do that one..  Shocked
1516  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: September 18, 2013, 12:33:00 AM
Watch what happens at the end of the month when they miss their own self imposed (changed twice) deadline on their "old" gear. People who placed orders for their "New stuff" are going to realize they just paid $4k for stuff they won't see until April of 2014.

HA HA

April 2014  <<<<<<<<< If i thought they could do it by then I may have considered it myself  Grin no not really.

1517  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: September 17, 2013, 11:43:13 PM
So, I requested a refund for my 10GH upgrade on the single order (which no longer exists) of the amount $500.  I received an email giving me a $500 credit TOWARDS MY NEXT ORDER.

Next stop my banking institution.

What,, but all sales are final ?  Damn, have you thought what your next order will be ? maybe some nice jewellery for the misses..  Now is that $500 credit transferable. you could sell it in there classified section..
like what, $500 credit for $450?
I think i would seriously settle for the $450.. or put it on ebay for $600  Grin

Is there anybody in contact with bkkcoins? Some of members should have his phone or personal email and ask him is his okay? God forbid but I am worried if something has happened to him. He might be ill or in hospital not able to say that we dont have to worry.
I think this must be the case. I have exchanged quite a few PM's with him in the past and he has always gone out on limb to answer me. I find this extremely out of character for him, although I sensed he was under a lot of pressure towards the end and Avalon pretty much destroyed the progect, he was always hesitant to release work that was not quite ready but had his arm twisted to release items early, which he did so stating it was still beta ext...

Lets hope he is OK and will be back soon and the community will except and respect the hard work he has put into the klondike.

Is this a hardware discussion?
