1001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 13, 2021, 02:37:53 AM
I just saw the result of the men's UP Open Final. I am one of the many people that didn't that one coming. I know Medvedev had a good chance to take it but I was expecting a tougher and longer match. You don't often see someone beating Djokovic like that especially in a Grand Slam Final.

What do you think of the crowd?
1002  Economy / Gambling / Re: I need admin of Bitvest to come here and explain! ( Not paying my winning) on: September 13, 2021, 02:17:24 AM
Did you check their terms and conditions for withdrawal? Is there a maximum amount per day? I tried to navigate their website for the first time but I can't find it.

I have tried everything I can even a mod were contacted me and she said that she cannot do anything about it?
What exactly did the support say?

Do we have to mark this casino as scammed? I wonder why Bitcoinstalk accept promo or advertiment for a scammed casino like this? Literally they don't pay our winning and it is not a fair game to risk out money for a place like this. Right now I know that the owner hoping I will keep playing and lost it back, lol what a nice place or nice idea to just steal other people money
I don't think they're trying to scam or playing tricks on you. 24 hours delay isn't that long to claim that you have been scammed. Maybe they ran into some issues like what happened to the case mentioned by @harizen.

By the way . Why you promoting them in your avatar and profile ?
Right!
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you (or anyone) buy Cardano? What will Cardano be worth in 5 years? on: September 12, 2021, 11:49:46 AM
Cardano losing 90% of its valuation huh? Oh well, to each his own. I respect Cardano's focus on fixing the foundation/roots rather than rushing to launch just for the sake of it and then patch various issues later. I regret not buying ADA in early 2020 but looking at it now, I'm glad I bought some before Coinbase and have been a delegator since then.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anderson Silva vs Tito Ortiz on September 11 on: September 12, 2021, 06:21:43 AM
Silva is really good maybe a fight with one of the Paul is looming.
No no Paul will not fight with Silva since he doesn't want to lose, maybe he fight with Ortiz and win easily to make his record still undefeated Grin
I doubt that. Every fight is possible with all these exhibition matches especially when the price is right. They don't have a professional boxing reputation or record to begin with.

It felt good seeing Tito KO'd but I pity Evander. I hope Vitor wasn't juiced in fighting an almost senior citizen.

although im saving my free spins atleast 5 before I spin it, not effective still.
I don't think there's an effective strategy. I tried the same approach on few occasions but the results were different each time. You can have 2 spins and get lucky with 4K sats and reward points or have 20 spins winning 40 sats, lotteries, rps each. It's all on luck. Just spin as many as you can and don't miss out on the promotional emails (I got 4K rp last week on that 1 spin).

~ I keep saying that there should be a lot more focus on the casino part of this,
Apart from the apparent lack of marketing in the forum, what else do you want to see on the casino? You could list all your suggestions in details here.

As for me, I really wanted improvements on the sports betting. Betfury should make it more inclusive to the platform by adding cashback and mining . It makes me wonder why they do not want to. Maybe part of the real reason is that there is no house edge unlike casino games.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 11, 2021, 07:07:06 AM

Guys talking about Marc Gasol. He will be waived after the trade to Grizzlies.
I was actually expecting a waive as soon as the deal is done. Looking at the current Grizzlies young centers, it doesn't look like they needed him. He'll most likely warm the bench.

Reports say he agreed with the buyout and I think he will just play in Spain for his remaining strength as a veteran.
It is a sad reality for us NBA fans but he will be near his family now and I think he will prefer it that way.
I hope he reconsiders if teams like Clippers or Warriors make a move for him. He can still play at a competitive level for 1 0r 2 years.

1008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 11, 2021, 06:51:55 AM
Are we really short of talent to worry about players choosing to play abroad? Let's accept the fact that PBA and its sponsors couldn't match every offer made by wealthier leagues in other countries even if they increase salary caps. So what else could be done? They could at least improve the support for locally organized leagues and expand their scouting for players with potential. I believe we have still many talented players wasted because they were unnoticed. They couldn't attend prestigious schools, where most players are discovered, due to lack of finances.

Right now I want to for sure, Lottery is very difficult to get it, I just disable it and change it to a Reward point, in RP we can exchange it to satoshi every 100K RP (a bit slow but sure)
I've done the same thing. Gaining RP rewards is a slow process to not so aggressive players/gamblers with little referrals on FB for sure. If not for the free spins from promo emails, deposit bonus and premium membership, I probably wouldn't reach over 60K Grin

Just made a bet on BTC at 50,001 - 52,500 price range at 5.84. GL to everyone.
1010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 10, 2021, 12:26:38 PM
I don't want to cast doubt on Alex Pereira's ability to compete yet just because he's known for his kickboxing. It seems he had some background with MMA prior to signing with the UFC (early career).  He also hails from Brazil where many MMA legends came from. That said, UFC fighters are still of a different level though.
1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 10, 2021, 11:19:30 AM
Now that De Andre Jordan is officially a Laker, we'll most likely see an announcement on Marc Gasol trade (or not Grin). I don't think Lakers will want to start the season with four centers but I don't get why they seem not interested in letting him go. There are probably two or three teams that wants a center like Gasol and acquiring him won't be expensive.
1012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 09, 2021, 03:25:29 AM
Dame-Ben pairing could work for Blazers to remain a playoff contender team but I doubt they will go beyond what Dame-CJ reached so far. I also think it's a downgrade for Portland if the trade is just 1-1. Blazers has to demand one more player as CJ is a more complete player than Ben.
1013  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🐒 ApeSwap partnership on: September 09, 2021, 02:15:18 AM
Well what do you know?

