And if they are not hashing, they are not hashing?!! so whats the problem? Go invest in ASICMINER; get lost!

I'm going to stay right here.

And say it again-

They are not hashing. They have nothing online.

They do not have an assembled board.

They never said they were not hashing. They just said 2TH but not 100% up time need tweaks. I'm perfectly fine holding on to LC. I do admit they need some PR lessons but things aren't looking too well on AM also.

I own both AM and LC.
Is your stomach ok? Wink

<--- *wears a tinfoil hat since some hours* ... we will see, how it turns out.

One important question to ask is: why does someone solely focus on posting "this or that is flawed, the ship will go down" with over 20 posts in a row? matt4054, foxykah, limbaugh for example, please tell me. This is no accusation, maybe I got it all wrong..

Labcoin mentioned in virtually every thread in the Securities forum too.  A concerted effort to get minimum price?

I think so. And I believe there were thousands of artifical trades in the last hours, split into smallish parts, to flood the trading feeds.

How do people fall for this blatant manipulation?

I've seen this pattern multiple times over the last hours. Tell me more about. You missed the step between 1. Oh looky, manipulation!, 2. Huh, 3. Labcoin goes up/down.
Zakryze too

EDIT: all in ignore list
4063  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 14, 2013, 08:44:05 AM
the 3 million shares should either not be tradeable on BTCT until a certain amount of time
OR the shares should be marked/colored in a way so that people know that they are buying the team's shares. this would also indicate for everyone to panic - heh

I agree, there's a reason there's a IPO "lock up" period for insiders in real world IPO. Especially when labcoin is going against the norm on btct (insider shares are not normally tradable)

I would like to point out that the 'Lock in' period for founders/insiders is one of those 'sometimes there is one, sometimes not'. I can also say that the Labcoin team didn't even consider this in the IPO process due to no one being interested in selling out shares in the project. That said, I will talk to Sam this weekend to see about a public solution that will allow share holders to feel secure in that the Labcoin founders and developers are not selling out.

Two ways this can be addressed on BTCT.

- The founders could turn on their public portfolios and publish a list of url's where the shares are held.
- (with Labcoin's consent) if they send us a list of accounts that are holding the shares we can lock the accounts and publicly state the number of shares effectively "in escrow".

WAITING

I just need a list of accounts to lock.  (feel free to PM or email me.)

Cheers.

Here you go, about locking shares...

They lied to shareholders.
Swede is promising 50Th in 2 weeks.
labcoin account says wait till november

Wtf?

Fake boards without proper traces, naked, faked chip photos.

Yeah it is scam, very badly crafted.

Burnside said he is waiting for personal data to lock the shares... But they are not giving it to him.

Finally shares will be at satoishi value after liquidating failed outdatted chips and bag of useless boards.
Link?

Guys..leave the sinking ship as soon as you can. That is really a serious advice. Some big european shareholders bought at IPO will cash out within this day! I know some..just a social warning.

Yes they cash out at lowest? im from europe and no we are not that stupid!
you think this cant go any lower? it was below IPO already... but hey be smart keep those bags.
IPO was @ 0.001  Huh
4066  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 14, 2013, 07:54:33 AM
Over the last 5-6 hours this thread grew by 42 pages and completely stuffed with no-content-posts. This equals a post rate of more than one post / 30 sec and this was done by approx. 5 personas at the same time.

can we make a list of the non content posters like angelsky etc so we can ignore them all. its tedious to keep up with the thread as is without him and his ~july-2013 buddies posting 50 posts a day
This nazi asshole is ignored ages ago from me...
4067  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 14, 2013, 06:43:21 AM
Wake up, Europe, and join the dump.

Another topic: Are there ANY long-term holders remaining?
Bought @ IPO no panic for me - and small amounts only in virtual stocks. ANYTHING can go wrong...
4068  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 14, 2013, 02:44:06 AM
This is why startups aren't publicly traded.  They're funded by VCs who expect to lose money on 9/10 investments in order to earn 10x on one of them.

Problem is there aren't 10x good startups on BTCT.co,  it's basically Labcoin and ActM, neither of which have covered themselves in glory lately.
That was the only good post in the last 20-30 pages!
4069  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (500 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: September 13, 2013, 08:16:57 PM
What's the deal with Icedrill shares tanking,  or are the pre-ipo investors still cashing out?

