Karpeles is a genious - second time he uses the same trick, cheap usd for him while saving his btc reserves who are probably very low to sustain paying all his debt in bitcoins!
This would be clear case of extortion if Bitstamp and Gox were colluding together... Wouldn't surprise me. /tin-foil hat off. From Karpeles I can expect that but I doubt Bitstamp would follow this psychofat!

How can I check the amount of Mastercoin I own? (I sent to Exodus address very early in August)
Also, what is the ETA on the stable wallet?
Someone created this site to check on your Mastercoin balance by inputting the sending address. I'm not up to date on the main thread so unsure about your other question. http://mastercoin-explorer.com/Swede I was getting error if I used txids but was ok with addresses, try both...

What shareholders should be waiting for is not dividends from hashes, but proof of hashes.
It's very easy to make your hash rate public.
https://ghash.io/, Bitfury's private pool uses a specific wallet for all it's income. Perhaps Labcoin could do the same thing. Whoa Bitfury's miners are hashing 2x more than the whole of ASICMINER? Am I understanding that correctly? Yes, that's correct. They've been building hashpower at a very rapid rate. I couldn't understand before why ASICMINER share prices was dropping, I had no idea they were being destroyed like this. I thought up until a few minutes ago that they still led the way. Bitfury is a monster, this is amazing. Do they have public shares or anything like that? 100THs @ Picostocks

I see that there have been a couple transfers of MasterCoins since the end of fundraising. Presumably those were MasterCoin sales.
I think it would be awesome if those of you who have actually made a purchase or a sale would publish the price here. That would help others establish a reference for what the going rate is.
The lowest price I have seen here is double what people were paying at the end of the fundraiser. That's pretty nice for my investors, but less nice for those of you who missed the deadline.
Can you be more specific on price please? BTW I am only speculating for half of my investments - the other half I really hope I can actually USE it some day so I am holding (Bitcoin lacks some very crucial features to be ideal for me ).

These updates at dips are SUPER suspicious. Does anyone even know who labcoin is and how? Is it the swede under a new name? Is it a troll?
CNN and Bloomberg want interviews? 200-300 TH/s now? Is this real life?
Also about the comment about saying if they were fraudsters they'd be announcing delays. They would be doing the exact opposite so they can unload shares. They would announce the best possible scenario, which is essentially what they did.
Activity 6, wow...

Bought some at 0.0035. Probably from me, I sold just in case it went back down to lower 30s again. No win win here I suppose!

again you miss-calculated! If we have 660K MSC and 21M BTC and use your logic then we will get 1 MSC~ 31.81 BTC That is much higher than you expect now Damn I did 5M/660K don't ask me why lol So what is your 'fair' price calculation? I love this price discovery thing
|
|
|
there have been sent approx. 5000 btc to the Exodus address, each equals 100 MSC + average %20 bonus which should equal to 600K MSC. To this you can add the future 10% that will be added gradually which will be finally about 660K MSC (which shall be less since 60% of bitcoins arrived in the last week that only had 10% bonus reward) May you explain us how did you arrive to 50M MSC number??? Also where did you buy your logic from!?
5000*100=500K my mistake!! So it would be 660K all, thanks for that! So my calculations were far off, nevermind! I tried to base them on the total numbers of MSC vs that of BTC... EDIT: MSC would be around 7.5 times less than BTC hmmm...

Selling 200MSC for 40BTC - 1:5
My logic is the following:
Based ONLY in the number of MSC and BTC we will have around 50M MSC (correct me if I am wrong) for 21M BTC. So when all btc are mined a 'fair' price could be 1btc=2.5msc.
But now we have only 11M btc so it is about 1btc=5msc (double number of MSCs needed for a ratio based on quantity of both currencies only).
What do you think?
EDIT: I may have 125MSC more in this price, I will have to ask wizzardTim which I currently manage his coins.

http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/6dd76c6ce6Mine looks good. The biggest problem with your calculation is you used BTC for price of hardware. 90 BTC. Just want to know where you got 90 from? Because in-order to have paid 90 BTC, the exchange price would've had to been at $70. It hasn't been at $70 for quite some time now so... dumb or just starting shit? Wasn't it around 70$ when he ordered?

(I think) I've fixed the reported problems when calculating coins bought with multiple inputs and updated the url to the easier to remember http://mastercoin-explorer.com/. The next feature I will add is a (webbased) Mastercoin Advisor clone so everybody has easy access to it. That would be great!

Hey thanks a lot - will try to see if I can make this work!

Dacoinminster can you verify for me the following two transactions I did in the Exodus address? I used 0.0001btc fee. In http://mastercoin.bysh.me:3000/ I get an error! 407b1385e8a3c332b559a50fad0956c8f853a939e86f4662beed43d5ada8efa6-000 03efb950f6165f5191e93a7817a9a799a512f40454832a3bfe3f68c6745af3ac-000 Aha!! Nevermind I used the addresses instead!!! These appear to be Exodus Address purchases. That website will (incorrectly) tell you that all input addresses own MasterCoins (only the address with the biggest contribution owns MasterCoins), and it will double-count if the same address shows up as multiple inputs . . . You should all bug him to fix these issues, then you can actually use that website for the purpose you guys are trying to use it for It provided correct results for both my transactions (purchases) fyi...