While almost everyone here is speculating on price related to listing, how about BANANA, ~

With liquidity already available in ApeSwap, I don't mind if Betfury won't push for PancakeSwap. They just have to make sure it's enough to not have a high price impact for higher volume purchase.

Looks like I will be playing banana themed slots later.
1014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 08, 2021, 03:48:26 AM
~
lol.. that would only prove that NBA is soft,
It has gone soft and that's already proven Grin

why would they oppose on the right thing to do, flopping should be illegal as it's destroying the real purpose of the NBA which is to compete physically, not an acting competition.
NBA management probably wants stricter rules and heavier fines but they still do not want to miss out on revenues from ticket sales, ads and paid views. NBPA would oppose higher fines because most of the popular/influential players does it too.

1016  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 08, 2021, 02:50:03 AM
~ I think serious injuries most often occur due to general fatigue of players, not hard fouls.
I agree that it's mostly on wear and tear but I'm reminded of Olynyk's arm pulling which resulted to Kevin Love being sidelined for a long time. Also, with Kahwi's landing on Pachulia's foot which wasn't supposed to be there. CMIIW but these were called as normal fouls.

I guess at this point where every team has included "flopping" as part of their training, the commissioner has to make a stop of this by putting a heavy penalty on a player that is proven flopping, high paid players gets the biggest penalty, and let's see if they'll still continue to do it.
You're probably right that penalties for players would be an effective way to stop flopping, but I doubt that NBA will do it in the coming years.
They won't do that because players might launch another protest through the NBPA causing another standoff.
1017  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🔔Polygon & XRP release on: September 08, 2021, 02:08:29 AM
I almost failed to log in their authenticator is not working I tried it several times and I got a pop-up notification that says I got too many accounts created in my IP when in fact I only have one I don't know if the IP I'm using a shared account and my IP is compromised.

Anyone here had the same issue as mine?
I tried logging in but I'm also stuck with the 2FA. This could be one of those usual cases where the devs tried to deploy new features/optimizations and something breaks elsewhere. This happened a few times already. Betfury should at least make some prior announcements before they tweak the website.
1018  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: September 08, 2021, 01:54:04 AM
Maybe you could add an additional note under Betfury that they allow withdrawal using another blockchain.
If it’s on BSC network aka wrappedBTC, isn’t it another altcoin? I would at least say so. So, I guess it's unnecessary to mention in BTC row but that could be placed in the supported altcoin. That would fit better. I don’t know how it works but I don’t think anyone would get any benefit from that. If you are withdrawing BTC, you will get the full amount excluding the fee. While with wBTC, you have to pay small fee and later convert into BTC in exchange and pay the fee again for withdrawal when you withdraw BTC. Just saying, some may get benefit from this though.
There are benefits (for me at least) but I'm not going to discuss it over here. Like I said, let's not argue over this. The purpose of my post is to inform especially those who know how to work with different networks.

Some would say that a wrapped BTC is not the real BTC but let's not argue over that.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I share that opinion myself. Wrapped bitcoin is a token that doesn't use Bitcoin's native blockchain and can therefore not be considered as bitcoin. I have seen some other casinos offer wBTC as well but never paid that much attention to it. Sooner or later you have to exchange it back to the real bitcoin, so whatever you think you saved on withdrawal fees today, you will pay tomorrow with the conversion into bitcoin and withdrawal to your private wallet from whatever exchange you used.
No problem. I was only suggesting to put an additional info (note) on Betfury in the table. If you don't find it necessary then so be it.

You make it sounds like CZ don't understand what he is saying,
Where exactly in my post did I make it sound like that?

~ there is no question mark at the back of his tweet where he said 'just the beginning' so to me you are wrong
Did I say there should be a question mark to his tweet? Try to read what I said slowly and find out who I'm directing my answers to before butting in. Comprehend.

~ Will Cuba is next?
It could be but who knows. Countries with economic sanctions are surely watching the crypto developments in El Salvador.
1020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CZ Wants Your Opinion on: September 07, 2021, 09:53:27 AM
CZ only tweeted and he's not asking our opinion. It's YOU who is asking. Change the misleading title.

~This is really a Beginning or wants to take more time?
It seems you're misunderstanding the meaning of the word beginning. It doesn't say every other country will follow El Salvador's footsteps. The questions should have been like This is really a Beginning or will it end with El Salvador?

Now, to answer that question. I think countries that are friendly to BTC are still observing what's going to happen. If the implementation/roll out of government policies concerning BTC will be successful, their neighbors could follow.
