1861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I only took two eggs out of the basket! on: February 11, 2021, 01:06:35 PM
Cool background music.

the platform is eggswap and it operates on expanse which is the first stable fork of ethereum.  Swaps, adding liquidity, etc, cost fractions of a fraction of a penny. The team is working on cross chain functionality allowing erc20 tokens to be traded on eggswap.
May I ask why you chose that? Based on what I read above, it's like a dead blockchain. I'm not trying to look down on Expanse but there are certainly many alternatives that are even more popular and I already mentioned Binance Smart Chain.

It's not just about fees, liquidity, swap, farm, and all other DeFi features. You have to think of the market competition. The more popular the blockchain you use, the more chances of success.

1863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I only took two eggs out of the basket! on: February 10, 2021, 05:11:44 PM
There is a sushiswap clone out there that is operating on a parallel network of effereum. Gas fees for swaps are fractions of a fraction of a penny. Cross chain compatibility for erc20 tokens coming soon.
Tell us what this DeFi platform is. I doubt about the gas fees when it's on the ethereum (not effereum) blockchain. I would believe it if it's on Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

Did you get your two eggs out of the basket?  Do the needful sirs.
Do you want us to play the guessing game? You would be a fool if you would invest in a platform you do not even know it existed.

1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk said he bought Dogecoin on: February 10, 2021, 04:10:31 PM
Yeah I also saw that tweet moments ago. I believe he used a custodial wallet in his first purchase that gave him problems (discussed here). He's been tweeting about it for the longest time and I'm not surprised he bought some just for fun or for testing actual crypto transactions. He could also be serious about it and purchased before every Doge meme tweets.
1866  Economy / Service Discussion / "Freewallet, your app sucks" - Elon on: February 10, 2021, 03:52:50 PM
Story line:

1. Freewallet locked a wallet that apparently belongs to Elon.
2. EM asked his wallet to be unlocked
3. FW immediately fixed the issue

In an attempt to save face, FW tweeted to Elon. He replied with "Your app sucks"

In addition, Elon also made a tweet implying wallets like FW should be avoided at all cost.

^ Much respect for what he did here.
1867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is REV (Rchain) a good altcoin to HODL? on: February 10, 2021, 03:02:54 PM
I haven't heard of this project since it was launched in 2017. Their twitter is alive which is good and developments are also active based on their github activity. I don't really know if their product will be supported by the greater crypto community but they should at least exert more effort in marketing. A 9.5K TW followers and 300 TG members won't cut it. They need to compete with DeFi and NFT tokens.

It's a high risk high reward investment. You can throw in $100 and forget about it

Yes, but why it take weeks? I cant inderstand why they cant reply me ? I start think its scam.
From the precious cases I have seen, your account will also be checked if you violated the following:
  • Money laundering
  • Multi-accounting
  • Playing from prohibited jurisdictions
  • Using false documents (related to no. 3)
They cannot send you a reply until they are done. If everything is clear, you'll get a response and your payment.

1869  Economy / Gambling / Re: Tru.Bet - A Peer to Peer Sportsbet Exchange on: February 10, 2021, 04:47:23 AM
the said 0.00012 btc bonus is quite intriguing . this is the reason why i signed up  . i was using a mobile phone and chrome as my browser , the site loads up instantly but my only problem is no one on the site take my bets .

is this really how a peer to peer sportsbet exchange work ? i think the problem is my offers are too high so i adjusted it and make it longer but still the money just return in my account . no one wants to take it for a while , maybe the site was just new ?  and theres less players lurking around
Yes, they do not have enough players yet that's why some open bets are not taken. I already invited some potential players in other forums and maybe you can also do the same in your local board. Too bad they do not have a referral system (yet).

Aside from the lack of players, maybe you picked a not too popular event. I opened and MMA event and it was taken in less than 30 minutes.
1870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 10, 2021, 04:34:01 AM
Is there anyone who wants to try a PVP sports betting? Check this https://tru.bet/ (ANN) I registered earlier and got a BTC.00012 welcome bonus. I also opened up a small bet on UFC (Usman vs. Burns) using that money.

Take my bet for fun's sake. I'm not sure if there are any users that are MMA fans there yet.
1871  Economy / Gambling / Re: Tru.Bet - A Peer to Peer Sportsbet Exchange on: February 10, 2021, 04:21:59 AM
I can confirm that the welcome bonus is legit. The catch here is you won't be able to withdraw it immediately. You will have to bet and reach the minimum amount of BTC0.0005. It's not a bad deal for testing the platform I guess.

