Check this in the blockchain and add a .xyz to go to a domain.

We have a logo, favicon.ico -> V.
Hint was given on chat that V stands for 5.

Any guess on the password?
2403  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Bustabit Creativity Chart Contest || 0.3 BTC In Prizes! on: August 16, 2015, 09:25:50 AM

This is awesome! I was going to do a number sideways (like 1337) but had to give up on it. With bonuses and uncertainty, and especially with things like sometimes running into multiple quick explosions, it just wasn't feasible to chase after.

Yea the bonus system should have an option to be disabled for this competition i guess. Otherwise its too hard to make something really nice Smiley

That's a good point. I think the bonus medians out to 1%, which won't make a big difference. We aren't looking for perfection, we're looking for originality and uniqueness Tongue.

Yea but if my chart needs a 10 bit profit, the easiest way for me to do that is bet 1000 on a 1.01 multiplier. But I actually had a 6% bonus on that bet, so instead of 10 i won 70. And the heart does not at all look like a heart.

Yes, it is true. I couldn't complete the heart due to not winning a bet as I'd like and because I won more than I wanted to from bonus.

The first half of the heart looked right, the second part went up because of the bonus.

First step solved on the site... www.HowDeepTheRabbitHoleGoes.xyz is phase 2. Good luck all.

this may help you on the next step  Smiley

I've got a mac so would appreciate someone decoding this.

Edit: I've just opened both files up in hex editor and I'm pretty sure something is in there but I'm fairly inexperienced in this.

There's DEFINITELY something there.   3 people found it already even.    3 that I know of are on step #4

Right on track. Smiley

Then you get the text which is hex, figure out what it is, and know that there is no spoon, and connect it with namecheap, and figure out the password which may or may not exist.

I can confirm that there is actually a password.   And that the methods to get that password are there.   And no, that does not mean try and brute force my server, and SQL injections won't work either. (I'm sure there were a few people thinking about it)

lol, I wasn't honestly sure. Thanks for confirming.
Had participated in a small kind of hackathon on the forum and it had a fake page like this to mislead the players. Wink

I have no idea how to do that (esp. the SQL injections part) tho, so no worries from me. Smiley

Step 1: Change the attitude. You CAN stop gambling.
Step 2: Try not playing it for longer and longer durations, and try to make your bankroll smaller and smaller.
Step 3: Quit.

I am a gambler. I earn $30 - $60 a day by gambling.

So, u r earning USD 30-60 every day just by gambling ? That's not bad. In fact, quite good for some countries.

Actually that is very bad. Gambling is in no way a source for making revenue. Esp. it is negative EV.

Wow, I think that 8 BTC makes for the best bonus prize I've seen yet.

Well, he made a 43.5BTC loss though. But still it is a good bonus. Smiley

Yeah that part I have no control over unfortunately, but I can give those who achieve it one heck of a payout. On the other hand investors are quiet again, they must be happy Smiley

Yeah, lol. Really good bonus. Cheesy

Yes, profit is up. Around 19-20BTC now.

Dice is addicting. End of story....
i really dont see whats so addicting about dice, its boring if anything. all there is is high/low and you get to change the multiplier.

addicting for some users as they can see the result of their bet in just a second and so on. but personally for me, i dont like dice and sometimes just to kill boredom i play it

Thats ridiculous and i dont believe it, no one plays dice just to kill boredom, if you play dice withiout any money being involved i would be really really surprised.

I do check out dice and other games when I am bored. Srsly, you can't be seeing it as as source of revenue?

You need help.  Shocked

Give attention to your RL and quit internet for 3 months starting from tomorrow. Best advice I can give.
You can block the sites, surrender your internet, sell your laptop, whatever.
2418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 14, 2015, 11:46:34 AM
p.s. i still gamble as my life is pretty much done. i bet for pennies but it gives me that rush still. i just got to stop spending food money on gambling. gambling also helps me not think of my mother every second. it's a clusterfuck that makes little sense for sure haha

Justification?  Roll Eyes

Get over it. Quit internet. Tongue
There are better things to spend on than this. Get married?
im afraid of having my own family as i will never trust myself around money. i do not want more people to suffer for my mistakes. but thank you again for the advice. right now im in deep depression from my mother. maybe some day i will think more clearly and put it all back together.

Let your wife/partner/spouse(or someone else)* handle the finances? Grin

*assuming that he/she is well.. a little conservative and loves to save.

Most importantly, you are not supposed to repeat mistakes. Learn from it, mate, and get over it. Smiley

If you have good friends in RL, talk with them. It usually helps. If you don't, get some. And, srsly, quit internet completely (esp. gambling) and concentrate on RL for some period. For now, 1 month.

nice image. Is this a method to earn money or just a post to convince soneone to stop gambling? I lost the track, can u explaing what you are reffering to?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Joust

Was asking him to stop gambling. Smiley

You got full control. Pick any odds or any multiplier, and your balance changes in a click.
