More promotional videos for UFC 260:

Vlog Series: Ep 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZhHF0_-C-4
Vlog Series: Ep 2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6Dcre0tvXQ

Interesting points from some of the videos I watched. It's about Ngannou evolution since their first bout and how Miocic grew his fight IQ. The challenger obviously worked on his grappling/wrestling/ground game for this match while the champ most likely worked on his conditioning and speed.

I have heard of decentralized verifications of a person but never saw it in action.
Are you talking about Civic? It's the first thing that came to my mind. It's probably the first to introduce the concept. I have no in depth knowledge how it works but I feel like it's not that decentralized when I took a quick look on their website. It's just a matter of who is more capable and reputable to handle our personal information with utmost security.

I thought that this was interesting. Although i am not sure why they should list BUSD when they already have USDT. That just seems weird and counterproductive.
They already have BNB and listing BUSD for Binance supporters wouldn't hurt. I don't find it counterproductive as some users prefer to stick to blockchains they are comfortable with. I personally prefer using BEP-20 over tokens on Tron and I'm not willing pay the high fees on Ethereum tokens.

Nice to see the website up and running again. Will there be a refund for accounts that were emptied before Betfury detected the issue?

It looks like they will easily beat the  Slavia Praha team in the quarter finals of the Europa League.
Not with that kind of first half defense.

Living up to the LFC name Grin

^I'm pleased to see the Red Devils crash out, but I'm pretty disappointed that the fans are calling for his head now. You guys are challenging for Europa honours and are the favourites after kicking out AC Milan. You did rest some players but still had a strong enough team and hey, you lost to a good side today. You're favs for 2nd place and mathematically could pip City... why kick OGS out now? Who do you think is good enough to replace him?
Every team has their own emotional die hard fans that will axe any manager when they lose Grin As far as I can tell, OGS has done well with Man United despite leaving CL and FA Cup earlier than what's expected of them this season.

It looks like bookies are expecting a new champion this time. Ngannou is the slight favorite at 1.78 to Miocic's 2.04 on Betnomi. How do you see this fight? I think this is going to be another tactical fight for the champ. He'll avoid too many exchanges on the feet and control Ngannou on the fence or ground. I see another UD and still...

Interesting odds for the former champ Woodley too (heavy underdog at 3.10). I'm not taking away anything from Luque but his consecutive losses made bookies think he's unlikely to win. I'll have to watch more of their videos before deciding to bet on this one.

Fan favorite O'Malley is also bookies favorite at 1.31. They must be pretty confident his leg will hold up.

Don't hesitate to check buyers feedback, some are well rated as they have no dubious attempts in mind
You can add don't easily trust the number of their past successful trades. Those transactions could be fake too.
1667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 21, 2021, 06:45:38 AM
It was a smart fight for Brunson as he maximized his superior grappling/wrestling skill instead of trading punches/kicks against Holland who had the upper hand on the feet. I don't know about you but I think this guy is one/two fights away for a title shot. I won't argue if he fights for the belt next.

All that Holland trash talk and still dominated by his opponent Grin He should start training under Khabib.

In house games have a house edge of 2%, while slots usually have an edge of at least 3-4%. The house edge difference doesn't fully account for the 2.8x difference, but I think they also want to reward actual players more than miners (who might just spam 1.05x dice to mine tokens) as they don't provide a good long term revenue stream.
The house edge factor makes sense. I find it unfair if your second point is actually part of the reason as I often do over/under 50 on Dice and higher multipliers on Crash and Limbo. I guess they know better and there's a small percentage of players like me. Thanks anyway.
1669  Economy / Economics / Re: Biden planning first tax hike(major) since 1993 on: March 21, 2021, 06:06:40 AM
Tax incentives might be the better proposal right now to help these businesses recover their losses brought by the pandemic. Tax hikes can be discussed after two or three years.

Tax hikes shouldn't target the general population,
Although indirectly, tax hikes on companies and individuals on the higher income brackets will always affect the general population. Impose higher tax on a business or a self-employed and they will also find a way to pass it on consumers of their products and/or service. This process will continue until it reaches the general population (end consumers).
1670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 21, 2021, 04:58:56 AM
^ It's pretty simple for me.

I see the odds for Tottenham at over 2, I place my bet.
I see the odds for Arsenal at over 2, I also pace my bet.

Seriously now, don't follow my style Grin They will be playing away games and they're not as dominant as before (as you can see in the odds) but their opponents aren't that consistent either. Bet what you are comfortable of losing.

^ It's not exactly a race but there is that sense of urgency to accumulate as many BFG tokens as you can.