Other rules for withdrawal according to the website:
  • Players are allowed 1 free withdraw per week.
  • More than one withdraw in a week is .0002

Let me add to the call of lowering the 3% charge.
1872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most reliable gold-pegged stablecoin? on: February 09, 2021, 05:21:35 PM
As in the subject, I'd like to  know what do you consider as most trustworthy gold-pegged stablecoin?
Stablecoin and trustworthy huh? I don't often see those two in the same sentence. What are your criteria to be called trustworthy? That they actually have a storage of physical gold to back up the token 1:1? I haven't looked deeper into reserve of companies issuing stablecoins other than Finex. I voted Paxos because it's the only one I know from the list you provided. There was another one which is quite advertise well in the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5161544

~ but I wanna diversify my investment portfolio and I'd like to start from digital assets.
Why do you even want to diversity on a stable coin?

1873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will MIR follow LUNA? on: February 09, 2021, 05:07:45 PM
The post is better for Altcoin Speculation.

~ MIR hasn’t increased a lot so far.
Looking at data on Coingecko, over 200% in the last 30 days, 99.9% in 14 days. It looks like it's in consolidation phase before moving up again breaking its previous ATH. I'm only saying what I see on it's 90-D chart.

So, what do you think? Will MIR also follow LUNA?
No idea. It's high risk for me but it's DeFi. People loves those products right now. There's a higher chance it will pump if there are more trading pairs available.
1874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which upcoming DeFi projects would you recommend? on: February 09, 2021, 04:54:30 PM
You can take a look at CAKE, the PancakeSwap's native token. I first noticed it when it was around $1 and it has already appreciated in price since then. That might not be part of your criteria but check out it's market cap first before writing it off. It's under $700M and there's still a lot of room to grow. Not that I needed to mention it but their product is already working.
1875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin Wall Observer — price movements and news on: February 09, 2021, 04:34:07 PM
~ also DOGE future looks bright thanks to uncle Elon!
It's dumping right now. I'm planning to join a trading competition and I'm waiting to catch it at $0.60 to buy before moving it to another exchange Grin Let's see if those still bullish on Doge can hold the support line.

Bummed at forgetting to cancel my Waves sell order at $9 before going to sleep.
1876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Windows wallet or regular wallet? on: February 08, 2021, 07:05:03 PM
The OP is probably comparing the desktop/web wallets that has their own native token and the mobile wallet tokens like Trust Wallet's TWT and Safepal's SFP. Enjin wallet has a token too but it's both a web and mobile wallet. I remember there are also a lot of POS coins before that requires you to download their desktop wallet to receive your reward.

@oemar bakrie, it's not about the type of token but it's about the guys behind the project.
1877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: February 08, 2021, 06:37:07 PM
~
By seeing the stats, most likely it won't end a draw.
While past games are good references in making predictions, it's more important to look at the current situation of the team. Kane is back into the line up which is a huge boost but Man City's confidence is very high now. Mou will be very cautious of that. He is probably planning of not conceding a single goal and getting one.
1878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: February 08, 2021, 05:57:33 PM
~ but I’m hoping City will lose in the game against tottenham. I know that tottenham is not doing well and City is getting stronger, but it is not impossible for tottenham to defeat city
50% chance of a draw, 40% City, and 10% Spurs.
^ If Mou's strategy is to park the bus and rely on counter attacks (most likely).

and if liverpool beat leicester then it will reduce this big difference in points that it has with City
There are still plenty of games to catch up. Just hope that Liverpool doesn't drop too many points in the remaining games and wish for the best Grin Man United is still above them.
1879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin Wall Observer — price movements and news on: February 08, 2021, 04:37:37 PM
~ Elon Musky decides to get in and buy up BTC and spoil the alt party.
Yeah, he's sucking up money for alts. Thankfully, ETH and other high caps are still holding up.

I was playing with Doge before he f*cked it up with his series of tweets which was later followed by youtube and other influencers. My buy order was left in the dust Grin

Meanwhile, Binance's first IEO of the year SFP has gone 17X from its IEO price of $0.10

~
Grabe napakadaming Pending... Anyare dyan at bakit ganyan?
