I read the replies and there is no proof on bitcoin withdrawls only SEPA that takes days, weeks months.
The bitcoin transactions could be MtGOX themselves pulling out the money.

the whole situation with gox is like a weekend at bernie's. mark and crew are pulling the strings, pupeteering bernie and trying to fool everyone into believing that he's still alive and well. 'look, we're allowing withdrawals again... they're capped to a small amount though, don't ask why.'

gox is doing their best to spin this, and honestly they're not doing too well, and this corpse is beginning to stink. investors, blinded by their greed, are willing to look past all these signs in order to get their hands on cheap coins. will it work in their favor? i'm thinking no, but time will tell.

Anyone care to explain to me why in the name of Lord are the "liquid" exchanges (such as presumably Stamp / BTCe) follow the Gox price trends ? Why do we need to panic buy whenever there's some random dude that buys 100 BTCs at $200 each on Gox ?! Why do we panic sell when they panic sell ?!

It's (presumably) another Universe in there, that has its own rules, people !

Last time I checked, there were a slew of exchanges that have already shut down and outright stole bitcoins that have better reputation than you guys give gox.

Moving your coins out will mean that the # of coins left to sell on Gox will decrease dramatically. People will bring money over to buy coins for arbitration and the price between exchanges will level out.

If gox is working again, there is no reason to pull out. It's a sign of honesty and integrity against the assholes that cut them down for no reason.

$1000 ? never ever again. The game is over. Get over it. Bitcoin is just a medium of wealth transfer. Nothing more. It just depends when you put your wealth in it. At prices above $100 it is heavily overvalued given its use.

Most of the altcoins do have improvements over bitcoin