This is not my lucky day. I already burned today's dividends in under 30 minutes playing Dice and Limbo (auto) Grin

I haven't paid attention to this before but does anyone have an idea why the difference in mining price for in house games and slots?

Where have you seen that the platform is allowing you to sell your tokens to other users?  Huh
I'm sorry but I wouldn't call that an exchange, even less a spot exchange. The platform is just offering you to buy your token or to sell some at one determined price, you are not taking orders from other users or making ones to offer them. That's not an exchange, I would call that more a swap.
This must be your first time reading about Direct exchanges (DE) and I can understand your reaction.

I have to admit that I only knew about this term when I read a blog from Binance. You called it swap while I would normally call it as currency converters similar to money changers.

The Difference Between Direct Exchange, Spot Trading, and P2P

The P2P marketplace is not the same with direct exchanges such as Coins.ph and spot exchanges like the significant cryptocurrency exchange of Binance because of the following:

  • Spot exchanges like the central exchange of Binance allow users to "buy" orders at a specific price combined with the other users that are buying at the same price. They will have it placed in an order book where it will get matched with sellers aiming to sell at the same price. People can do this electronically so the buyer and the user will not directly interact with one another.
  • For Coins.ph and other direct exchanges, the user will sell or buy the cryptocurrency based on the platform's set price.
  • When it comes to P2P, the buyer directly negotiates with the seller. The platform will become an escrow with the funds kept until both the seller and buyer have their obligations fulfilled with one another.
^ Based on that definition, FB falls under DE.

So can the gambling industry platform add to the bsc / Bep20 network it looks very attractive if a platform implements a system like this, it is much cheaper and faster in the transactions they use in depositing / withdrawing.
Yes. If a casino can add erc-20 tokens to their platform, I don't see any difficulty adding BEP-20 because they are almost identical.

You can check Betfury's BNB, it's the BEP-20 version and not BEP2.
1674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: March 20, 2021, 08:31:51 AM
Those who thinks PSG will advance to the final, this must be your best chance to get the best odds.

Here's what Betnomi offers:

If they take down Bayern Munich, they will instantly become the heavy favorite to win this season. You won't see that 4.70 odds again.

I guess Real Madrid and Liverpool were both lucky they will be facing each other because neither team looks to be in top form. We'll probably see a high scoring match here from poor defending.
1675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 20, 2021, 08:19:02 AM
XRP have been mentioned a few times already but I wouldn't suggest that for now. You can add them later on once they won the case filed by the SEC against them.

You also need to add a stable coins but avoid those issued on Ethereum. USDT (TRC-20) as mentioned by @Little Mouse and/or BUSD (BEP-20) are cheap on transaction fees.
1676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: March 20, 2021, 08:08:32 AM
Current odds offered by Betnomi

Numbers on Slavia and Granada are tempting. I'll probably throw $5 each just because of the odds. Many people here are favoring both English teams to progress (and that's easy to see) but my gut tells me one of them will fall Grin

The other two matches have goods odds as well. Maybe Villareal and Roma will progress.
1677  Economy / Exchanges / Re: withdrawal stuck on Binance on: March 20, 2021, 07:04:29 AM
Wait for the Binance support to look into your issue. 3 days is still short considering the number of their users and the tickets they are receiving everyday. If you are in dire need of your money, you can try Twitter and tag CZ in your tweet. I've seen at least one case where he responded and asked for the ticket number.
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ADA and eth competitors get dumped if/when Ethereum 2.0 comes out? on: March 20, 2021, 06:57:43 AM
By the time ETH2.0 will be launched (who knows when), people would have gotten used to the other blockchains with smart contracts, DEFI, NFT, POS and other features offered by Ethereum. Plus, there is that bridge that makes it easy for projects to switch between blockchains. We can use BSC and Polygon as an example of that. They're both gaining massive volume and there was even a time when BSC exceeded Ethereum's daily volume.

So will Ethereum fanatics/supporters dump competitors? Not after they've gotten used to it and enjoyed cheaper fees.

~ Most nigerian people do scam jobs
Like the prince who cannot withdraw their money from the bank? Grin On a serious note, you don't have to mention any race as scammers are all over the world.

When it comes to the worst scams, forcing sudden KYC to access your account and withdraw funds. Another would be closing of exchange account for whatever reason. I don't know if you can also count listening to some experts and buying their picks that went down the grave as part of that.

You also didn't get why people may want to withdraw their FUN tokens : that's just because you can't place orders on Freebitcoin, it's not an exchange.
It is. FB is acting as Direct exchange where the platform sets the rate for both buyers and sellers.

People eager to trade or to place sell orders at higher prices than current market price will withdraw their tokens to send them toward exchanges.
While this one Spot exchange.
