1801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / 1inch Network expands to Binance Smart Chain on: February 26, 2021, 06:57:35 AM
We all know the low fees on BSC have attracted a lot of retail traders that's why they are trying to adapt and not lose more of their user base. I hope this brings more competition into the BSC ecosystem and benefits to all users.

Some reward they will be giving to their early BSC adopters:
A liquidity mining program for BSC users will be launched on February 26, 00:01 (UTC), featuring the BNB-1INCH pool. Over a four-week period, 0.01% of the 1INCH total supply will be distributed as rewards to liquidity providers.

1802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: PancakeSwap vs Uniswap on: February 26, 2021, 06:16:07 AM
~ If ETH doesn't scale fast, Uniswap could lose a considerable amount of users as they flock into PancakeSwap.
While Ethereum developers and miners are busy fighting over EIP 1559 to help reduce the fees, developments on BSC continues. The number of coins/tokens on Pancakeswap is currently less than 10% of Uniswap's but the trading volume is closer than you'd expect.

Personally, I've abandoned abandoned Uniswap and moved to Pancakeswap and Bakery. I don't have the pocket to endure paying $50+ fee on erc-20 and eth smart contracts. It's a playground for whales as they say and not for regular traders/investors.

@Betfury, can you give more benefits to BFG token holders apart from staking? I would appreciate if you could also help remove captcha in your Free Box just like what Freebitco.in did to FUN token holders in their Free Rolls. You can decide the minimum amount of BFG tokens held to qualify for the captcha bypass.

that would be fantastic! if i had to tell my brother i lost our tokens due to negligence.......phew)
No problem. Do test it out with the minimum amount required by Binance before sending all. You'll have to pay for high eth gas fees but that's probably small in your case as I'm pretty sure you're holding erc-20 BNBs that are worth thousands now (once converted).
1805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is my crypto portfolio, what you think about it? on: February 25, 2021, 08:18:07 AM
11% RSR
11% CRV
11% SNX
11% AVAX
11% KAVA
11% REEF
11% LRC
11% UMA
12% POLS
If you have no BTC in your port, you're in a dangerous territory. I'm not saying these coins/tokens won't pump because they are quite popular and almost every other crypto does during a bullrun but you have to protect yourself.

If you are starting with a small amount, I think it's too spread out.

oh boy!! I never thought there was a window to exchange. Never occurred to me that there might be any expiration. oh god i hope this isn't true! i have a support ticket with binance, but its been a week and still waiting a reply
You'll probably have to wait longer as all exchange support are expected to be overwhelmed during a bullrun. AFAIK, they still allow conversion of erc-20 BNB to the native coin. You just need to send them to your Binance ethereum deposit account and they will automatically convert them for you (source).

edit: @shinratensei_ beats me to it.

Just curious question , Why does i did not received my Free spin yesterday ? supposedly every Morning there is an email for me to spin  but did not have yesterday ,but this morning i have one spin again.
I'm not complaining lol , just a curious question if there might be some update or a bug.
I didn't get a free spin yesterday either. Somebody else said they received 3 emails yesterday. Maybe there was a bug that gave some people too many and some got none.

Well At least i am not the only one who has not received the Email for free spin  Grin

And Luck for the accounts that received more than 1 email meaning they have more chances of winning RP,Ticket,Satoshi or even Jackpot lol.
Did you guys play or bet the day before you did not receive an email? I'm asking because it also happened to me and I was just claiming free rolls. I started playing hi-lo again and I received two emails the next day with two valid free spins.

New BNB event comes with new BNB boxes of course

^ Digital Box (30 days) offers 100% return. There's no minimum betting requirement.

Until now I didn't notice that BNB is BEP-20, not native! I had little troubles finding a way to transfer my native BNB to BNB BEP-20, because I don't have Binance account, but I found it in the end!
I also had an issue but it's the other way around. I already swapped my BEP-20 to the native coin when I realized the BNB logo is for BEP-20. I had to reverse the process and pay more fees. It's not that much but it's still annoying. It was my mistake though Grin By the way, you can use Safepal wallet next time you want to swap.
1809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump just after a new listing? on: February 25, 2021, 06:08:56 AM
~ but it looks like hunters are gone now and the real investors/hodlers are coming into this project.
It's not that hunters are gone, it's more like hunters can't sell after bounty payment has been delayed for over a month now. I still have two weeks worth of unpaid tokens (6800 AME) there and I hope we get it sooner before the price goes below $0.10 or before they change their mind and reduce the payment.
1810  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to make money with Bitcoin ? Here is a Tip ...Psy... on: February 24, 2021, 03:28:29 AM
~ So when the price goes up people trust it more, when the price goes down they trust it less.
Comparing crypto to other stuffs like shoes or clothing eh? If it's expensive, they assume it has better quality. If it's cheap, they say the material used are also cheap. The logic applies but it's probably not the best way to make more money/bitcoin.
1811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good new projects of Polkadot ecosystem? on: February 24, 2021, 02:56:41 AM
You can check projects on Polkadot here. There are over a hundred projects but perhaps you can narrow it down to projects related to DeFi, Gaming, and NFT. Don't forget checking the charts as buying tokens that already pumped are likely to be dumped after.
1812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump just after a new listing? on: February 24, 2021, 02:40:19 AM
~
Thats a good point and i must tsay thank you because you noticed the application to binance because i wonder if such annauncement can harm the negotiation with the exchange or not because binance team as i know are really strict
In the past, there were many projects who falsely announce listings on Binance to pump their own token and exit. This made CZ angry and issued a warning that whoever does it again will be automatically rejected.

