Well Its end of friday, I guess no production over the weekend, I wonder how far they got.
I would also like to ask what the final hash rate was before production and is it still being worked on/tweaked ?
and keeping with that theme is the firmware upgradeable over USB, If so it makes sense to ship ASAP and let us flash any improvements later.

Apparently the USBs are completely sold out.. so we have to wait and see if ASICMINER produce some next-gen USB.
Blades are still available from China - but I don't have an order at this stage. I'll check what price they're at now.

Why hasn't anyone squashed the cockroach?
If everyone with an outstanding order refuses to accept the package (no big loss these days). Then that cockroach will be gently squeezed, harder and harder as more and more packages are returned. What will BFL do, keep the money ? that would be fraud. Keep re-posting and costing them $$$$ ? All sales are final, When they have been delivered ! If you have requested a refund, BFL owes you a refund, if they do not, they are acting unlawfully and when the FTC actually get around to them they will deal with them appropriately. I Hope. |

Josh, stop being such a tool. There are plenty of legitimate claims to be made against Butterfly. Starting with refusing to refund or delivery products. Sometime in the future is not a acceptable delivery date.
Ship Dates
By law, a merchant should ship your order within the time stated in its ads or over the phone. If the merchant doesn't promise a time, you can expect it to ship your order within 30 days.

If you do not respond - and the delay is more than 30 days - the order must be canceled by the 30th day of the delay period and a full refund issued promptly.
If the merchant can't meet the revised shipping date, it must notify you again by mail, email or telephone and give you a new shipping date or cancel your order and give you a refund.
The order will be canceled and a refund issued promptly unless you indicate by the revised shipping date that you are willing to wait.
If you do not respond at all to the second notice, it's assumed that you are not willing to wait, and a full refund must be issued promptly.
Refunds
If you authorized a charge to your credit card account, the merchant must credit the account within one billing cycle - not give credit toward another purchase.
