Well Its end of friday, I guess no production over the weekend, I wonder how far they got.

I would also like to ask what the final hash rate was before production and is it still being worked on/tweaked ?

and keeping with that theme is the firmware upgradeable over USB, If so it makes sense to ship ASAP and let us flash any improvements later.

Big Thanks to Jes and the team, I hope there will be further Drillbit products in the future..

Tom beat me to it, interest is dependent on pcb. Have you got a board designer willing to take 'say the klondike' to the next level.
1364  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [SOLD OUT][ASICMINER] [Block Erupter USB 0.035BTC] [Aust/NZ] on: November 01, 2013, 04:21:30 AM
Apparently the USBs are completely sold out.. so we have to wait and see if ASICMINER produce some next-gen USB.

Blades are still available from China - but I don't have an order at this stage.  I'll check what price they're at now.

Let me know if you're interested in any.
Any news, or is this the end for this Generation Blades as well.

I just strip a little insulation back on the appropriate wires and solder them together. Simples  Grin

Or you can get a scotch connector

from auto shops

You may have to trim out the stop with a sharp knife if it has one.
1367  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: November 01, 2013, 12:04:36 AM
Why hasn't anyone squashed the cockroach?
If everyone with an outstanding order refuses to accept the package (no big loss these days). Then that cockroach will be gently squeezed, harder and harder as more and more packages are returned.

What will BFL do, keep the money ? that would be fraud.
Keep re-posting and costing them $$$$ ?
All sales are final,   When they have been delivered !

If you have requested a refund, BFL owes you a refund, if they do not, they are acting unlawfully and when the FTC actually get around to them they will deal with them appropriately. I Hope.

Fancy banning me from your forum for posting a quote from the FTC.
How low life can you get.
or is the paranoia starting to set in.
Yes Joshie, the community's majority want you to just go away and die with your corrupt company.

Lawfully you should be entitled to a refund.

Joshie (Inaba) is in denial about it at the moment.

1. Try paypal refund  >>>>>   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=295187.msg3164319#msg3164319

2. If paypal had a credit card as the funding source contact them, they can also charge back.

3. File a complaint with FTC >>> see my signature.

what ever you do, do number 3 anyway.
1375  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: October 29, 2013, 09:09:33 AM

1376  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: October 29, 2013, 08:55:46 AM

Josh, what the hell?  You guys still have $500 of my money for an 'upgrade' that no longer exists, and yet here you are defending your company's actions in the most uncalled for manner.

Do your bit for customer service and refund.

Joshie, please tell, how does BFL Intend to resolve such issues.

A) Run off with the guys money.
B) Supply a free miner to attach the upgrade to.
C) Refund

Its a simple question, why don't you answer the guy..  Tongue
1377  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: October 29, 2013, 05:37:03 AM

Josh, stop being such a tool. There are plenty of legitimate claims to be made against Butterfly. Starting with refusing to refund or delivery products. Sometime in the future is not a acceptable delivery date.

Quote
Ship Dates

By law, a merchant should ship your order within the time stated in its ads or over the phone. If the merchant doesn't promise a time, you can expect it to ship your order within 30 days.
The shipment "clock" begins when the merchant receives a "properly completed order." That includes your name, address and payment (check, money order or authorization to charge an existing credit account - whether the account is debited at that time or not).
If the merchant doesn't promise a shipping time and you are applying for credit to pay for your purchase, the merchant has an additional 20 days (50 days total) to establish the account and ship the merchandise.
Delays

If the merchant is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you by mail, telephone, or email, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date. The merchant also must give you some way to exercise the cancellation option for free, for example, by supplying a prepaid reply card or staffing a toll-free telephone number.

If you ignore the option notice, and the delay is 30 days or less, it's assumed that you accept the delay and are willing to wait for the merchandise.
If you do not respond - and the delay is more than 30 days - the order must be canceled by the 30th day of the delay period and a full refund issued promptly.

If the merchant can't meet the revised shipping date, it must notify you again by mail, email or telephone and give you a new shipping date or cancel your order and give you a refund.

The order will be canceled and a refund issued promptly unless you indicate by the revised shipping date that you are willing to wait.
If you do not respond at all to the second notice, it's assumed that you are not willing to wait, and a full refund must be issued promptly.

Refunds

If you authorized a charge to your credit card account, the merchant must credit the account within one billing cycle - not give credit toward another purchase. If you pay by cash, check or money order, the merchant must mail you a refund within seven working days.

Come on Joshie, I want my refund.  Wink

I was gonna say,

They can't exactly ship you 2G/H attached to nothing.

However, they could have given you 2G/H of there Cloud F*cking Ponzi Pyrimid Scam

Be warned future BFL Customers, virtual delivery is just around the corner..