On the case of Amepay, the tweet was about application and potential listing (not actual listing as previous projects did). If that's not covered under non-disclosure agreements between the two companies, I don't see anything wrong with it. Of course it could blow up to their faces if it wasn't granted by both/either exchanges.
1813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump just after a new listing? on: February 24, 2021, 02:26:41 AM
~ but what really happened is that the price decrass to 0.005 within one week and this make me confused...now the price is 0.08 and i start believing that what happened in mxc in the first days wasnt innocent

Who have an idea about the situation?
You can only speculate that people who bought at $0.006 have taken their profits after the pump caused by the announcement. That resulted into a panic to some traders who bought at $0.01 and they sold at a loss until it went down to $0.005. You don't have to ask why they did that.

If you are going to suspect a market manipulation by the team or some whales, feel free to investigate but you will only go in circles. Pumps after huge dumps happens to all tokens/coins.

They also announced their application to Binance and Huobi that might have caused further pump
1814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DCA into your buys or wait?? on: February 22, 2021, 10:02:17 AM
If you are planning to buy in installments (DCA), what's your target? Before breaking the $1 barrier, the price were dancing around $0.80+ to $0.90+. You can see that in the chart if you zoom out for at least 14 days. I have a feeling that new support will be around $1 and will move sideways for a few more days before making another new ATH.

I did not follow the build up to the fight, did Curtis Blaydes talk trash, if not there is no need for those extra punches.
Lewis addressed this in the post-fight interview and he basically said it was a natural reaction to finish the job until the ref steps in. To be fair to Herb Dean, he couldn't see if Curtis was out after that uppercut because they were too close to each other and he landed on the other side.

~
but the followup completely killed any chance Blades had.
He was completely out cold with the uppercut alone.

^  Blaydes knew Lewis had that upper cut ready cos he almost got starched with it in the first round.  I’m not sure why he went for a TD that way without mixing it up first.  Maybe he should’ve faked it a couple more times with some over hand rights mixed in just to give Lewis something to think about?  Dunno..

Just rushing in for a TD just confused the shit out of me, It's not like we all don't know that Blaydes is first a wrestler then everything else, so we know it's coming, and so does Lewis. I think Blaydes flat-out just did not respect the power and timing Lewis had, and he thought that he is a better wrestler than Lewis is a striker and that he would get away with just half-assing a TD attempt.
In the post-fight interview, Lewis admitted that his team knew exactly what Blaydes would do and so he remained patient and waited for the TD.

I wouldn't say he didn't respect the power of Lewis because you can clearly see that in his reaction after the first attempt in R1. To me, his game was a bit off and he looked stiff from round 1 (it could be the nerves).
1817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone bought BTC at $6K yesterday at an exchange and they want it back on: February 22, 2021, 09:23:29 AM
Update:

The demand letter sent by PDAX CS has been added to the OP.

This article (archive) summarized what happened from Feb. 15 to the day of the incident.

In brief:
1. Feb. 15 - announcement of planned maintenance on Feb. 17
2. Fex. 16 - all shits happened that affected user's balance in their portfolios and, around the same time, the drop of bitcoin price to around $6000
3. Feb. 17 - PDAX cited the unprecented trading volatility as the reason
4. Feb. 18 - PDAX sent demand letter to those who bought BTC at $6K saying it's "invalid accumulation of assets" then limiting customer's account/s

Feb 20 - A lawyer is helping a customer and have sent a letter to PDAX citing the trades were legit and in accordance to the PDAX ToS.

Feb 21 - PDAX issued a second statement and their version of the story but they didn't address the restricting of account/s and their demand to return.
1818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 21, 2021, 08:10:46 AM
The uppercut by Lewis knocked out Blades as he tried to take him down and then followed by two more bombs. He then said "That's Herb Dean's fault"  after Blade's team confronted him for the punches he threw to an already unconscious opponent Grin

Can't blame Curtis for trying but it looks like he rushed in on that takedown attempt.
1819  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bilyonaryo dahil kay BTC on: February 21, 2021, 02:05:11 AM
Subject for income tax na po ba itong ganitong kalaking halaga?
Pagdating sa Pinas, YES subject to tax kapag realized na (sold to PHP or other fiat).

~
No hate here but mahirap agad maniwala pag walang proof like more pics or signed message(pero blockchain wallet, centralized, di pwede mag sign ng message).

Matik yun for every company di ba?
As far as I know hindi. Whereas walang automatic VAT sa Coins.ph(at least for now siguro).

BTCump for review.

Salamat.