Volume is almost nil.  A dip on no volume isn't a big deal, and actually healthy for the long-term as weak hands are displaced by strong ones.

The price isn't "tanking."  For an example of actual tanking, look at ACTM since I warned the heedless fools (sumzero, stuartuk, volcanicerupter, bargraphics) to get out while they still could.

 Cheesy  ^Now that's what I call tanking!^

Some people also forget that a security's nominal value tends to decrease as the currency it was bought with increases in nominal value.
Tell that to Labcoin holders

t minus 10 days

Me thinks they aren't going to make September.  It's too quiet.  And if that is the case, where is the advantage for Day1, Day2, Day3 summer orders over the October orders?  Will October 15th be pushed to October 31st?

Zero - it is a total fail job..   sleep well

I am wondering how high the worry meter can actually go in the next two weeks?
To da moon!

Amazing as the retard fudidiots go away, the price go's up.

Are we talking about religion here or engineering? If I want to practice my faith I can go to church not here...

You already stated that you sold all your MEC so go troll elsewhere..

Truth hurts - go on worship your MegaGod you can always ignore me I don't give a shit.
 Grin

My guess is you're starting to regret your foolish decision -- why else would you be here? A lot of immaturity in the crypto world, that's for sure.

I think you nailed it. Obviously some crypto-coin jealousy going on here. Why else would people who clearly have no interest in Megacoin bother to come here and bash it?
They must have made a bad decision, and hope to find someone to share their misery.
I have a shit ton of ANC - more serious effort, better dynamics, tripled my investment already. Wait until they implement zerocoin first.

And mastercoins, and Labcoin, and CBTC, and...

I really wish Kimoto success honestly but the lack of transparency and childish ass licking here is averting.

Anyway, I am out of here because you have every right to believe and hype it. I will watch silently because I am really interested in anonymous coins.

Peace and apologies for making people upset Wink

If you believe this to be true, why waste your time here?
Because I want mec to be a profitable coin to mine, and I would like to see a lot of these smaller coins succeed.
When I found and reported a bug with the wdc retarget change at block 600,000, the dev was able to confirm it, fix it, test it, and deploy it before it became a disaster.  More people looking at these changes before they go into effect is a good thing for the coin's evolution.
By your response, I assume you have not examined or even questioned how this update will work?

WDC is a basket case, and I'm sure they need your help.  Wink

If you really believe Kimoto doesn't know what he's doing, then your point is moot, isn't it? If you are able to just look at the code and tell us the exact results, you are way sharper than any programmer, developer, or rocket engine scientist I've ever met.  Roll Eyes I don't believe anything other than a smoke test will give absolute confirmation. I believe Kimoto said more than once that he has done extensive testing... I think it's safe to say that no one else knows exactly how this update will work.

If you are so brilliant, please share with us any better coin you have developed?

4080  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] CasinoBitco.in (CBTC) IPO Official Thread on: September 12, 2013, 06:38:53 PM
This language is in prospectus if there is a buyback or sell - appears to be on equal ground of how Satoshi Dice was sold.

CasinoBitco.in reserves the right to buyback outstanding units of CBTC on Havelock Investments with a 30 day notice, with the price being determined by the higher of the 30-day weighted average price or the current market asking price of CBTC at the time of the official announcement of the buyback.

If CasinoBitco.in is sold or acquired by any party, unit holders will be compensated based on the selling price on a per unit basis. Documentation must be provided if the sale results in a lower valuation than what is currently calculable on Havelock Investments based on the 30-day weighted average price of BCTC at the time of the official announcement of the sale.

In the advent of a forced termination of operations due to legal considerations, the bitcoin assets of the company are to be immediately dispersed to the unit holders on a per unit basis. The remaining assets of the company are to be liquidated and dispersed to the unit holders on a per unit basis. Trading of CBTC will be halted at the time of the official announcement of a forced termination of operations.

That was the term I was not sure if it is good or bad so I did not risk (because as I said before I would had invested a big amount).

Lesson learned, 1btc in every IPO  Tongue Grin
