Even it's just a pre-season, we can see that the new Bulls roster are comfortable with each other. There seems no problem building the chemistry. It's like they are teammates for long. No issue, no drama but just playing basketball.
This is what you would expect when you put up a team of players that are not ball-hogs and has good court vision. This team could end up third behind Bucks/Nets after the regular season. It would be awesome if they could upset either of them in the playoffs. Early to tell about they could end up third behind bucks/nets after this regular season since didn't see the real action yet, maybe they are in good shape right now but the question is could they sustain that chemistry up to the play-offs? Many sudden change and expected things will happen and perfect example to show is the Suns last season. But its good to see how they do well on pre-season so lets see if they can prove that they are a big deal now this season. Will they be able sustain it throughout the regular season? I don't know. What I'm saying is based on their performance in preseason games and their current players. Yes there could be changes that could happen like injuries and suspensions but it's not like it's only going to happen to them. Most eyes are on Bucks, Nets, and Sixers on the East but we shouldn't sleep on this Heat team. |

This is a preseason game, maybe the approach is different, and by looking at the highlight of this play, no one in Denver uniform would like to take the two, they want to end this game with a game-winner, hopefully, this doesn't happen in the regular season as it's so dumb to trust the 3 than a high percentage shot.
Believe it or not, that was an actual game last season. In the post fight interview, coach Malone even said he didn't know what happened When I look back at that play, Murray could have pushed the ball, drive to the lane and maybe get a foul for a three-point play instead of stopping on a 2 on 1 break. If that was Kobe on the ball, he would have dunked that. |

Speaking of the effect of 3-point shots today, I don't know if you remember this but just take a look back at how these 3 players thought of the same thing by positioning themselves outside the arc waiting for the ball ( link). A technical on the foul-baiter if possible I think the NBA will be slowly going back to powering up the inside players like Jokic and Giannis to balance the game.

It wasn't simply an offshore asset; it was an offshore business interest which was never declared as such in his SALN. In other words, there could have been unpaid taxes from the gains of this business interest.
I read some opinions that they're not required to declare everything in detail. As it is now, it looks like he met what was required under the law. I'd rather have corporate tax lawyers together with some auditors look into this than make my own assumptions. |

I normally just convert my coins to another currency on an exchange as they'll try to steal whatever they can anyway (0.0005+ btc transaction fees are quite unreasonable). If you can't work out a good currency to covert to, I normally use litecoin for low fees and high acceptance/liquidity from other exchanges.
Since OP didn't explain how he was going to convert crypto to fiat, it's hard to say whether converting his TRX to a coin with a lower withdrawal fee would have helped him, but I certainly see your point. We'd kind of have to know which exchange he was using to withdraw fiat and whether a LTC-->fiat conversion is possible on it. I would assume that his local exchange/custodial wallet only supports BTC to their country's fiat currency conversion. That was also the same case with us a few years ago until other cryptocurrencies with cheaper tx fees such as XRP were added. |

Ugh, how shameful! It appears The Philippines is the country to beat here. A developing country whose disparity between the rich and the poor is so wide one cannot imagine ways to narrow it down. In The Philippines, one rich person could literally spend hundreds of millions in signature bags while an entire family mired in poverty cannot even manage to eat a single complete meal their whole lives. The least that these businesspeople could do is to pay the right taxes and hope that they will end up wisely spent. They couldn't even manage to do that. On the other hand, many of the politicians above have always been doing their thing in the name of good governance. Sometimes, you get carried away by their sweet talks. But thanks to a document such as the Pandora Papers I am reminded not to ever trust them. I couldn't be blamed for my cynical attitude. I've read Sec. Tugade's statement about the matter. It appears those offshore investments were already declared publicly in his SALN and he claimed it was a legal/valid move. I'm yet to read statements from the other people on the list. If all of those accounts were deemed legal by our very own laws (tax avoidance), it is the task of our legislators to do something about it (change the tax laws). Annoying as it is to us commoners, it's still the law. |

I don't expect for a rematch to happen. Kyle Daukaus is not even in top of middleweight. Kevin Holland is on top14. Loosing do Daukaus will move Holland out from the top. While a victory wont give him anything. Both fighters are not very significant stars in UFC to organize a rematch. I doubt that there are such fans that impatiently waiting for their rematch. They're not names and Daekaus isn't in the top rank but none of that matters now because their first fight already took place. With how it ended, a rematch is bound to happen and the only question is when. It could be as an undercard on one of those UFC fight nights. Are you interested to find out who is better, Holland or Daukaus ? Really? That much interested, that you would buy UFC pass ? People are more familiar with Chris Daukaus from heavyweight division. People are more interested to see a rematch between two fighters that already showed a good fight or the fight was really close. But what we saw October 2 - 3 minutes of fight and a head clash. I'm not really that interested that I want to pay for it but I still want it to be decided/settled (and place a bet if odds are good enough for me). Who are we to assume what other people really think? For all we know, there could be hundreds/thousands others that would buy a UFC pass for the next event that they are in. Daukus also said he wanted an immediate rematch. |

~ I'm glad it was made a no contest though, because it did significantly change the fight, and I'm somewhat glad that it led to a finish so that they wouldn't carry on the fight the same night, since you never know how concussions can influence the fight. I expect them to be fighting in a few weeks if Holland is cleared without any issues.
While Holland was all class on the incident, Daukaus acting like an ass in his post-fight interview It shouldn't have been ruled a no-contest he says. I don't know if he still feels that way after watching the replay and seeing how Holland landed on the ground face-first. How he still managed to stay conscious from that was impressive on its own. Anyway, I haven't seen any announcement for a rematch yet. |

Nunn's excessive dribbling at times could become a serious problem during the regular season. He's got the skills but he needs to work more on his floor management. ~
Don't worry about Nunn, what we see in the preseason might be different in the regular season, the starters did not play and Nunn is not a starter. He has his style, and he is actually good back in Miami, so hopefully, he is 100% now and will bring a big contribution to the success of the Lakers team. Right, nothing has change on Nunn's style of playing, as coach Vogel said, it was just a test and he will rotate more player entering the regular season. So nothing to be taken seriously in this game, the second stringers did have some time on this game though and it was good for them. ^ I don't think it's anything to worry too much about. Nunn won't be a starter and it's only the preseason. Coaches play and have a look at the bench players at these times. So Nunn's playstyle should not be a problem for the team.~ I don't know why you're all trying to downplay what I said. Yes it is just a preseason game and yes he won't be a regular starter but you have to understand the main point of my post which is him spending too much time on the ball. If the time comes that he will lead the second squad and he still dribbles too much, what do you think is the impact of that on the result of the game? I'm trying to see where he could still improve but it seems you're all content with how he is now. |
